I was unable to move my arms over my head. Amanda really helped me become more mobile. She accommodated my needs when I couldn't lie face down. I originally booked an appointment with Amanda for a friend of mine but at the last minute he couldn't make it so I went in his place. I am so glad I did. Amanda has a very warm and welcoming demeanor right when you walk in. She is very attentive to any problem areas you may have. Very relaxing atmosphere all around. Her hands were amazing with just the right amount of pressure she applies. Day to day my body is usually very tense & I usually am known to have bouts of "road rage" on occasion but not after I left her office. I felt like a completely different person (and I was even complimented on how I looked being so relaxed - lol) I am truly convinced that I need to go see her more often, at least once a week would be great but at the very least once a month.
