So bummed that this place has decided that 30.minute reflexology customers are not worth their time. I used to love to come in while my dogs were bathed at Scenthound. 30.min foot reflexology is a service listed on their website, and it is reasonable to call a business to schedule a service they advertise. I was shocked and disappointed with how I was treated both times I called this week. Please train your front desk staff to be kind to customers. Laughing at and ridiculing them is a terrible business strategy. I literally hung up in tears today. Not everyone always has time or money for a longer service and treating your customers like they are a big joke to you is a good way to lose them. read more

Just moved to Petaluma and was recommended by several friends to come here. It is now my go to place! I'm 36 weeks pregnant and my feet have been hurting, especially since I stand on my feet all day for work. I've come here 3 times for an hour foot massage and every time I've come it's been great! It includes a neck and shoulder massage and the foot massage is so relaxing but firm under my feet. I took my husband today for a full body massage and he enjoyed it too. Amazing and kind staff! Went in for a Swedish massage 1 hour, and the whole process was great. They give you a form and you can fill out what areas you would like more work on. Fill out the body form for areas to concentrate on and those to avoid, and don't forget to indicate the level of firmness to your massage, they are able to work from Swedish to screaming deep tissue. By far the worst massage and waste of money ever. I was articulate, polite, specific about wanting to focus the hour long massage on my shoulder blades. Despite feeling palpable knots, the massage therapist floated over them and spent more time on my glute. Then, about 40 minutes into it, without a word he just left the room so I don't know what was happening and I decided to get dress. It came in I was getting dressed. I said oh I thought we were done because you didn't say anything and he said oh no, not done. I don't even know what was happening. So I just left and he still asked for a tip! A T.I.P is "to insure proper service". in my opinion, not listening to the client, not delivering service paid for, and not communicating where you're going is not proper service. read more

One of my favorite massage places. Every masseuse/masseur I've had has been great, thorough and respectful. My favorite things are: 1. the warm water they soak your feet in before you begin (this is unique; not many places I've been to do this. My hands and feet are always cold so this helps me relax more than the other places). 2. The firm pressure and deep tissue work 3. The option to do a combo massage (30 min feet, 30 min body). 4. Good costumer service at the front desk The only suggestions for improvement would be: 1. to turn off the flashing decorative lights in the foot massage room. The strobe-like setting isn't relaxing. 2. For the massage therapists to respectfully instruct noisy/full volume guests to please whisper (the guests should already have this etiquette but some could have done with a reminder as the walls are very thin and sound travels). read more

I made an appointment same day for the Early Bird Special. I believe its available Mon-Fri before 11:30 am. It was a 40 min foot & 30 min back for $70. I was booked with Melody. She is very professional and polite. I asked her to reduce her pressure and she made sure I was comfortable. The atmosphere is calm and quiet. What a pleasant experience!! I was waiting for my car to be serviced down the street and was just aimlessly walking around because my quads were very sore from a strenuous hike I did two days ago. I stumbled across these guys as they were just opening and getting their rooms ready. A sign out front stating $70 foot and back massage for 110 minutes.. my kind of deal! My masseuse's name was Edward and he was amazing! I'm slightly afraid to see what his "firm" strength is cause I circled "medium" and had a few moments where I was like ooooooweee!! Mainly tiny pinpoint pressure on the insides of my shins. I don't think that area has ever been rubbed, but I know about tiny fascia muscles and I was like just let him do his thing, breathe. *breathing helps to reduce pain. I was also really into his technique and style! A lot of pressure point therapy where he'd hold a spot for a minute, wiggle me a bit, until the tension released. LOVED THIS! My sciatica was acting up this morning and now I am cured for the time being I would also like to point out perhaps you're not supposed to undress all the way? I did because my lower back issues are very low (tailbone/buttocks region) and when he flipped the sheet down I was pretty exposed. I didn't think anything of it because let's be real, this is the massage industry and I know where my pain points are. If my butts out, so be it! Edward was super professional about it. Didn't make me feel weird or anything just kept to his massage and I was immediately relieved of whatever weird feeling I felt being exposed like that. So thank you for making me feel comfortable! I was so elated afterwards I ended up giving him a hug which I think confused him slightly (sorry I'm a hugger ) haha but I was SO grateful. Had no idea what to expect with these guys, but I will definitely be back. Everything smelled clean and fresh. I particularly liked the bird noises and wave sounds! Sooo relaxing. It is a bit noisy for the reflexology because it's a group room, people come in and out. But everyone's respectful, quiet voices and all! And for the price honestly you can't beat it. It's easy to miss this small frontage within a strip of stores, but it is a hidden gem, starting with the receptionist. I did a foot massage/back massage combo with LIa. The main area is dark, with soothing bird songs and piano music in the background. The foot massage starts with a hot soak, and was more elaborate than I have had at other places. One lays back on a large, comfortable sofa that is adjustable. Private items go into a basket. I had a steamed lavender mask on, which helped me relax more. This has the best atmosphere of any massage place I have visited! Then we moved to the massage room, where it was not necessary to strip way down. I didn't want heavy strokes, and Lia obliged with skill. The website makes it very easy to book online, with choices of male or female masseuse. Plus there are extra ways to save money. That being said, we've been here twice for a couples massage and both times have been such a great experience. Everyone was so warm and nice. From the lady checking us in at the front to the masseuses. My masseuse was Kevin and my Fiancee's was Tina. We had them both times and they do such a great job. I had a couples massage here with my girlfriend and I'm not really sure how to rate it. They are friendly, the ambiance is very good, particularly the lighting. They massage hard though, and reading the reviews I'm actually worried how I'm going to feel in a day or two. We each selected medium but more often it was closer to hard. I judge a good massage by how often I'm transported mentally to another place. And there were definite stretches of time when that happened; but I was also periodically jolted back by the hard pressure or by noise which filtered through from the neighboring room or wondering if she would get to all the elements. As it happened the chest was skipped as well as the thighs on the front. All that being said there was a lot to like. In particular I appreciated the attention to the hands and feet, and she discovered areas I didn't even realize needed massaging. And as mentioned the decor, music, and customer interface are high points. My girlfriend's masseuse was also too strong; he checked in with her and adjusted but didn't keep consistency; he also left a couple areas unchecked. If the center were in a better location than a strip mall, I'd reconsider, but as it is I'd look elsewhere first. read more
