I had a very positive experience here not only was the reflexology some of the best Inhabe had, (I happen to travel for a living so I've been to many places that do reflexology) but they were also very friendly and the accommodations were quite comfortable. My only complaint was I wish I'd found it sooner - because I would've been coming here for the past four months, Just the right amount of pressure, it was a combination of rigorous, invigorating and very relaxing I felt much better afterward!!! My reflexologist was an older man, he was nice, respectful and strong, he coughed a couple of times - so what - I saw an earlier review complaining about that - he is human - it did not bother me nor was it excessive. I had a great experience and for the price it was the best. It is not the Ritz Carlton Spa and neither is the price - the foot reflexology was outstanding;)! read more

My sister and I were in need of some massage therapy to get rid of those nasty shoulder knots that tend to pile up with hours of computer work. We were staying in Guerneville and this place is easily less than half the price of those upscale mediocre massage places in the resort areas. We drove an hour for the massage but it was worth it! We both got massages basically for the price of 1! I booked a 90-minute combo massage for us both, on a Friday for a Saturday appointment. The place is no frills, but clean and the rooms are semi-private. Regardless, the surroundings and the traffic noise and unfortunate timing with construction were a little distracting, but the masseuse I had was fantastic. She worked my knots into submission, did a great job of listening to where I needed more pressure and was thorough. I got a 30 min. foot massage with a full 60 minute body massage that started with a calming facial massage. If I'm ever in the area again, I will definitely stop by here, maybe before heading to the nearby breweries like Lagunitas! read more

arrived today in desperate need of some serious TLC on my back and shoulders. I was pleasantly surprised when my shoulder and back package came with a good butt rub haha! $29.99 for 30 min. Ben who gave me my massage had very strong and skilled hands. He did an amazing job loosening those terribly tight muscles out from under my shoulder blades. I will most definitely need to make this a more routine part of my life! Would recommend to everyone read more

I read the other reviews and I have to say they're bogus. My experience was less then professional. Much less. I called and scheduled an appointment on a Friday midday. I went into this place and my first thought was to turn around and leave. But no, I stayed. The man that gave me my massage kept burping. At first I thought no biggie everyone burps now and then. But they continued throughout the massage. It was awful. I got the pleasure of smelling this mans lunch second hand. He didn't say excuse me either! I figure he must have some digestive issues! There was no soothing spa music and the place smells oddly of cafeteria food and a child's nursery. So lesson learned, listen to my gut instinct, or that little voice in my head. Right now that little voice is saying ,"We aren't going back there!" read more

I am stunned that this place has 4 stars. My husband and I decided to go in for a relaxing massage on our anniversary. The man up front was friendly enough, and the place seemed to be clean. The man worked on me and the foot massage was ok. He was kind of rough and never once during the hour long massage was I able to relax. I like a strong massage, but strong using good technique is different than just strong and uncomfortable. I also experienced an hour of his indigestion, as he tried to hide his constant burping... BUT where this place really gets one star is with my husband's experience. My hubby doesn't really like his feet rubbed as he's super ticklish, so he opted for a back massage. He was in a separate room, totally understandable... Now this is where it gets WEIRD. My husband was asked to take off his clothes and lay down.. Pretty standard at a massage parlor. But when the lady came back in, she proceeded to actually TAKE HIS BOXERS OFF!!! WHO DOES THAT?!! He was uncomfortable but decided to shrug it off and get his back rubbed as planned. She oiled him up and began rubbing his back, getting closer and closer to his butt. There was one point where she ran her hands over his butt, pulling his cheeks apart and getting close to his manly goods. He later told me he felt pretty violated. If this was me with a man masseuse, I would feel like I was just sexually violated for sure. Luckily we have a good sense of humor and were able to laugh it off as a super strange experience, but after a few days of sitting on it, I realized that it was a definite violation of my husbands personal space. Oh and to top it off with a cherry, as I was tipping $10 for the $70 charge (what I thought was fair because the experience was just ok), the man told me "no no no, that should be $15 - $5 for me and $10 for her." IT'S A TIP!!! You don't tell your customers how much to tip!!!!! Unreal. Crazy place, crazy experience.. Crazy way to spend our anniversary. Definitely one for the books. read more

Great no nonsense strong massage with reflexology added. I got the 30 min. massage, 30 min. reflexology.

The best prices they are so reasonable, a blessing for those who r in pain & can AFFORD to go somewhere that makes a difference in how u feel! I buy the front to back 1 hour head to toe foot massages. They are only $24.95 & you can use a coupon and get the first one for only $19.95, insane love the price LOVE the massage! PETER is FANTASTIC, I bought the 6 pack foot massage AGAIN its really a head to toe, front & back massage that is ONE hour, along with your feet & calfs in a hot of water soaking being massaged @ the same time. I save $$$ on the 6 pack its only $125.00. Whoever wrote in and bashed this company is probably in the same business & wanted to give them a bad review. I hear compliments from each customer passing through. I have referred 6 people & took my mom & we had massages @ the same time in the room with two beds. THANK YOU Peter & Lilly! read more

What a great find! Been to a few foot massage places in town, this one is the best! Very clean, professional, and you feel like you have had a full body massage. Private rooms with soft lighting and music, really like that touch! Tried others in town, this place can't be beat! Peter and Lilly are amazing! read more

I have had my feet done several times at this place & it has been very relaxing. My last treatment was with a new guy (they dont speak english) he was very rough and kept slapping my feet (I usually relax during the foot portion not this time) then on my back he was slapping me. the lady next to him gave a very gentle treatment to my friend. the had a power problem this day so the room was very cold, no lights, no heater. At the end I felt like I had been beaten up. No use giving feedback as they dont understand english. read more

Burped and smelled like cigarettes!!!!! I'm not talking like burped once or twice, literally the whole time. At one point I looked at him like are you serious right now?? I will never again go there ! read more

I've been here twice and bit times have received a fantastic massage from Jack. Great service and price!

Lily, the owner, runs a very clean, friendly business. The massages are amazing, very affordable (don't forget to tip) and the foot massage is the best ever! I am always looking for a great foot massage and am always disappointed. But not at Sunshine Foot Reflexology! I have filled my card and gotten a free massage at least 4 times. That's 40 massages!! Yes, I am a Sunshine Foot Reflexology junkie and proud of it. Thank you so much! I am one happy relaxed customer. read more

Worst massage ever. During, my massage the man who was doing it was aggressive and rough. It hurt more than anything. I felt like he was going to actually break bones, especially in my ankle. He was trying to twist my ankle to massage. Owner makes you give a tip and when I gave him $5 he got upset. I will never go back. I don't think the owner knows how to give massages. read more

The hour foot massage for $24.99 is the way to go. The regular massage is also good. I did not like the combo as much. I have had several different people work on me and they were all really good! read more

I have been here many times for a massage with Lily. She is very good at getting rid of aches and pains. Though the name implies only foot massage, she can help if you have pain in your neck, back, shoulders, and so on. All around great massage, not just feet. And at $25/hour, you won't find a better deal! I will keep going back and recommend this place to others. read more

I wanted to try a new reflexology place and decided to try this place out. The gentleman who helped my friend and I into a room was nice and gave me my massage and a lady did my friends. The guy doing my body did well at the actual massage but I couldn't relax. He answered the phone 2X as well as he kept burping/gurping under his breath. It didn't stink, thank god but it was very unnerving cause I was seriously thinking he might spit up a little. My friend even said that guy had some serious indigestion. I wasn't mad but I wouldn't go again. Ever. read more

After a week of terrible muscle pain, a coworker recommended my hubby go here for a massage. WOW. After the $25 one hour foot massage (which also included neck and back) he came out a new man. I could tell just from the way he walked that he was able to move so much more than he had all week. He said it felt rough, but really good on his sore back. He's doing so much better now than he was on the useless medication the doctor gave him. So glad we tried it! He'll definitely be going back. It's definitely a deep massage and I don't think I'd like it, but if that's what you're looking for, this is the place. As others have noted it's not the fanciest place, but the price is great and I think the soft music and darkened rooms have plenty of ambiance for relaxation. 100% recommend! read more

Their service used to be much better than it is now. The last couple times I've gone there is just one man working there and he makes strange body sounds. He is coughing and making strange noises the entire time. It is not a relaxing massage at all. It is more like torture but not in a good way. I like a strong massage but his was just rough and choppy. I will not be going back. read more

I'm sooo disappointed that Sunshine isn't in my hometown. We were in Rohnert Park visiting my daughter, a student at Sonoma State when we all decided to go for a foot massage before dinner. We found Sunshine on my phone app but no reviews so went in blind. VERY good technique and better than many in Thousand Oaks where I live. The establishment was very clean and neat. We will be returning when we gather the daughter after finals in May. read more

I was in desperate straights when I came through their doors. One week in bed with excruciating sciatica pain. I was assurd that Coco had the power in her hands, but know few are really able to live up to that. I do not think I have ever had as powerful and responsive a masseuse. Coco systematically worked my cycler's nearly stone muscles, one by one. It was as if I could experience the weave of the layers of muscles relax, and she intuitively moved on as that was the case for each one. I have been dealing with physical complications for a long time, but never been in the hands of a masseuse who was as adept, intuitive, and responsive to what I asked for in the minute to minute process. Another sweet addition: rather than those questionable, perhaps disease filled foot tubs, they tote in an individual barrel lined in plastic for your foot soak. The warmth and can do service attitude is reflected in everything about this place and it's personnel. I am sure they each have their winning ways, but Coco was perfect for me. So long as she's still at Sunshine, I will be a regular customer. read more

Horrible experience. I went in for a 90 minute combo foot reflexology appt. They had me transfer rooms midway through and that was the best part. The masseuse obviously had no training and actually wore floppy, big gloves while massaging my feet. I didn't leave a tip and they got angry. They speak NO English so giving the masseuse directions is through hand gestures. Horrible experience. Stay away. read more

As a competitive runner, cyclist and triathlete I have found Peter and Lilly's fledgling business a real find. Both are professional and thorough. the prices are very reasonable and others I have referred to this business have been very satisfied. Plus there's a reasonably priced dry cleaner nearby, behind the insurance office. read more

I've gotten several massages from Sunshine Foot Reflexology, and will keep going because not only do you get your feet massaged but the whole body, it's not the swedish type massage, but like accupressure massage, relaxing and invigorating, without all the oil, very nice, clean place. 25.00 +tip for one hour so worth it! It's off the beaten path, but once you find it, you too will return for more! read more

Amazing price and amazing service! These guys know how to massage. I love pressure and they give it to you. Love, love, love!

I called last minute after a tense day of headache and nausea; got an appointment right away. I'd been there twice before but there's new management. I usually ask for soft sweet massage pressure so I can meditate, relax, and get grounded for an hour. I'm a rub-junkie. This time I let the masseuse go to town. This "David" did things I didn't even know about. It was life changing. If I hit the lotto I'm going to buy him. The skill and healing energies were incredible!! read more

If you are looking for an authentic reflexology experience with people actually trained and certified, this is the place for you. I have been going to Lilly and Kevin (Sho hi) for the past 4-5 months and have since brought in 2 friends, my mother, brother and son for reflexology treatment. The price cannot be beat and the health value remains amazing. Carolyn read more

I read all of the wonderful reviews and for the price I was very excited to visit from out of town. My husband and I had a back/foot massage for 25 dollars each. First off, our room was right next to the door, so we could hear people coming and going, but I tried my best to ignore that. However, when my husbands massage therapist had his phone go off after five minutes, it was hard to relax after that! My therapist did a great job getting out all of the knots in my foot and my back. Unfortunately I had to look over during the massage because my husband who's therapist was much older kept chopping at him(which I understand is a technique) but it was very loud, and he did not find it relaxing. I would suggest requesting a room further back and with Lilly if possible! read more

Thought I'd give this place the benefit of the doubt with the mixed reviews. Should've saved my money. Most unpleasant massage. Lady was rude. Kept digging her long nails in my skin now I have scratches all over. My sister was getting her massage next to me and the man kept chewing gum with his mouth open and burping out loud. It was so gross. It was seriously the most mediocre massage. Never again will I go here. read more

I"m a fan of this biz. Why? Sunshine Foot Reflexology goes beyond it's name. It's actually Head to Toe Reflexology! I'm hooked cuz my body is NOT JUST BEING pampered, but it's BEING REVIVED! An hour of Relexology for $25 haseasily allowed me to go as often as 3 times in a stressful week! A place close to my home, with good hiegine, knowleldgeable and courteous staff at a bargain price, how can I not go! My body drives me every where and needs its gas! read more

I have received numerous massages in my life from a wide variety of places but never have I had one as good as the one I received from David. It has been a year since my chemo and radiation treatments ended but I have continued to struggle with fatigue and depression. I truly believe that this massage released toxins and restored my energy. I have not felt this good in three years!!! It was so good that I bought a gift card for my husband and drove him there directly after work. Thank you for sharing your gift of healing. read more

My sister and I went for full body n foot massage. It was worth the price ..the negative things I have to say is person had bad-breath and place was hot read more

I tried this place for the first time several months ago. Not my first massage type treatment, I have tried others, but I've never gone back as much as I have to this one. In fact, I'm taking two of my best friends in a few days to experience it too! I went to it by mistake... was looking for another place, but did try this one as the cost for a one hour reflexology treatment is SO affordable! I've never been able to say that something helped me so much physically, but this place certainly did the trick!!! I had body aches from so much stress and I usually get lots of headaches and migraines... I luckily went on a day where I did have one bad headache, and I came out of there feeling NEW!!! No head pain, and loose as can be from relaxing. I'm ready to make this my monthly ritual!! at $25 per session, it is affordable and I know helps me with my trouble areas... specially the headaches!! So love and recommend this place! The three different people i've had have all been wonderful! Not super fancy or exotic..but simple and sweet can definitely prove to be better... definitely does the job perfectly well! read more
