Best customer service I've had in a long time, but the food fell short. The young man at the counter went above and beyond to be friendly and personable. The menu is pretty simple: chicken, fries, salads, drinks & custard! I opted for a crispy chicken salad which looked amazing but was soggy and bland. My kids had chicken fingers and fries and they were far from impressed. The chicken could've used more seasoning and probably could've fried about 3 minutes or so. I suggest asking them to frying your tenders crispy to avoid getting soggy chicken. The fries were ok- a little salt and pepper made them better. The saving grace here is the sauce bar! We tried each dipping sauce and they were all a hit! The food is is pricey so be prepared for that! I spent almost $60 for a salad, chicken tenders, fries & drinks! Inside of the restaurant is vibrant and fun! There was good music playing overhead which was a nice touch! There are plenty of booths and tables for inside dining. This location is sandwiched between Party City and Verizon so it should be easy to find. There's plenty of parking!
This place is amazing ! I love when I eat somewhere and I know where the food comes from ! The chicken is organic and you can really taste it! My friend got the deluxe which she chose breaded and I got the same but with grilled chicken and I also added some cheese. We had to get Vancouver fries and then we had the sauce bar! We have to try one of everything obviously. But my favorite is probably the ranch and honey mustard. Also they have all types of custard if you have a sweet tooth ! Super homey vibes in here real down home southern feel
Stumbled upon yet another chicken spot - this one close to work! Before all of this chicken mania - years ago one place stood out for me "Ranch One" chicken. They had a bunch of them in NYC. Grilled chicken on semolina bread with their unique thousand islands-like sauce and hand cut fries. They were great. Dunno what happened to them. Anyway, I had the grilled blackened chicken here at Superchix and it reminded me of that earlier place. The chicken here was super moist, delicious, hot off the grill - just excellent! The fries here are another winner!! And you can dress them up in a variety of ways but I got just the fries themselves with the perfect shake of salt! Terrific! Definitely a return customer!!
For this area, this is a 5 star spot! The chicken is very tender and juicy. I would definitely recommend the fried avocado burger as a nice vegetarian option. The staff was friendly and the manager runs it like a well oiled machine. Our 3 sandwiches came out in 10 minutes. I saw staff multiple times walking around to wipe down all of the tables, check the sauce station, replenish.. they really keep it very clean here. The Negative: The bacon was a little rubbery/tough, but there's no place to get a great crispy chicken sandwich in the area and very few places to eat on rt 10. Do be sure to eat it right away! Fried food will get soggy if you wait too long.
Ummm, wow. Saw a video review of this place and decided to give them a spin. There are no shortage of premium fast food joints in this area and while Shake Shack has reigned supreme since I can remember, this new spot takes the chicken game to an entirely new level. Now, as other people have mentioned, it ain't cheap but $12 for a massive grilled chicken sandwich and giant drink isn't really all that bad, especially when you factor in quality. They offer a variety of entrees, sandwiches and salads all of which have the option of fried or grilled, of which I chose the ladder. They also have some pretty damn good fries and shakes. For me, grilled is usually a compromise. Fried tastes better but has a lot more calories. No compromises here at all. Grilled was fantastic, especially when paired with one of their sauces. Much thanks to Juliana who helped me and their friendly, attentive staff. Kudos and welcome! See you soon.
Really good chicken. I ordered a deluxe and a regular fry. The fry's were massive enough for 3 people. The chicken was grilled well cooked and seasoned. The Nashville hot sauce was in point.
Disappointing. The service was good, so that wasn't the problem. The food on the other hand wasn't great. And for the price of things, I should've been happy. I mean, $5.29 for 1 chicken tender on a half bun with 2 little pickles is just ridiculous. But that would've been overlooked if it was cooked properly. The outside coating was fine, but the chicken wasn't cooked in the middle, so I was only able to eat either end. Also, the fries, while nicely seasoned, were cold, limp, & soggy. Come on, Super Chix. Chicken is your 1 job & you totally messed up. I won't be back. I'll stick with Chick fil A.

And it's now open for business people, we're talking about amazingly delicious made to order Chicken Sandwiches, Tenders, Salads, Fries made three different ways with four different seasoning options, and Hand Spun Shakes. Plus premium Frozen Custard in cups, cones, and pints for the win. What's Not To Like about this place?? Today was the grand opening for this newest store in what is a very fast growing chain of 20 locations and it is exactly what this town needs. So far I had the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich which they prepare in either Breaded or Grilled, I went with Breaded for the crunch [of course] and gotta say it was a Masterpiece of Deliciousness. I also tried their Hand Cut Cajun Fries which were the perfect side dish and went extremely well alongside my Sandwich. Neither was face melting hot but had just the right amount of flavorful spice. I think next time I'll try the Cordon Blue Sandwich or the Bacon Avocado. Come And Get Your Munch On!!
Delicious new chicken spot in town. The service was super friendly and food delicous. We tried the Bacavo which is the bacon avocado ranch sandwhich and the Blackened Cajun sandwhicu both was great. I love that they have fries seasoning options. And the custard was a nice touch to finish off the meal
The staff is very nice and friendly! I would compared to a chic-fila . The salad and chicken sandwich were spicy. Too much for my liking and the kids weren't able to eat the salad either. They are a saucy place as the do have a whole station for sauces. Wasn't too crazy about the loaded fries.

I came here today after knowing about it for a long time, but finally stopped in because I had some time on a break. I just grabbed three chicken tenders and they were pretty fast with the service. The tenders are very plump and delicious. I got the breaded ones And there was multiple different sauces to choose from. I will probably go back and try a chicken sandwich read more
Fried/grilled chicken specialties, plus cheesy and flavorful fries. Sandwich was a bit small on bread compared to the 4oz piece of chicken, so it fell apart as I was eating it. Not bad mix, though, not as flavorful seasoning in the breading but still good. Has TVs and some seating, order took a bit as they were short-staffed at lunch. read more

Delicious new chicken spot in town. The service was super friendly and food delicous. We tried the Bacavo which is the bacon avocado ranch sandwhich and the Blackened Cajun sandwhicu both was great. Came here yesterday after my sister said her friends hyped this place up. Parked right out front in the parking lot and went inside. good variety to choose from (salad, tenders, sandwiches, fries). the dude was super helpful -really great customer service, they even have a punch card for you to use to as incentive. plenty of indoor seating with TVs everywhere for you watch sports or other entertainment. They bring the food to you which is nice too. Fountain drink is unlimited. The nashville hot salad is pretty big & fillling, but also very spicy so just a heads up. the tenders were not worth the $ in my opinion, really tiny pieces but juicy nevertheless with lots of dipping sauces (all average). the bacavo ranch sandwich fried was also not too shabby, doesn't taste too greasy. our favorite was probably the strawberry cheesecake custard- super creamy & delicious. the total for the 3 entrees, one fountain drink and custard was $40 for 3 people. overall, great customer service but the food was just ok... had crispier, tastier chicken elsewhere read more
Ordered lunch while at work. I ordered from the kids menu, i got the chicken sliders which came with fries, custard, and chocolate milk ALL FOR $7.50. Great deal. I was extremely full with just the sandwich and fries, i had the rest of my meal later. My coworker got the Nashville chicken sandwich which they loved. 3 people shared the large fries, so it's a big amount given. read more

Wow, I wish there were more of this franchise. It's my favorite fried chicken stop because it actually feels like real chicken. There's a variety of sauces to choose from and you can end with some yummy custard. What more could you ask for?i ordered the two piece tenders and was honestly full from it. Started off great. They forgot my mint Oreo fusion. Took her forever to make. Got a cajun sandwich. It was ok. The cajun fries were soggy and just thrown in my take away bag. They forgot my 3 piece tenders. I had to go back to the restaurant and pick them up. They had no flavor whatsoever. read more

I was very impressed with my first visit to Super Chix Chicken & Custard. The whole Nashville-style Hot Chicken thing seems to be all the rage right now; at least if the number of new restaurants featuring this is any indication. So that's what I was expecting, but I was pleased to find that Super Chix is much more than just Nashville Hot Chicken, although they do have that. By my count, they have ten different chicken sandwiches, five sizes of chicken tenders, six salad options, hand-cut fries, coleslaw, a whole separate menu of frozen custard options, and FRIED PICKLES! Yes, fried pickles! It's a dish that you either love or hate. I don't think there's any in-between. If you're a fried pickle lover, then you know it's just something you must order when you see it, and I did just that. I'll try their chicken on my next visit. They have two sizes, regular for $5.49 and large for $7.49. Naturally I got the large, and it was indeed large. They make each batch fresh, give you a number on a stand, and deliver the food to your table. At this point it's worth noting that both chicken and fried pickles can be greatly enhanced when paired with interesting dipping sauces, and Super Chix has eight different "handmade" sauces to choose from! Actually, it might be seven. I suspect the ketchup probably isn't handmade. The sauces are all self-serve from their "Sauce Bar" and they're all free. I chose Nashville Hot, Buffalo, Barbeque, Buttermilk Ranch, Korean BBQ and their Signature Sauce. They were all very good, but the Nashville Hot, the Korean BBQ and their Signature Sauce where my favorites. The pickle chips themselves where very good, but still need a bit tweaking to make them perfect. The coating, while crispy, still had a bit of a raw flour taste, but that might have just been the batch I got. The restaurant is a very nice place to eat. It's spotlessly clean and has a pleasant comfort food vibe. I was also very impressed by the employees. They were all very friendly and seemed extremely well trained. There was an air of quiet efficiency in the place. Everyone was busy and working diligently. The manager even stopped by my table to ask how I was doing and inquired if I needed anything. New restaurants usually need some time to work out the kinks, but Super Chix seems to already be kink free. I hope they keep it up. I will certainly be back. I look forward to trying the fried pickles again, and hopefully the chicken. read more

Went here at their soft opening event on Friday 9/23/22. I tried the crispy avocado, fried pickles, chicken tenders, Cajun fries. Today 9/26/22 ( grand opening day) I had the bacavo ranch with fried pickles and had a pint of custard to go. Will update when I try the custard. You can seriously get chicken wasted here lol. There's a grilled option too. There's still more on the menu I need to taste test but everything so far from food to service has been phenomenal. Love love love the service, food and the environment. Just a heads up everything is fried in peanut oil. read more

I would give 5 stars but I wasn't the biggest fan of the fries (although they do give a very big amount). Chicken Sandwiches were very good though, you can taste the high quality of the chicken and they're super juicy. Will definitely be back. read more
