Great combo Thai/Deep Tissue massage. Calm spa music with dark blue walls create the perfect feel. I have been going to Blue Orchid Massage for several years and the reason I keep coming back is because Kim and the other masseuse know my aches and pain area. I leave relaxed and rejuvenate. From the time you enter Blue Orchid you feel a warmth and ambience from the decor and the spa music as it puts you into a relax mode and prepares you for the massage you are about to receive. For first time customer they have a questionnaire that you fill out in which you highlight your area of concern. Questions are asked and then you are taken to one of their massage rooms. The first time I came to Blue Orchid I had an excellent massage. I paid for a deep tissue 1.5hr massage and left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The massage therapist asked me about my problem areas and she addressed them throughout my massage. I felt she cared and did a great job. The reason I am leaving three stars is because the second time I had a massage here my experience was the complete opposite. The massage therapist did not provide a deep tissue massage and did not ask me about my areas of concern. I did bring them up on my own but it didn't matter because she didn't do her job. She hardly applied any pressure and was inconsistent throughout the massage. I could tell she was either tired or distracted by something, but the massage was terrible. I actually left in more pain and discomfort than when I had arrived. As someone who has injures I cannot be touched so softly because it causes more damage. This is why I paid for a deep tissue massage. I was very disappointed and normally would request a refund but I was too tired to do so. You guys need to make sure your massage therapists are consistent especially with how much you guys are charging customers. In addition, the massage rooms are cold because there are no ceilings in the rooms and this also causes a level of discomfort. I reccomend you invest in some sort of ceiling even if made of cloth, it will make each room warmer. No one wants a cold massage especially when the cold makes the body hard and stiff not relaxed. read more

This was the most amazing massage I've had in a while. Definitely great for sore muscles or if you have knots!! Would recommend!!
