Wish this could be 4.5! Only drawback is need different types of noodles offered for personal taste (we like wavy versus rice). These Rice noodles were excellent! Pho Ga (Grilled Chicken) was broth rich, while retaining its lightness, so if you only wanted broth, it would suffice. Thankfully, the grilled chicken came on the side because the depth of smokiness would've overpowered the broth. Pho Nam (thinly slice Beef Brisket) is similar in broth tastes, light, yet full of flavor. The Brisket could use a bit of seasoning to round out this dish. Phos come with plenty of bean sprouts, onions (red), cilantro with Hoisin or Spicy Chili sauces tableside staples. Side note: Even reheated, the Rice noodles were great. No gumminess! The service was really great here. The servers were well informed with recommendations and everyone was polished. The people eating were young and trendy, so this is a cool date spot if you're trying to impress. The block it's on has other restaurants but this seems to be the better of the few. When you walk in you're greeted warmly and the design is really sleek. The menu is nicely bound and everything seems top tier here. I got the Thai tea and my wife got the Jasmine seasonal. Hers was better than mine, I like the cheaper sweeter teas but this one is a lot more natural if you're into that kinda thing. The bang bang chicken salad was GAS and my favorite thing that we had. The summer rolls were also well prepared and probably some of the best I've ever had; the peanut sauce with it was deff some of the best I ever had. We got the pork wrapped on sugarcane and it was good but nothing outstanding or life changing. It was like a Vietnamese glizzy, we did eat all of it though but I wish I tried the chicken wings instead. My girl got the porkchop and I got the pho combo. The porkchop was well seasoned and portioned and definitely worth the price point, this was an awesome buy. The Pho on the other hand was neither great nor bad. I think pho is really hard to mess up if it's a pho place. I personally am not into pho with meatballs(I just didn't read) and it seems that some places have it like that and some don't. The broth was very good and hearty and the noodles were cooked almost perfectly. I would have liked more anise in it as well as maybe some tendon, I would rate this pho a (6.5/10) and not because it was bad but just not my preference. I usually don't like upscale Vietnamese spots as I prefer no frills, but this place delivered an amazing array of foods for us to try. Sup Vietnamese offers a really amazing deal for lunch: a drink, (Thai coffee, Thai tea or lemonade), an appetizer, (I believe there were six choices) and an entrée (another six choices) all for $18. I chose the lemonade, papaya salad and the Pho with the eye round and unfortunately, they were out of papaya salad so I chose the wings instead. I got two wings in a absolutely delicious, sweet and tangy, sauce and a little wedge of lime that really kicked up the flavors. the pho was served in a very generous portion and the broth was not overly salty. I may have overdid it with the hot sauce because my nose was running! I don't usually put hot sauce because sometimes the Pho broth is very flavorful, but in this instance, it was a very light yet hearty bowl of soup. The staff is super attentive, (a little bit too much so I could feel them standing around and walking around waiting for the opportunity to be needed), which is super great but can be a little offputting when you have your face in a bowl of soup trying to struggle with chopsticks ha ha. Hands down my go-to spot for Vietnamese food in Nassau! It gets a bit busy, especially on the weekends so there may be a bit of a wait. I love their pork chop, which tastes very similar to the one I get at my go-to spot in Chinatown. We've done a few of their apps, which are also really delicious but their pork chop is always the winner. I also love their coffees - I don't usually get their cocktails (although they have great options) because I always grab their coffee. If you like strong coffee, I highly recommend grabbing one of the coffees here. Between the pork chop and their coffees, this spot is easily a favorite with delicious food and good coffee. This is a great place that we have been to multiple times. The food is solid, service is always excellent. Seating is comfortable and the atmosphere fitting for a Vietnamese restaurant in terms of decor/style. I usually get the Pho Veggie (rice noodles, broth with fresh bok choy, carrots, mushrooms with a topping of sprouts and jalepeño peppers) and my husband and I have been splitting the Vietnamese Summer Rolls which are packed with extremely fresh carrot, mango, mint, basil, shrimp and rice noodles. He enjoys his Pho Veggie with egg and shrimp. We took one of our sons last night and in addition to the summer rolls and pho, he and my husband enjoyed the Spicy Basil Shrimp Fried Rice, served with and in a freshly cut pineapple. My only complaints, and reasons for a 4- versus 5-star review is the limited amount of gluten-free choices which seem to recently include all of the soup broths. This was a beautifully decorated restaurant, serving elevated Vietnamese cuisine. The space was expansive, with lovely lighting, elegant wood accents, beautiful art, along with a cream, blue and brown color scheme. There was a cozy feel to the place. I had to order the Vietnamese Egg Coffee drink, which I have always wanted to try. This was served in a gorgeously delicate little gold cup with saucer. The beverage was made by beating egg yolk with sweetened condensed milk, making an airy, meringue like fluff, which was then poured on top of hot espresso. The end result was a velvety smooth and strong, yet lightly sweet coffee taste. For my entree, I went with the Bo Luc Lac, which was Vietnamese Shaking Beef, served with crispy, runny egg on top. I was asked if I wanted rice or cold noodles, so I thought those sides were included and selected noodles. The beef was cooked with onion, peppers, scallions, and plenty of bold, savory seasoning. Beef was succulent, juicy, and full of wonderful flavor. Noodles were just okay, but quite bland. I needed to mix sauce into it in order to enjoy it. I also got to try the Spicy Basil Shrimp Fried Rice, which was supposed to be in a pineapple shell, however my friend requested no pineapple pieces in the fried rice and sadly, it came without the pineapple shell. The rice was perfectly cooked, and very well seasoned. Dessert was Crème Caramel Flan w Coffee Chiffon Cake, which was soaked in a deep, strong coffee sauce. The flan part was oh so smooth and rich, while the cake was pillow soft and moist. All the flavors worked beautifully together. Service was pretty good, but there were a few misunderstandings. Other than that, everything came out in a timely manner and we were well taken care of. The prices were pretty high. Since I'm not in the area much, I don't plan on returning anytime soon. read more

The staff was incredibly accommodating, attentive, and kept things running effortlessly -- which can be hard with a larger party. The food? Outstanding. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. But the real star was the pho -- rich, aromatic broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and generous portions of meat and herbs. Easily some of the best I've had on Long Island. It's not always easy to find a place that balances quality food and great service for a group, but Sup nailed it. Went back to Sup and it was just as good as the last time. The Pho King is delicious, was perfect for a cold night. The bang bang chicken salad once again was so flavorful. Wings were cooked perfectly, crispy, not greasy, served with a nice sauce. Spicy basil fried rice with shrimp and pineapple topped with a fried egg, also very delicious. What made this meal more special was our server Utopia. She couldn't have been more accommodating and delightful. She constantly asked us if we needed anything, always with a smile.
