My initial booking clearly specified a deep clean of the kitchen, bathrooms, and floors, including floor deodorizing. Unfortunately, these expectations were not met. The master bathroom did not appear to be properly cleaned, and there was no scent of cleaning supplies or deodorizer throughout the home. After I contacted management, I was told someone would be sent back to redo the bathrooms and floors using a deodorizer. However, it took a week for a follow-up visit to occur. When the cleaner arrived, she informed me she was only instructed to clean the floors. Furthermore, no deodorizer was used during this second visit, as there is still no detectable scent. As a first-time customer, I am very disappointed with this experience and the lack of communication regarding my specific requirements. As a result, they did not clean the first level of our home, because they wanted to charge extra for a "basement." A basement is underground -- ours is not. Not only did they completely skip one full level of the home, they still charged us for the total square footage of the entire house AND tried to overcharge us for extra services we clearly stated we did NOT want. This was a deeply disappointing experience from start to finish, and they have absolutely lost us as customers.

Noble was accommodating and deep cleaned despite me having my stuff all over. I let the cleaners know which areas I was most concerned about and they went to work. They did am azmaing job cleaning my greasy kitchen and my primary bathroom which had grown some mold in corners. I short, the house felt like my home again by the time they were done. Amazing!
