This was my first time at the particular foot rub/massage place and it was rather interesting. Honestly, I would give them four stars, but there were a couple uncomfortable things for me. $40 gets you a great hour long foot rub which was incredibly relaxing, granted it was somebody else next to me. And while my feet were soaking, my knees were bent as I laid down on a bed. This is my own preference, but I have bad knees, so bending my knees for a good 20 minutes while they were soaking in the relaxing water And therapeutic bubbles for my feet on my knees. One could not tell they were with other people in the same room because you wore a mask that was beautifully scented and very relaxing. I close my eyes even though I had a mask on but I could still randomly hear other people. Lol like I said for 40 bucks you can't really beat the price, but there were some parts that were a bit uncomfortable. The massage was adequate for my feet and neck and back, but I did have a knot in my shoulder on the left side, but the lady didn't really get the knot out. So I went to my acupuncturist instead. When I saw my acupuncturist at Gen Acupuncture in Sunnyvale California, she was able to get the knot out of my back/shoulder area. I digress, for Petaluma, and 40 bucks cash. Perhaps next time I'll get a full body massage and get a private room so I can fully lay down and just bring more cash with me next time. They charged more for credit card use so I was lucky I had cash on me at the time. Yet, This can't be beat, but because I'm picky I think I'll just stick to a pedicure and my acupuncturist for help in Sunnyvale. My pedicurist is in Campbell, California at Thao's Organic Nails. It does the job when it comes to convenience and flexibility of what kind of massage one wants, such as foot, body and/or neck massage. I adore their option for a minimum of 30 minutes on massage session since I just decided last minute to want one while we are in downtown for only a couple of hours or so. They were available as well. It was a rejuvenating break and one can't beat $25 for half hour anywhere! If the decor and ambiance is a bit better, it would be more refreshing. We scheduled a foot massage with a 60-minute massage. The foot massage was fine, nothing extraordinary but the massage was downright awful. I have had massages over many years, states, countries, venues. AWFUL. A massage is to be enjoyed, even a therapudic massage is to be enjoyed. This was an assault not a massage. Go for the foot massage or even reflexology but be careful regarding the body massage. read more

I arrived so knotted up and stressed. I did an hour and a half deep tissue massage. Linda was superb. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing deep tissue massage. I walked out and felt so much better. The next day I would say a good 90% of my knotted muscles were so much better. Every time I go to TLC I feel better after getting their massage. The massage therapists are all strong but they will massage you as gentle or strongly as you want. I've also had the foot and back rub/they offered separately. Its a shorter time than the body massage but great for sore shoulders. read more

Came here on a Saturday randomly with my husband, and we were lucky that they had an opening in 30 minutes. They were so kind and did an amazing job. Plain and simple.... The best massage I've ever had. I first accidentally discovered this place on a previous trip to 'luma and only had a foot/calf massage. When we came back I made a beeline to get another massage here and had my wife get one too. We were not disappointed. We only had a half hour massage in separate rooms (I think they have the ability to do same room couples massages, but not 100% sure). I had a petite lady that I was not sure would have enough strength to work out the tension my back and shoulders had from hours and hours of highway driving, but holy cow, it was some of the deepest muscle massages possible. It technically "hurt" the next day, but it was a good hurt if that makes sense. I really wish this place was in my hometown. I would be there at least once a month if not more. * I recommend tipping in cash (I payed in an even increment so the two massage masters could share equally). *Parking is tricky in the area, as in, the meters only provide so much time and the meter maids take their job seriously. So plan accordingly and park properly. read more

Very coarse, off- putting distracted staff person in a terrible rush (even though I was the only customer there) to get back to her phone. Unfortunately I left my expensive sunglasses on the treatment table for a moment and when I got back from the bathroom my sunglasses were gone! She was the only person there. The best! We so needed some TLC and this places gives it in spades. It is very tiny. Dark. You walk up stairs and enter into this dark room with a counter. She directs you to the left and there are 4 I believe chairs, the type that lays down so when they are done with your front, they even turn you over and massage your back too! Your feet soak in hot water while you relax and get a nice neck massage, than arms, tops of legs, calves and feet. Turn over and get more neck, head back and legs and feet. Solid massage for a great price. My legs and feet were screaming for help after a week of working doubles on my feet. I had 1hr of reflexology and an hour full body massage with oils and I paid $75. I enjoyed both, but to be honest, the foot reflexology was thorough enough across the body that the latter was unnecessary for me. I'd recommend the oil massage for those that need the focus of the massage to be mostly on the back and shoulders. Great massage every time! TLC is not fancy but the atmosphere is professional and pleasant. I am not there for a spa experience - just to get a really good massage and to relax. The foot massage is good but I prefer the body massage to get my back and neck knots worked on. Everyone there is very skilled and they work hard! Another thing I appreciate is a warm massage room. I never get cold at TLC. I use the Yelp message button on the TLC page to request appointments. That works very well and they almost always get right back to me. read more

We called for a 530 massage for 1 hour 2 people they told us 50 each I repeated 50 each so 100 dollars she said yes. We arrived at 535 the massage ended at exactly 630. Maybe it's because of virus they didn't do my head at all but also never touched my feet. I remained on stomach the entire massage it felt like he just dug in wherever there was anything not mindful. I like hard massages and have had really tough ones be this wasn't like that. Elbows and repetitive movements didn't seem to even know what he was doing. At the we went to pay and it was 120$ I said on the phone you said 2 for 100 50 each she said no. Also heads up they only take cash. Not going again to bad was really looking forward to it. Update 3 days later: I cannot go to work my neck is so flared up. So management. Get ur stuff together. When I call and ask for the price on a 90 min back/combo massage and it's not the price u tell me when u pay at the end, my whole massage is ruined. Berated as I was leaving about not leaving a tip - I did, u took some of it by not giving me the correct price. Secondly u made another mistake. I did, recount. Massage was meh at best. Very rough in a bad way. Unorganized, sporadic, felt like I was just getting hit at points. Cool, u walk on my back and legs, a great thing - not if u fall off every two seconds and u aren't really doing anything. Cherry on top. After leaving to get a towel, he definitely came back with a full mouth chomping away loudly. Massage guy didn't speak English. Asked him to do my feet some also. Didn't. Their foot massage doesn't seem like a bad deal. But never again for a body. Place was clean. Update - went back in August after five weeks out of town. The masseuse who was outstanding was gone. Two new ones. They denied that there had ever been anyone else even though I had five massages from her. The new ones (my friend and I both had a full body massage) were just average. The change of masseuses is somewhat normal in Chinese places but it is too bad they had to deny that there had been a change. Now I have to find a new place. The foot reflexology massages were always good and probably still are well worth the time and money. read more

I kind of don't want to give this great review so it remains a little hidden gem.... We booked two, two hour massage and my husband was pleasantly surprised at how deep they were able to go.
