This review is for Elijah and Cody!…read more A Greenhouse sales rep (Elijah) came to our house and he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He explained all the services they offer and how the set up process works. I wasn't ready at the time but told him I'll reach out in a few weeks. About a week later, I texted him and he responded immediately and got me set up. During that process, he connected the call with his office so they can confirm the service details and the pricing and payment terms. I was expecting this to be the part where I get the surprise fees or price increase, but, nope! She basically explained everything just as Elijah did! Fast forward a few days and my service tech (Cody) arrives on time. He explained how he would proceed around my property. Being the first service, I asked if he could do a basic treatment on the inside as well. He did and was very thorough. Then, he went outside and began the treatment around the property. When he finished, he knocked on my door and explained some pest activity he saw and what treatments he did. I live in Casselberry, so I was a little hesitant doing business with a company from Tampa because if I have any issues, I think it would be difficult to get a hold of them afterward. But, Elijah and Cody (both local to Orlando area) put those concerns to rest. They were very professional, knowledgeable and polite. I wish all home service companies had this level of training in both product AND customer service. I highly recommend greenhouse environmental.

I am taking the time to write this review because the kind and quality of service of this company…read moreis the worst. I have been with Power X for years and about 2 years ago I started to have issues with my landscaping that was so beautiful and they ruined it. Every time I notice something wrong I let them know so that they can come and take care of it before it gets worse but they always showed up 2 or 3 weeks late. They always tell you what's wrong but they don't fix the problem. I got in touch with Hector the Orlando Manager to see if he could get things better but it got worst to the point that my grass started to die. They always come with excuses that don't make any sense. My front yard got so bad that I had to remove about 50 pieces of SOD and Hector replaced them after 2 months. Then, my backyard got a weed that killed about 60 pieces of SOD as well as my side of the house behind the AC unit that was all green and strong and now it's all dead and to fix all that I need another 60 pieces of SOD. Hector came and promised to buy the SOD but he only sent 30 pieces and keeps promising he's going to bring the rest but I don't know when. They don't know what's wrong, they don't know if the mix is too weak or too strong and that's how they kill your landscape. I have been very, very patient with Hector to fix this because I strongly believe in second chances but it was all worthless. I caught their employee on camera walking thru my backyard and don't apply anything when they were supposed to. I am not going to tell you how to run your business but cutting corners and poor quality product is not the right way to stay in business.
