I have used these guys in Santa Monica a number of times for my home and place of work and they are great. Always do a great job cleaning my carpets and charge a reasonable price. They always remind me the day before they are scheduled and they always guarantee their work. We usually have a ton of coffee stains and it's like new every time after they come. Awesome work Good Value! read more

If I could leave no stars I would. The owner is a crook. We wanted basic carpet cleaning for 2 rooms, we live in a one bedroom guest house. I only used them because we had a coupon for 40$. They refused to honor the coupon and charged us 125$. They did not ask what we wanted or if we wanted additional treatment. Avoid this place if you want honest work. They also didn't move any light furniture like a small coffee table. I don't think I've ever been this disappointed with a business before. This place is a waste of time and money. read more

Very friendly, on time, and my carpets look great. I got a coupon in the mail that said best carpet cleaning you will ever have I guarantee it, 2 rooms with free hall and bath 37.95 or 5 rooms with free hall and bath 79.95 soils areas and all light color cost extra. I have light carpets and since i only needed two bedrooms, hall way, and living room ( which counts for 2 rooms i guess) in my small one story apartment I went the 5 room deal even tho i only had "4" The carpets look great but he couldn't guarantee my cleaning if i got the $30 dollar enzyme treatment. After explaining I'm on a budget and it's 3 small rooms he ended up charging me $90. Seems expensive considering my carpets were in good condition excluding my small walk way when he got there, all the furniture had been moved for easy cleaning and my bathroom was untouched, but he assured me it the best price in town. read more

Garbage person and company ruined my garage floor. Don't use them!!!!! Should not have paid him a penny.

I had Super Carpet out to look at my travertine tile floor and shower. The tile was stained and discolored after years of wear and chemicals on the tile especially in the shower. I could never get it to look clean. Yuval came out and showed me what could be done to improve the look and restore the luster to the tiles. They worked on the bathroom for two days and in the end did an excellent job of restoring the tile and sealing my shower. I was always informed about the price or any changes as we went along. I found them easy to work with and Im happy with the end result. I would recommend them for restoring tile and stone. read more

CROOKS. Took advantage and overcharged big time, worse part; they stole something out of our house, thankfully nothing of value was accessible. BEWARE!!!!!!! ZERO STARS read more

I had my carpets cleaned by them several times now and they always do a very good job and are very thorough. My carpets are off-white color and having two small kids, a cat and a dog, they get quite filthy. Raul and his guys get them cleaner than any other company I've used. Sure, we have some spots that they aren't able to get 100% cleaned and, in due time, they come back. However, I understand that that's just because the carpet is old and stained beyond repair. BUT Super Carpet always tells me that if the stains come back too quickly that they will come back out and fix them for free. Great customer service and good honest hardworking people! I highly recommend. read more

Great service. We called with an issue Thursday night. Yuval the owner came the next morning and did all the repairs--- replacing padding, tack strip, and treated necessary area. Everything went very smoothly and price was reasonable. I would highly recommend. read more

Super Carpet is amazing!! I had a coupon for $40 and decided to call them. I did my research and had other company's give estimates for a store. I found that a lot of other carpet companies were over priced and the previous ones I hired had messed up our carpets and didn't remove the stains. We needed our carpets cleaned and our tiles deep cleaned and polished. When I called I spoke to the owner Yuval. He was amazing and was very eager to get the job done. When he came into the store I managed in Beverly Hills to give us an estimate we hired his company right away. The first time they cleaned our carpets we saw that a few stains were still visible. Yuval sent his guys back and touched up our carpets again and for free!! This company is honest and loyal. I would refer them to anyone!! read more

Today we had out carpets cleaned by super carpet team, they gave me a quote over the phone for 3 rooms and charged even less when they finished in addition to cleaning an extra area at no charge. The crew was on time, professional and had great positive attitude. We were very happy with the job they did and would highly recommend them to our friends and family. Thank you again super carpet. read more

We had our carpets cleaned on 3/20/2014. Some of the stains did not come out of the carpet. The couch smells like it's dirty. The technicians broke a planter out front, hid it behind a bush. I called the owner Yuval he said he would replace the planter. I have called him unsuccessfully several times to give him the information, left a message and have received no call back. Very poor customer service and management. read more

I hadn't had my rental cleaned since I moved out since it was rented as I had moved out. It has been over 10 years and the carpets came out like new. Very professional people and great follow up. Recommend Yuval 310 701 5089 read more

Super carpet came and did a sample on removing a 30 year build up of liquid floor wax on my satillo tile floors, The sample looked great and we agreed on a price and made arrangements to do the work, The first day showed less than satisfactory results, and It became obvious that the job was way more difficult than expected. In frustration the lead man went after the floor with a polishing machine with a very abrasive pad that ground the tile down so as to expose the granular core of the tile, I should not have paid him, but i did, and a complaint has gone unanswered. I now have to replace all of this tile I was trying to save. I am very unhappy. read more

I called this company based on the $79 coupon in the mailer. I also had stairs so he said it would be an additional $49. I specifically asked if i needed to move anything in prep for their arrival and he said, " No, we will move everything except the beds and we'll go under those about a foot." Okay, I was good with all that. I needed it clean so we could get the house on the market to sell. They showed up on time and after a walk through of the house Yuval informs me that he will need to do additional treatment to get the carpets cleaned, adding another $100. Our carpets were not very dirty, but okay, I really wanted them to be clean. As they were finishing up I noticed they didn't move the small shelves around the TV, nor the TV cabinet. We moved them and they cleaned under it. I asked again if they cleaned under things as they were going and he assured me that the only reason he didn't move this was because he was worried about all the cords, etc. They finished, I paid almost 3x the coupon price and they left. Upon further inspection I found they had not moved anything in the other rooms. I was especially bothered with a small spot under an empty cubical that would have been VERY easy to throw on the bed to clean under. I called Yuval, expressed my frustration and we came to the agreement that once the house sold and we had moved all our furniture out, they would come back to do a quick, basic clean throughout and get the last couple spots they missed the first time. He asked if I could cover $50 to pay for gas and product. Reluctantly I agreed. House went under contract and we cleared it out. I called Yuval to schedule for two days later. He agreed. He sends me a text asking if I would pay $100 to cover gas and product. I reminded him that we agreed on $50. He said okay as long as I could give him an excellent review. The day he was to come out he texted me three hours before to tell me they weren't going to be able to make it. I asked about an option to come the next day and he said he couldn't commit to that. He did apologize, but in the end was not able to make things right. Lessons learned .... coupons for this company aren't really the price you will need to pay to get a good cleaning; and monitor their work to make sure they clean what they say they will. My suggestion would be to use a more professional company. read more

Cannot say enough great things about the great team. Magical results. I always go back. Don't waste your time with anyone else.

The price I was quoted over the phone was doubled upon arrival. Bait and switch. DO NOT USE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Be aware that this company is also advertised as superstone1 and they do floor polishing and restoration.

I recently had my carpets and rug cleaned by Super Carpet and I am thrilled with the results. I have had my carpets cleaned many times over the years and the stains always come back - not this time, they look fantastic. They also treated some problem areas on my travertine floors, caused by another firm, the boss Yuval had to come back three times to sort it out and never charged me. He and the two guys that work for him are hardworking and a pleasure to have in your home. I would highly recommend! read more

I am Super HAPPY with Super Carpet! I found Yuval through the mailer and hired him to clean and polish the stone flooring downstairs and the master bathroom (including counter tops) approx 2500sq ft. They completely floored me! He promised to show up at 8am they arrived at 8:01am, I had to attend my daughters Thanksgiving performance that morning and when I arrived back at home at 9:30 the entire downstairs was already cleared out and prepped....there were 4 or 5 guys on the first day of the job there was no monkey business they went straight to work. These guys worked from 8am to 6:30pm that first day! The second day was similar to the first but only 2 guys were on the job. They got it finished up on day two and even came back out to do some minor fixing after I got around to my usual nit picking LOL. I will definitely hire these guys again...oh yeah I should mention that Yuval also polished my marble tables (3) free of charge after I negotiated it out of him (hehehe) but then I ruined the finish on one of the marble tables on the day they left by putting a rag with chemicals on top of it.....Yuval came back out and re-polished that table free again! What a stand up kind of guy....he could have definitely asked for extra on that but he was eager to make me happy and he certainly did! Also HUGE THANKS to Raul, Milton & Parko for the hard work, these guys worked like machines and have the muscles of Super Man! Yuval was professional and polite the whole time and followed up to make sure I was happy. Good business practice :-) I wish everyone did the same. read more

I bought a home recently and needed the ceramic and marble flooring thoroughly cleaned, as the grout was extremely dirty and needed it badly. I called Super Carpet & Floor Restoration for an estimate about this floor cleaning. I talked to the owner, Yuval, and he came to my home, he explained everything about the tile cleaning and showed me a sample of what the floor would look like after it was done. He was honest and the sample looked like new floors and I really liked it. He gave me a great price, and I decided to give him the job. His guys showed up on the day of the job on time and they did an excellent job. They were very professional and honest. My ceramic tiles looked like brand new. And my scratchy and spotty marble tiles are now scratch-less, shiny and looking like a brand new floor. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs this service. Yuval promised me that I would be happy at the end, and I truly am. read more
