Amanda is hands down the BEST!!! I have been going to her for many years and have had tried others when she was not available but I am always disappointed, no one compares! From the moment you walk in, you feel completely at ease. Amanda creates a warm, inviting environment and has an energy that immediately puts you at ease and in a state of relaxation. She takes the time to talk to you and get an understanding of where you are with your body and what you are looking for from your massage experience. Her technique is superb, skillfully targeting areas of tension while ensuring that the pressure is just right. I always walk away feeling both deeply relaxed and invigorated. If you're looking for a massage that not only alleviates stress but also makes you feel genuinely cared for, I highly recommend Amanda. It's an experience you don't want to miss and will have no regrets! read more

Amanda is a gifted massage therapist and a wonderful human being. She has years of experience and it shows through her hands - with their sensitivity and ability to read the body and apply just the right amount of pressure and technique. As a martial artist and a practitioner of Chinese medicine who also does bodywork, I am very particular about who puts their hands on me and I always know that I'm going to come out feeling great - relaxed, restored, rejuvenated after my session with Amanda. After her recent trials and tribulations, she is the embodiment of the Phoenix - both in the western and eastern sense- rebirth and grace and the balance of yin and yang. read more

I have been going to see Amanda for 11 years now. She is wonderful and very professional. In 2014 I had open heart surgery and then two month later I had a mastectomy. I was unable to move my arms over my head. Amanda really helped me become more mobile. She accommodated my needs when I couldn't lie face down. I believe without her I wouldn't be able to lift weights on a daily basis. I could go on forever how much she has helped me. Very cute and comfortable room. I truly believe you should treat yourself and get a gift certificate for someone you think would enjoy it!! read more

Amanda is the best. Best masseuse! Best concerned with your welfare and specific needs! I had an hour and a half massage. She was able to work some long term knots out of my neck, shoulders and upper back! Amazing strength in those hands! Her studio is inviting and tranquil. She had a few minutes before our scheduled time to find out my issues health wise. I felt completely comfortable with the entire experience! I recommend Amanda to anyone, whether you have used others in the past or are a first timer, you will not be disappointed! Thanks, Amanda. See you next time I'm in town read more

Great massage! Amanda is so friendly and welcoming, and takes the time to understand your needs and what you're hoping to get out of the session. I've only seen her once so far, but she seems to be very versatile and able to tailor the massage to be exactly what you want. I asked her to focus on a specific area on my shoulder, and while she spent a good deal of time targeting the muscle, it was still very relaxing and comfortable. A great mix of Swedish and deep tissue massage. I will definitely be going back! read more

Amanda is bar far the most talented and caring massage therapist I have ever experienced! She always takes the time to target any specific issues as well as to deliver a full body massage. Amanda is able to somehow balance getting into those very tight spots with ensuring comfort and relaxation throughout the session. She schedules her sessions with intention to allow the time to talk beforehand, and to let you ease back into the day with a fully relaxed mindset. Whether you are looking for relief from pain, sports-related body work, or just need to destress and relax, I highly recommend Narra Massage! read more

Did a full body deep tissue / sports massage and feel great. A must for anyone who sits for prolonged periods of time.

Amanda has consistently provided exceptional therapeutic and restorative massages. I have never had any issues with scheduling, payment, and punctuality - three elements I have had previous negative experiences with other therapists. Before I met Amanda, I was extremely apprehensive towards receiving any kind of bodywork due to these previous experiences. Upon walking into her office, I was immediately greeted with a warm and comforting disposition. Amanda sat with me to inquire about preexisting injuries and additional medical information. She took the time to hear my input and make a genuine assessment about what kind of session would best serve me. Throughout our session, she checked in with me to make sure that I was comfortable and aware of the target areas she was addressing. At the end of our session, we debriefed and she gave me some wonderful exercises and stretches to do at home in order to help with my pain and range of motion. It was then I was completely sold! Currently, I have a monthly standing appointment for maintenance. Without Amanda, I would be a broken man. read more

Amanda is amazing! I went to see her after she was recommended by a friend and I'm so glad that I did! She has a wonderful space located in downtown Cotati. Booking online is easy and efficient. I suffer from chronic headaches and migraines and I always leave Amanda's feeling so much better. She always listens to my issues carefully and is able to pinpoint the cause of my pain and relieve it. She is highly skilled and intuitive and she always takes time to talk to me about what I want to work on specifically for my body. She is a magical therapist and a great person! I'm so grateful I found her! I highly recommend her! read more

Amanda is simply amazing. She knows where to spend her time working out knots and kinks. She has a gentle approach but works up to the perfect pressure to relieve pain! I come in sore and leave a puddle ready for a nap. She also gives suggestions for stretches to help with problem areas between appointments. I'm really getting to know my body and how to prevent pain from daily occupational movements. Thank you for your relaxing environment, energy, and expertise! read more

I have been going to see Amanda throughout my pregnancy and she is a total lifesaver. I honestly can say I would not have been able to make it without her. She is attentive and accommodating and seeing her is the best 90 minutes of my week! I highly recommend Amanda if you're looking for a quality massage in Cotati!! read more

I originally booked an appointment with Amanda for a friend of mine but at the last minute he couldn't make it so I went in his place. I am so glad I did. Amanda has a very warm and welcoming demeanor right when you walk in. She is very attentive to any problem areas you may have. Very relaxing atmosphere all around. Her hands were amazing with just the right amount of pressure she applies. Day to day my body is usually very tense & I usually am known to have bouts of "road rage" on occasion but not after I left her office. I felt like a completely different person (and I was even complimented on how I looked being so relaxed - lol) I am truly convinced that I need to go see her more often, at least once a week would be great but at the very least once a month. Scheduling is super easy and can be done online in less than a few minutes. Thank you Amanda, I will be back again for sure! read more

She is amazing. Did an all around excellent job. One of the most relaxing massages I've had in a very long time!

I have a disabled daughter who was getting headaches/migraines 1-3 per week, causing her to be sick. She has communication issues and physical issues so just going to a massage therapist was not an easy choice. Someone recommended Amanda and I decided to give it a try. She is AMAZING!!. She is so good with my daughter, who absolutely LOVES Amanda and the sessions with her, AND the headaches are gone. I am so grateful--one of the best decisions I have made regarding my daughter's care. read more
