I looked at quite a few practices in Sonoma County but she was also one of the only ones with weekend availability! Her practice is quite holistic. She'll ask how you're doing that specific day and choose certain essential oils depending on your symptoms (ex. peppermint if you're recovering from a cold, CBD for chronic aches). I also love her seasonal decor and themed heated blankets which seem to change each month, whether it's Halloween or Easter! My problem areas require a lot of deep tissue targeting so when the pressure isn't enough, she'll add other techniques like hot stone or cupping too.
