He told me when the racks would arrive 4 days later with great precision. Only he couldn't tell me if they would arrive in the morning or evening of that day. He knew I was pressed to get the trailer and the racks were arriving on a Friday. Unfortunately the racks arrived an hour before close that Friday. The owner called me immediately and said they had arrived. I had an hour and 30 min drive to York. The owner said he would wait up for me to arrive. Now, that is service!!! Not only did he wait up delaying his holiday weekend, but he was as kind as could be when I got there. Service with a smile! Werner Bros comes highly recommended!

I purchased a vehicle from them last year. They needed to inspect it before selling me the car. At…read morethe time of the purchase I was told it would need tires before next inspection, so I had new tires put on the vehicle. Fast forward to today. I took the car over to my mechanic that inspects all of our cars. He told me that when they put it on the lift and inspected the underside of the car the rust found on body and frame is so bad in their words "the car would never pass inspection" without extensive repairs and then it would be questionable if it would He also said it shouldn't be driven in this condition. This rust doesn't happen overnight and should have been identified during the presale inspection. Which at that point the car lot should have told me it was not sellabe. So for anyone reading this feedback do yourself a favor, take any vehicle you are interested in to your mechanic to see if it is worth the price.

Unless you tell them the bed size, they have no idea what cap you need. Don't bother giving them the make, model, year, trim, cab size. They have no idea how to look up or reference the cap size. Don't even try to find out if they have anything yet the color. Don't bother sending them a email, even though it's on there website. They will just tell you to call. Guess they don't understand that not everyone is available during business hours. This lazy staff explains why there dealership looks more like a junk yard. Can't believe the township allows this mess. Stay away. Go find a real dealer that knows what they have and selling. And doesn't look run down like this place. Stay away!
