A little trouble finding location as the name of business is "Super Massage " but this building signage still says "Super Foot Reflexology " . Once I figured out it was the same place , I used the back lot for parking . I was greeted immediately. Friendly staff . Clean facility but very humble , not your glitz and glam kinda place . They have a variety of rooms . Rooms for couples and bridal parties etc. I was in a private single . Wowza ! My massage therapist was fantastic . She got into everything ! The hot stones and hot towels were wonderful . I felt like a pretzel a few times but in the best way . I felt an inch taller when I left lol. This was a good class pass option for sure . I selected the deep Lomi Lomi massage , deep but I felt zero pain . She was able to really get into my hips & neck that had been bothering me . Overall - the experience was a good one . read more

This was my first time here. If you're looking for a spa experience, this isn't it. If you don't mind an affordable, no frills massage spot, where you point at what you want, then this is it. I had a male masseuse today and even with a "medium" pressure, it bordered on a little painful at times, but my body felt amazing afterwards. My friend and I make it a rule to get a foot massage every vacation we go on, and Tucson was no exception after hiking in Saguaro National Park. We called ahead to make sure they had 2 people available, which they did. We were shown onto soft recliners in a dim room right away, with our shoes removed and feet placed in a bucket with warm water. Even though we just asked for a half hour foot massage, they actually started massaging at the face and head , working through the neck and shoulders, then down each arm, before cleaning and drying my feet and starting the foot massage. The masseuse I had was very professional, and used good pressure. I could tell he didn't really know how to deal with my plantar fasciitis, but the massage still felt great. It's pretty expensive. My masseuse was amazing and so nice. I have come here many times over the years and I always forgot my gift cards. My husband had bought me over $180 worth of gift cards and when I went to use them, they noticed that they had an expiration date. I have never heard of this. All of that money down the drain. I paid over $100 and of course, I tipped. I feel a little robbed. There was another time that I was a minute or two late and they canceled my appointment altogether, which I understand. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Then they went out of their way to give me some kind of customer loyalty card, like I was going back, LOL. I will never go back. They lost a loyal customer that apparently always forgot to bring her gift cards... until the one time she brought them. read more

Very clean Asian massage place. All the people were masked the entire time. The staff was very polite. If you like to get elbowed on your knots, this is the place for you! I took the 90 min massage. I had a lot of knots on my upper back and shoulders. Jeff spent a lot of time on my back and did his best to remove all the knots. Please understand what you are signing up for. I am giving a one star review to this business for many reasons. First off, I set an appt but when we got there we had to wait 15 minutes. Second, they did not have the ac running, it was probably 80 degrees inside. The music was on repeat. They had the back door open so it wasn't dimly light which would have been nice for ambiance. They kept talking during the massage and they left to answer the phone a couple times. I was disappointed. There was no pleasant smell and they both had bad breath. I am not going back. read more

I visited this establishment on a Friday evening. My son and I walked in and they were able to fit both of us in. He had a foot massage while I had the same plus a detox. It was so peaceful. I could actually feel my body relax while lying down waiting for my turn and listening to the music. My massage therapist has magic hands. She was excellent. The detox was really interesting. I was uncomfortable the entire time. The gentlemen kept rubbing my spine and my neck bone versus rubbing my shoulders and my pressure points. I asked him numerous times to stop, but he continued. Also, he used his forearm and his elbow majority of the time. I've had many massages before and it truly seemed like he did not know anything about pressure points or muscles. I was in so much pain within 10 minutes of him, rubbing on my spine that I started to tear up. I asked him to stop and said I wanted to leave, and they still proceeded to charge me. I paid simply because I was uncomfortable and wanted the experience to be over. There may have been an language barrier, but I know he could tell I was uncomfortable, I know he could sense that I was not happy and that I was tensing up throughout the massage not relaxing. I would not recommend this place at all they need to ensure they're checking in with their clients. I wouldn't go here. Got a couples massage and both of us agreed that the massages were super harsh, painful, and uncomfortable despite asking to go softer and for light-med pressure. They were drilling into our neck bones and our spine with their elbows, causing us to be very uncomfortable and tense! Before the massages started, one of the masseuses began to enter the room when my partner was still getting undressed, even though he said to wait a second. The masseuses had conversations during our appointment and mine hardly checked up on me. The sheet was also pulled very very low on the both of us which is not how it was the last time we came here. I drove by this place and quickly turned around. I was quite intrigued by the glowing "foot massage" and "hair cut" signs glowing in the window. I thought to myself, "what the heck!?" I stopped in and it was a small main room with 6 reclining lounge chair (3 on one side and 3 on the other), there was definitely nothing creepy going on here. They greeted me and presented me with their menu of services asking "you want massage or for your hair?" I asked for a 60 minute foot massage that included the full body as follows: 15 minutes on head, ears, face, shoulders, arms and hands with 45 minutes on my feet and back for only $35! This is how it went down: 1. gave them my selection, they prepared a bamboo basket covered with a disposable clear plastic bag with warm water and a tea bag looking thing 2. I was escorted to an empty reclining lounge chair, I removed my chanclas, rolled up my slacks to my knees, laid back and placed my feet into the basket of warm water 3. As my feet soaked for about 15 minutes, they began my covering my thighs with a towel and my chest with another towel. They took my hair tie off and my glasses (b/c I forgot) and they arranged the neck pillow underneath me. They dabbed some oil onto the middle of my forehead and began the massage. They massaged my entire face, ear lobes, eye brow muscles, cheeks, neck, shoulders, arms, and hands. 4. Next, my feet were removed from the basket and wrapped in a room-temperature towel as a folded paper towel and something soft and lightly weighted, with a nice scent, was placed over my eyes. The foot massage- reflexology- began and boy, was it heavenly! They got every inch of my feet, toes, heel, ankle, chin, knee, and eventually worked there way up. The parts of my skin that were showing were massaged with an unscented oil and everything else was strictly professional. Once this portion was complete they rolled my slacks back down and had me turn over... 5. ...I turned over to my stomach on the same chair. It was surprisingly firm enough for a back massage but not so firm that it was uncomfortable or painful. They then proceeded to put the towel that was on my chest over my back and began with short, firm strokes followed by the actual massage. 6. As with any massage, they offered a cup of water at the end and thanked me for selecting their establishment. They even gave me a business card with the opportunity to visit 10 times with the 10th receiving a free 30 minute massage. I will definitely return. Now, for the beauty salon part they offer a multitude of services such as: basic shampoo and conditioner, hair cuts, oil treatments, hair color, perms (digital and cold), facials and even waxing. They said for beauty salon services it is best to call and make an appointment. I am going to try an oil treatment in the very near future. read more

Especially for a masseuse who had fingernails that cut into my flesh and gave me a couple of painful yanks and pulls and left me with a sore thumb. Asking for a proper size towel, a pillow for my feet and worse, a proper credit card receipt was all a hassle. They didn't give me a credit card receipt for a transaction of nearly $100. This was one of the absolute worst massages I've ever had. I've had them in Europe and America several different places different techniques by far this was absolutely the worst. It was like being massaged by a three year old no thorough massaging when you tell the person wear your pain points aren't they don't listen they are pounding on your body not massaging your body. And then when you get done with the lousy lousy massage they want Tips this is the worst. Buyer beware I never give reviews but this one I felt like I needed to. Wowza that was rough... I would NEVER go to this place again or recommend it to my worst enemy. I need a real massage after that body torture. They dont practice any of the standard massage practices, completely removed the blanket from my lower half, used enough oil to deep fry myself to a crisp, background sounds included people talking, babies crying, and someone hacking up a lung.
