Made a phone call and booked a time and got in within a couple of days - they are extremely accommodating! When we arrived they were very prompt, kind, and professional. Didn't know what to expect as we were from out of town; however, we were pleasantly surprised how attentive they were to our needs. I've never had a massage this thorough for such a reasonable fee. The area where I needed extra pressure, really helped and made it all the more worthwhile to get a massage here. They do prenatals and facials, which makes them stand out comparatively with other massage places nearby. The convenience of them accommodating same day appointments, was also another reason to book here. My husband was stressed so he had a deep tissue massage and they were able to put us in the same room. Masseuse was professional on being skilled on where to address and how much pressure to put. I love that this place does traditional cupping and gua sha with massage! I didn't expect to come across that in Petaluma. It was easy to make an appointment, large and cozy lobby area, free bottled water, each customer gets their own room. Within the room, there's a coat rack, bench, and jewelry dish to place your items. My masseuse was Jenny. I got a 60 min deep tissue massage and cupping. She practices the traditional method of fire cupping with glass jars, unlike the plastic cups and manual air suction that American masseuses do. She also gave me tips on how to keep my body warm when I told her that I'm always cold and pointed out that my legs and spine aren't aligned, which might be why I've been feeling pain in my hips when I sit. I appreciated that and made an appointment with my physical therapist the next day. Prices are great so I highly recommend this spot! read more

We had a couples massage scheduled and I picked here looking at reviews. Usually my husband goes to JL. The only disappointment was we had separate rooms which is not what I expect when scheduling a couples massage. But the massages were some of the best we have had. The therapists really worked hard on the areas that needed it and I think I actually dozed off for a minute. Very responsive and almost k intuitive the way they worked. My husband and I both felt that way. Only thing I'd suggest is if you want a room together to call and make sure. Then I woke up at 3:30am to use the restroom and it took me a heating pad and 40 min to be able to fall asleep again I was in so much pain. One of the best massages I've ever had! Lucy was my therapist and she really dug in deep for my deep tissue massage. I could feel my muscles releasing as she broke down the tissue. She listened to what I wanted her to focus on and she was also able to just feel where I was tense. She focuses on the muscles (doesn't hit bones) and knows to go softer on the sensitive areas (like legs and arm). I usually have to ask my therapists to adjust their pressure but Lucy could just feel where my body needed it so I didn't have to tell her anything. If you need a true deep tissue massage, go to Lucy! I had a lot of tension in my neck, shoulders and back from carrying and breastfeeding my infant-- I've been taking ibuprofin for weeks now because my body just hurts. I got my massage yesterday and this is the first day my back doesn't hurt. About the space: it's clean and bright (just the lobby), easy to find, small and safe parking lot, kind employees, take credit cards, fair pricing, and great therapists. I booked a prenatal massage, there was no prenatal table, I guess I should have asked but every other place has had one. I should have left after seeing that. I have been going to Essential Massage Therapy to see Bin Bin for regular prenatal massages throughout my second and third trimesters. She's great! I had experiences before where a massage therapist was afraid to apply pressure due to me being pregnant, but that is not the case with Bin Bin. If you like more pressure she will apply it. She is very thorough. The prenatal massages are side lying (or 3/4?) and she uses hot stones toward the end of each side. She must have a great memory because I told her just once that I didn't like neck massaging and she always remembered that for months after. I will definitely be going back after the birth to check out her regular non prenatal massages. Either way, I 100% recommend for prenatal massage! read more

I came here after a long morning bike ride on a hot summer day. So, I was looking for a rejuvenating massage experience. The place was located in a quieter area of Petaluma and had a nice private ambiance. The massage therapists were great and greeted very professionally. My masseuse was Judy and she did a great job and put medium strength on my back. I could feel my muscles loosen. She worked on my lower back and shoulders and I could feel her working my problem areas out. When I asked Judy also gave me an essential oil treatment and was great in working her hand and elbows on my stress area and put the pressure needed to work on the body parts.
