We know this for a fact because we were doing yard work on the property for the 4 hrs ($480)it took to clean an empty house!!! When we contacted them for a refund they only credited us $60! The manager, Emmy, was deceiving us or she was being deceived by her own staff. Think twice before hiring them!!!

They got out all the dust, took out our garbage, made the bed, mopped, wiped down surfaces/sinks, and vacuumed. Needless to say, merry maids did a very thorough cleaning job and the pricing was also very reasonable.

Most of the…read morework was fine, but they broke a hamper (I have no idea how as the legs were made of metal) and did not report it to me. My husband contacted them for some kind of remedy and they said they would "get back to us" and never did. We also purchased the oven cleaning as part of the service. They did not thoroughly clean out all of the oven cleaner, leaving residual chemicals in the oven. We didn't even bother to report this after the indifference about the hamper. The total for the deep clean for our three story home was $495 and we were very disappointed with them. Do not recommend.

My wife loves their service because they clean the tiled shower floors in the master bath and kids tub. I've heard when hiring cleaners, they always do a great job for the first cleaning, but the quality gradually slides as times passes, However, we've been using them for the last few years, and every time they come, it feels like a new house. They typically spend about three hours at our house at $200 a pop. We don't get the service every month, but I think it's a good value when you want your house to feel fresh and clean.

Post-Renovation Cleaning & Move-Out Cleaning…read more Many cleaners will post a laundry list of services they offer, including post-renovation cleaning, but this company REALLY does specialize in it and knows how to do it well. Spoke with Xiomara, who was engaged, responsive, and professional, when I called to inquire about service and obtain a quote. When I called subsequently to schedule she worked hard to accommodate my timing. Had a pre-estimate walk through with Caroline. She was knowledgeable and therefore thorough, asking important questions about windows, appliances, and our unfinished basement. Because she knew her business, the estimate was accurate both in terms of time and cost. The cleaning crew showed up in the agreed time frame and did an excellent job, vacuuming, then wiping down every surface, including light fixtures and high ledges. If you've ever had large amounts of drywall sanding done, you know how challenging it can be to get your house clean, but the crew removed every evidence of the work. I also had the company do my move-out cleaning when we left our rental once the renovation was complete. Different crew, same positive experience. Smart Choice may cost a little more, but the quality and service are well worth it.

I hired Smart Choice Cleaning for a move-in cleaning in February and scheduled an in-home…read moreinspection with Carolina to receive an accurate estimate. During the inspection, I specifically pointed out areas that needed attention, including the ones shown in the attached photos. When the cleaning team arrived two days later, I reiterated these same requests to ensure they were addressed. However, after the cleaners left, it was clear that many of the specified areas had not been cleaned, including the ones in the attached photos (taken post-service). Additionally, the dust inside the kitchen cabinets, which I also had highlighted, remained untouched. I reached out via email but received no response, prompting me to follow up with a phone call. While they offered to re-clean the space, I was disappointed with the overall service and instead requested a partial refund. They refunded $50 of the $240 I paid... Unfortunately, my experience with Smart Choice Cleaning fell far below expectations. Not only was the cleaning service inadequate, but their customer service response was also unsatisfactory. I would not use their services again. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Update: They called me in April and asked me to change my review and they would issue an additional $50 refund due to my dissatisfaction with their service. I did so and they did. However, I just checked my bank account history in May and they charged me $50 WITHOUT even telling me. This is absurd. Please do NOT use this company.

Everette assed and immediately put me at ease. They were able to use a piece of the existing carpet from under the transition for the repair, so there was no need to find a remnant or remove a sample from a closet. Their work is impeccable. The carpet looks brand new. I also had them return about a week later to clean the same carpet, statues, and a couch. My couch looks brand new!! I can't believe it. I like my couch again.
