The spa has a very welcoming vibe to it once you walk in and it was nicely decorated inside and out for Christmas. It was also noticeably clean, which I immediately look at before receiving a spa treatment. We were greeted promptly upon arrival and our coats were taken from us to be hung up. We were then asked if we wanted any coffee or tea while we received our spa service. The coffee was good and nice to sip on to warm up. Melanie did my pedicure and Megan did my Mom's. They were both masked, professional and friendly. They made sure my Mom and I were both comfortable during the entire time. We sat in massage chairs that were so relaxing. There were plenty of nail polish colour options to choose from and we both chose festive Christmas colours. Overall, our pedicure experience was very relaxing and pleasant. I would definitely come back here with my Mom for a pedicure with Melanie and Megan. We would like to try getting manicures in the future with them. I requested soft natural looking lashes and I left with heavy, thick, super long lashes that were much too heavy and thick for my natural lashes so they turned in on themselves. I looked like a clown. I had to trim the lashes so that I could wear my glasses. The glue she used was also very strong and irritating. My eyes hurt for weeks. Although the technician showed me a photo of lovely wispy lashes this is not what she delivered. My natural lashes are now short and broken. Avoid this place.
