Because I don't tan easily and wouldn't want to try a tanning bed - with all of the scares about skin cancer my friend told me about spray tanning. I have to admit I was skeptical at first but a few days later I saw this spray tan company pitch on Dragons Den I thought let me try and see if they are in Ottawa. I found out they were so I sent them a message. I had a lot of questions. They reassured me about what the outcome would be and guaranteed me I would not be orange. Charlene emailed me instructions on how to prepare for my appointment which is basically wax or shave at least 8 hours before and exfoliate and shower right before my application. I was able to get my appointment the very next day and since I was ready when she arrived and had a perfect spot ready for her to set up she didn't waste any time. My appointment was at 6 and she was out by 6:25 leaving me to let my tan dry. She was very friendly and reassured me before the service. I needed it since I was nervous at first. The actual service was easy and she has the technique down pat that I'm not having to worry about any missed areas. Would def recommend spray tanning to any skeptic. The colour is natural and organic and its so nice to have a tan. I just feel like I look better and healthier ! My second appointment was just as seamless

The place is Very well maintained and looks spotless The Service was wonderful And attentive. The lady behind the cash really helped me sign up and get my machine going. She explained to me how it worked and how the sessions function. She was super nice and very kind she tried to help me save some money but unfortunately I don't live here and I wouldn't be able to take advantage of the promotions. The way it works here is that you don't pay by the minute you pay by the session you also can go how many minutes you want and the price difference does not change. If you live here and you are looking to come here very often I would suggest you go for the $59 a month membership that will include unlimited sessions a month but it is a six month commitment. To be honest with you it's a really good deal as you can go as often as you want and you can choose how many minutes you want as well. There is a catch you can only go 15 minutes maximum which is very much in general you don't need to go more as the beds Are very powerful and do the job very great. I believe the beds are super high end as they even have a face tanning section and lights for your body into separate sections attached to the bed it's very rare to find these nowadays but this place is super up-to-date and modern. are very powerful and do the job very great. The people who have been there for at least the past 2 years have been great. You can walk in and they know exactly who you are despite not going in for months. They know what you need. How long you need and they know what's best for you. In all honesty I forgot I had written such a crappy review and frankly regret it. This place is and will be one of the best tanning experiences you will have. They are knowledgeable and will always offer you the best advice. It is a strong recommendation from me.

A 20 minute spray tan turned into a 3 hrs adventure where I'm still trying to make sense of everything. The young lady at the desk was in automatic defensive mode, being overwhelmed at the consistent errors and questions (Some out of her control). She tried her best, I tried to calm her down, she just became more defensive, i believe she interpreted me as being angry (When I'm trying to calm her down??) and when she couldn't explain why no one answered me yesterday or my email or I had different rules - (I was interrupted Many times during conversation to adjust my mask) while other clients, didn't have them and they were ok to not wear them all. The final event/question for me was when she requested an individual from a nearby store to come in, stare me down, and possibly make me uncomfortable. The individual took an aggressive stance, (unsure of whether it was a male or female), hands clenched in fists, close to the body, stare tactics (Eyes locked directly at me) in full view. I did notice he/she dropped her eye protection twice and the mask was only covering his/her mouth. She/he didn't take their eyes off me but I kept aware of where he/she was, And the young lady working confirmed that they were not an iTAN employee. I can safely assume they were at least twice my size plus the iTAN employee was present. Maddie. When I inquired about the difference between someone having to use a mask and someone who didn't, she again, got very defensive and that's when the non-employee who was requested to come over by your employee to intimidate me with foul language ('Why do you have to be so anal', telling me to fuck off several times). At no point, did I lose my composure or calm, although I was provoked several times. Although i was provoked several times, and a lot of effort was made from an individual that clearly has no place or authority in the establishment (iTAN) unless the matter should have been escalated, and if this is common process, that might be an area of concern to review. I've wasted enough time on this, these services are not cheap, and because of errors that were out of her control (?), I should be relieved I wasn't charged twice??? Because of the bed issues (my fault too apparently).
