We had #13 tanks from 2009-2024 but billed rent for #21 tanks; # tanks billed increased over time; more than $7000 over-billed over 18 yrs. We only had storage tanks holders for #13 tanks! Attempted direct communication assuming honest mistake- poor response to phone calls, letters, email. Owner David denied then attacked asking for even more payment from us for 8 tanks that do not exist. Review of our invoices, delivery sheets proved one nitrous oxide tank error and start of when total # oxygen tanks started increasing. David agreed on nitrous oxide error but no reimbursement, no response until invoices received 10/9/2024 for monthly tank rentals June-Sept for #8 tanks we never had. Charges even includes the one nitrous oxide tank that David admitted error on. Ongoing nightmare even to stop billing for ghost tanks. Do not get ripped off like my company! Just AVOID!
