Definitely won't be buying here! I sent in a simple email inquiry on a vehicle I'm interested in and they blew it. I should mention I worked in the car business for nearly 7 years (I worked my up from Sales, to Internet Sales, to Internet Manager and Finance Manager), so I've seen my fair share. In an industry with a lot of awful sales people and managers, there is a bad reputation for being ripped off, lied to, manipulated, etc. and this is one example why. My initial experience I had with Jose A. (the person who answered my email inquiry about a specific vehicle) was pathetic. I sent in an inquiry through their website and stated that I didn't want to provide my number (because we all know sales people need to have a customers number so they can call them a million times). I mentioned this in my initial email, only to get a poorly written auto response to which I responded again that I didn't want to provide my phone number and was simply looking for the price on a vehicle. Easiest way to lose a customer is to be difficult and not to give them the information they request. The next email I got back was simply, "call me 425-xxx-xxxx." Hmmmm, no thank you! I have a simple question, answer it and then we can chat. I'm well aware of the tricks of the trade, and there was a reason I was consistently in the top sales position. I was successful and had happy customers because I listened to them, respected their boundaries and worked with them. It's not that hard to give a customer a good experience. This guy is one of the reasons that sales people have a bad reputation. Mind you, I have been looking for a VERY specific car for 3-4 months now and they have it. Had they treated me with a little more respect and attention, they likely would have earned my business by the end of the weekend. I'd rather wait another 3-4 months or buy out of state if need be. I went to purchase 350z 2006 convertible from this place and boy it was the most terrible choice I have made. Let me start off with this. Everyone that I have talk to (sales dudes) "Oh yea it is nice car it has nishi wheels which is 3000 dollars (I researched it it was 150 per wheel..) it is very nice car and the top works fine" However the convertible top was not working, visor was broken and the wheels were 600 from internet not 3000. Second, once you do not have any money as down payment you would not get any type of deals unless you start flashing some stacks of your hard earned money. The 350z that they were offering was 15800 plus tax, which is close to 17300 I have put down 3000 dollars which it brings it down to 14300. After they have agreed upon that price, then you now have to go through the finance manager (his name was Matt Vuchetich). Matt seemed nice guy until he start playing with numbers. He has stated to both my wife and I that it would be hard to get a car loan through any bank with only 14800 dollars amount. So he suggested to get warranty that can fix any electronic problems....after 30 minutes of him pushing he has stated "Well the car is 10 years old I would hate to see you guys leave this place and have problems afterwards....I have agreed but it did occur to me...didnt they told me the car is in good shape? Beside the broken visor and convertible top? I was feeling bit uncomfortable however my wife who was in need of car and wanting to get this 350z it was her dream to drive this vehicle... We left the place with all the documents signed. After that Matt who initally have informed us with our credit he can do 10% APR has dropped some where down to 3.5 or 4.5% Again perhaps due to my 3000 dollar payment and top of that selling me 4 years warranty the company has made their money enough for me to drop the APR down. Due to the top being fixed we didnt get the car until a week later...when we finally got the car, yup the top was all fixed but the top had a hole... *sigh* I was beyond pissed.... Third, we had problem on tire sensor and also the stereo...after 16 days. Obviously this is the future of what Matt have stated...electronic problems...but this is when it gets interesting. When my wife went to the service department to get it fixed, they charged her 136 dollars for diagnose and told her that these are not covered under the warranty. WTF?!?!?! Ladies and Gents...I believe as middle class, we work 50-80 hours a week and when you finally have earned your blood sweating money to purchase your dream car....you have these unethical business minded people who do not give a crap of your time and money. They squeeze, deceive and convince you to spend as much as you can and promise everything. However when the time comes they do not take care of you. Please do your self a favor and do not purchase ANY WARRANTY! Salesmen are your first round to fight with price negotiation afterwards you have to do another round with Matt the finance guy. I was informed by my friend who is the GM over at Doug's Hyundai and after I have told him everything, he said I can take this to attorney and go through all the papers and can make this in to my favors. One of the worst experiences ever. Bought a car, took 2 weeks to get the car(windshield replacement). When I left multiple accessory lights came on. Did I mention that I Did not receive the paperwork of inspecion? Salesman claimed he isn't savvy with email, so he offered to take a picture of the documents....yet, he posted this car I bought on craigslist himself. I want paperwork not a cell phone picture. Ohh and I also wasn't given my temp license. That's just the highlights, this situation has been so awful that the BBB is involved as well as our family attorney. So I bought a 2012 f-150 from these guys over at sunset. I was fed up with the unprofessionalism across the street with nw motor sports, and just walked over to check them out. Carlos and the finance team worked with my numbers and got me a truck that fit what I was looking for, I can't say enough about Carlos. I did have an issue with an EVAP sensor but I brought the truck back and they made it right. The only reason this isn't a five star review is I found some body work that was done to the truck that was not disclosed during the sale even though they gave me a clean car fax. I can tell the driver side door has been replaced. My truck is from Canada so I don't know if there was a filing mistake or straight up fraud but I don't think it's sunsets fault. So far I love my truck and I loved the support and customer service I received from the sunset trucks crew and especially Carlos. read more

I have been looking for a second vehicle. A truck. I was referred to the sales manager by the sales manager at Cars R Us. So I went over there and talked to him and the salesman Micheal Adams I believe. I straight up told them where my credit was. What I had down and the max I wanted my payment at. He then runs a deal past me saying that I could trade in my car that I am upside down on and get a truck and car and have one payment of about 650 a month. After spending 6 hours going over this and test driving they tell me that just the truck alone would be almost 600 a month and that it wouldn't work. The truck was listed at 17k online but when they brought the paperwork out it was 24k. Wtf!? These guys lie online and waste your time. I've had bad experiences buying cars but Micheal and the sales managers are the lowest pieces of crap I've had the pleasure of working with. read more

Update of an update. So after discovering my vehicle had multiple issues that should of been addressed before is left the lot, I took the vehicle back to sunset in hopes they would make things right. I went back with the buyer's inspection paperwork from the other dealer, it clearly stated the issues (oil leak, trans cooler leak, etc) I saw all these leaks with my own eyes, so I know the buyer's inspection was accurate. After Sunset got the truck up on the lift and inspected it, they told me that the trans cooler lines were not leaking, and that "oil seepage was normal from oil pan" and they would not be repairing them. At this point I was clearly frustrated, so rather than dealing with the poor service and incompetence of Sunset, I figured I'd take my truck back to Harnish for the work. Sunset had sold me the "bumper to bumper premium package" extended warranty, so I figured getting the repairs some would be no problem. WRONG. The warranty they sell you us a joke. Even though my oil pan gasket was leaking, and gaskets and seals are covered under my warranty, they said they will not cover the replacement because "oil pan gasket" is not specifically mentioned. EVEN THOUGH GASKESTS AND SEALS ARE COVERED ITEMS. Do not waste money on the extended warranty. It will only be a headache down the road. So now I'm out and additional 500$ to get my car on the road. Was in the process of selling my truck to and I received a dealer offer from Sunset Trucks. My wife and I drove 50 miles to get here and told the salesman that I received a dealer offer from Sunset and that I was directed to bring it in. Salesman and manager went out to inspect the truck and came back and told me they would offer $3,000 less than the offer I received in the email just 4 hours prior. Mind you my truck is meticulously maintained and spotless thoughout. They stated that they would need to put another $1,500 worth of detailing and service to my 2015 with 12,000 miles (it has had all services completed with the manufacturer). Attempted to split the difference with the dealer but they would not budge. Salesman also stated that the number received from the online dealer offer was not from them and that Cars.com just generates those numbers on their behalf. Didn't believe it for a second. Went to another dealer and received a fair offer for my truck. Sale went smooth. They just need to know what cars are warranted because I was at end waiting for finance, and been there all day not my plan, was going to look at others elsewhere but they kept telling me about there warranty protection for life. Even through negotiation when I said I have another truck to go look at and the sales rep kept saying but you dont get warranty and oil changes. So after a bit I realized that war6is a good deal. So went to finance and was waiting when sales rep came and told me that this truck was not covered. After hours of them stating it over and over, and they were sorry they did not know it was not, come on your the sales person you should know and if not at that point they sho6have gave it to me. Instead they ask me if I want to purchase a warranty, and I felt I did with the price I paid. Om me I should have walked when that was taken away and they pushed that on me all day.so I overpaid gave up a perfectly reasonable truck and got no warranty. Shop around there are better deals that will back what there staff states, whether it was a honest mistake or not, this company should have stood behind there word. Advertised with backup camera not there radio only hands free for I phone and 1 broken keybthat dont lock or unlock. And over $200 bucks through ford for I key. First let me state this is not about everyone at Sunset Trucks, just my salesman, and the general managers, and finance guy I dealt with. My salesman lied straight to my face saying they are paying my trade in off completely, only to have finance department not honor it. Finance department person tried to swindle cash for "first payment" after all the paperwork had been signed. When I brought that up to the manager, he told me this wasn't the first time someone had a complaint about that. I was told my truck would be ready after the weekend, only to get it two weeks later. After getting it back, it still had problems. So, once again back my truck goes. Management is even worse. They don't return calls. After leaving at least 8 messages over a two day period i knew I was being blown off. The communication between them and their customers is beyond terrible. When I spoke to the manager at Sunset Chevrolet, he said to me "I'm getting too involved". Why wouldn't I be involved when they have had my truck for a month. I had to go out of my way to reach someone from service department and the body shop to get updates. Service department, and body shop I have no issues with, they are just doing what the managers tell them to do. When I finally got my truck 35 days after I purchased it, managers from Sunset Trucks, and Sunset Chevrolet said they would speak to me when I pick it up, only to be blown off again when I showed up to get the truck. I will say they did take care of about 75% of the list I gave them of issues I found, so there's that "customer satisfaction" they advertise. Not bad for having it for 35 days, and trying to hustle cash from me. This place has no integrity or loyalty to their customers. I would never recommend this place. I will be contacting WA State Attorney General about the finance issue, and everything else this place has done. read more

Worst fucking dealership ever. I am 18 years old, just trying to buy myself nice car (that I worked 3 jobs in high school to buy) and they ended up fucking me over as a first time buyer and then pretty much laughed in my face. They send me off the lot with a whopping 15% interest and a car with $10,000 in negative equity and I had no idea. They also sold me a car for over $20,000 with 116,000 miles on it. Sunset Trucks sent me a damaged 2016 Chevy Silverado I purchased online last July for over $33k! ( plus tax, license and shipping )They claimed was perfect and showroom condition with only 12,000 miles on it. I immediately contacted them after it was delivered, I asked to return the vehicle as I was highly disappointed... the reply " Not an Option, you should have had it inspected, your too picky... " I had several professional body shop estimates ranging from $3600 to $4300! I guess SUNSET missed a few things on their 160 point detailed inspection... being out of state I had few options. So I posted on social media my concerns and proof with details and photo's that I was telling the truth. They posted twice and said is there anything we can do to make it right...? Both times I said "yes" please help me... Absolutely the worst car buying experience I ever had! Our daughter was diagnosed with cancer a few years ago and as a result our finances were jeopardized leaving us with a not so hot credit score. I let Bob Fisher know this at the begining he said no problem we've helped out allot of people in your same situation..told him where we needed to be on price and said we needed to be at this ammount...so we end up with this van, settled on a price and signed paperwork. We took the van home...was told to come back and sign final docs 2 days later...didn't get a call back...i also forgot to mention we delt with 6 different reps by this time...for some reason Bob went missing? Finally got a call back and they said they needed a bunch of money down and doubled our payment...took the van back...i felt like i was dealing with a bunch of politicians! I bought a 2013 Jeep wrangler in January and paid more than it was worth (my fault). The clock spring in the steering wheel recently went out and is going to cost us $600.00 plus to fix. I found out recently that it was a Canada Jeep and that anything under warranty is not covered in the US. I was not told this was a Canada Jeep or that this would be a problem when it was bought. When I called up there, their answer was how do we know what was discussed at time of purchase. Also they said it was not covered under warranty, even though Jeep said if we were the original owner from Canada it would be covered. Also shortly after we bought this Jeep we brought it back for a leaking top which I am told it is a common problem, backfiring and brake problem. They fixed the brake but said they could not find anything else wrong. The top still leaks, hasn't backfired since. When we got the Jeep back they had took the brand new mats out and we didn't notice till later, they had took the owners manual out of the glove box ( which also had our registration in it). Went out on Memorial Day weekend to kick some tires and look over some options for a new vehicle for our large family of seven. We visited five other car lots before stoping by Sunset Trucks and we were greeted by Matt Becker and from the beginning he stood out from the previous salespeople we had talked with. He was very laid back but very attentive to our needs, he answered all of our questions. One thing we like most was he took the time to get to know us and our kids before advancing to through the sale. By the end of our visit on Friday our kids had reached their limit and the entire family was hungry, he let us leave without feeling pressured which was the main reason we returned the following day. We had a fun time negotiating and agreed on a final number. The important thing was we didn't make a purchase just based on price. Matts customer service was on point and he was a great person and the team at Sunset Trucks is very lucky to have him. My husband and I went in today to just browse around, neither one of us were that excited about it (we hate car shopping) but we needed an SUV to fit our growing family. We started looking around and were greeted quicky, we met Andre, he then introduced us to Andy. Andy took us all around and showed us vehicles in our budget, he was upbeat and seemed sincere so I was uplifted about this whole experience within mins... we had our 2 year old son with us and Andy was super cool to him. (not fake, he had 5 kids so instantly made me feel comfotable about car shopping with a 2 year old) we found a car we liked, but Andy let us know they had some other vehicles in Summer we might like also... he patiently waited as we moved the car seat into the new car to test drive it as we drove to Sumner. Long story short we ended up finding an awesome car in Sumner, so again he patiently waited as we lugged the annoying car seat out and into the car we loved back to the Puyallup location. Sitting down with him was a laid back experience and the whole time we felt NO PRESSURE AT ALL, until we signed paperwork we felt like if we wanted to back out he would shake our hands and let us go with a smile...(that feeling isn't normal at a dealership) Financing did seemed a little rushed, but it's a sat. And they were super busy so we understood. (and my kid was so ready to go so I was a little happy it was hurried along) We were in and out in 4 hours with a car that had 3rd row seating, less then 20k miles, and was in our small budget. Steer clear! Sunset does the old moving numbers thing, you can agree to a price on a quote sheet with a salesman, but when the finance department gets the quote sheet, it becomes a purchase request, this is where you get screwed, the interest goes up, and the agreed price goes up with a 5k charge for the no cost to you warranty, and a 400 dollar charge for some non existent or factory installed security system. They drown you in a pile of paperwork after they've wore you down waiting for 3 hrs. so you won't notice the additional charges! Lesson learned, read everything, and don't do it when your tired. this is how 20k turns into 30k. Now I understand why people hate car salesman! read more

Ended up there because my son found a truck he wanted. The initial sales experience was great - mainly because it was the right price and I was paying cash, so how easy can it get. The truck needed to go through their shop for inspection since it was just in. My mistake obviously was paying them. 3 days later, I call to find out if the truck was ready. The person answering the phone asked who my sales guy was and then told me he wasn't in. No big deal, I just want to pick up the truck I had already paid for. He then set the phone down for a few minutes and when he picked it up just told me to call back in 20 minutes because they were too busy to check on the truck. I said, "I just wrote a big check, can't you check on the truck?" "Call back," he said and hung up on me. After slightly cooling down a bit, I called and told the guy that answered not to hang up on me, that I just wanted to know the status of the truck I paid for. He told me it hadn't even been to the shop yet. This was after the promise that it was going in the day I paid for it. So, I think the mistake was paying them. But the customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. I would cancel my check and let them keep the truck at this stage if it were for me. Since its for my son, I'm angrily letting it go through. Would not recommend this dealership. Trucks are commodities and there are lots of places to purchase them from. read more

First contacted Calvin and he was great from the start. Told him about our other horrible experiences with different car dealerships and he reassured us they would be different. Took my Tahoe in to see what they would give me for a trade and although Calvin wasn't available he recommended we work with Kris and Brian. Brian was very friendly, straight forward and helpful. Gave me a great price for my Tahoe trade in and brought over the car I wanted to look at. Kris showed it to us and was super helpful and non-pushy. Although we couldn't make a deal (family choice) they were understanding and not rude or disrespectful about our choice. Hoping we can make a deal in the future. I purchased a jeep from them in 2016. I was told that no accident or damage was reported (if I also remember correctly, they showed me a car fax which showed nothing). Perfect, sounds good to me. I loved the jeep and there were no reported issues. I purchased it and have loved it ever since..... today, I went to a jeep dealership for an oil change. While I was waiting, I looked at another jeep (which was a little bit newer). They ran my VIN # and it came back with "front end damage reported in 2014". Sunset Trucks is one of the worst dealerships in Washington State. I unfortunately purchased a truck from them about 4 years ago. From the start it had problems from the TPMS malfunctioning to the brakes squealing after they claimed they were brand new. After reviewing the "deal" they made me, I noticed they undervalued my trade in. I went to the dealership to talk to them about this and told no. This surprised me to say the least. So I called and spoke to a "finance specialist" about getting into something else. I was fed line after line of bullshit. Nothing ever came of those conversations. Then, I went back to the dealership with my significant other and while there trying to talk to someone, the salesmen, while on the sales floor, made sexually explicit comments about my wife, within earshot of me. When I confronted them about this, they cursed at me, called me a liar and told me get out of their store. I went to the manager, Tyler Foss and was told the same thing by him. After 3 weeks I went back to try to explanation about the car deal, but to no avail. I was threatened by the sales people and the manager to leave and never come back as I was banned from the dealership for life. 2 months went by and I was having mechanical issues. I called the dealership and explained to them what was going on. I was told to come in. When I got there and they found out who I was, I was threatened again, but this time an employee lifted his shirt to reveal a handgun tucked into his waistband. I was told to leave. As I made my way back to the truck, a employee suggested that I have an "accident" to have the insurance company pay off the truck. 3 weeks later, two "employees" from Sunset Trucks came to my house, brandished firearms and told me that I or my significant other ever showed up back at the dealership or told the cops, or anyone about what happened, there would hell to pay for both of us. Then, 3 weeks after these individuals came to my house, I was alone in my garage and the door was open. All of the sudden, I was grabbed from behind and pushed up against the cabinets in my garage and a voice told me my trips to Sunset Trucks were over, permanently. I felt something hit my head and then everything went black. I woke up 2 hours later with a splitting headache. Needless to say, I never told the cops or anyone else about what happened till now. As I suffer from PTSD and fear attacks, I'm quite fearful of what will happen when Sunset Trucks reads this review. But I had to let people know what Sunset Trucks is really like so they can avoid this dealership. read more

Thought this place was gonna be a good place to buy a truck and it wasn't. They wanted to put us in a 34,000 dollar chevy and we're mopar people. The funny thing was, they had plenty of dodges for 26,000-29,000 and they kept telling us we couldn't get it because the bank said no. We went to Milam Truck Country today and got a 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 with 50,000 miles for 23,000. Looked at Kelly blue book and it was a fair deal. We had a very hard situation with my husbands job and how gets paid, but Milam took care of us in 2 hours and the funnier thing is, it was the same bank these guys were going through. Just spent 4 hours at this dealership where we were told by salesman, David Otzwirk, that the truck we were interested in had a lifetime warranty. That was the selling point for us, therefore we made a deal. We were in the process of signing papers, with a check in hand for payment, when we were told "sorry this truck does not have a warranty because it has an aftermarket lift kit." The salesman had numerous opportunities to let us know this, however chose to tell us differently to make the sale. The dealer decided to let us walk away instead of making it right. Their idea of a proper resolution was tacking on an additional $2600 to the price of the sale for a 4 year warranty. Such crap!! Liars! Don't buy from this dealership!! read more

Military Veterans Don't Buy a Vehicle at Sunset Trucks Puyallup WA Buyer Beware. if by a truck from his dealership. He screwed my son and they'll screw you. Recently my son and his wife traded in a 2012 Nissan Titan pickup fully insured and bought a 2011 at 350 Ford. They financed the truck without full coverage and he got screwed. Days after they bought the vehicle they got an unfortunate accident which basically wiped out the truck on the left side flat the tire. They basically told is nothing they can do. When he went to change a tire that was flat from the accident there wasn't even a Jack or accessories to change a tire. He went to the dealership and asked them why is know Jack and if he could get one to change a tire they told is nothing they can do your screwed. They gave an old tire in the back and told the MoveOn. If you buy your truck at this dealership by it at your own risk their word is not there greatest asset. I spent several weeks shopping for the perfect truck. Sunset trucks was one out of ten places I shopped at. David was easily one of the most helpful and patient salesmen I had the pleasure of working with. Although they didn't end up having the right truck for me, their options are outstanding. David kept in touch with me pretty much each day and found truck after truck that fit what I asked for. So I strongly recommend coming here first and asking for him. Beware of their sales manager Roman though. I was trying to trade in my 2014 convertible Ford Mustang for $14,000 and when I told Roman I wouldn't take less, he told me "then we have nothing else to talk about" got up and walked away. The first time I was introduced to him he was a completely different person. So unfortunately, he is one of those people that gives customers a negative outlook on salesmen. What to say about Sunset Trucks....Nothing nice I'm afraid. First off, their salemen are unfazed by potential customers situation. They try to act like your friend but they really just want your money. They also try to shower you with all kinds of compliments and other persuasive bullshit. If your smart enough you can see through it, which they don't like nor do they like being called on for the scams and shady deals they push on people especially if your a first time buyer. Their vehicles are WAY over priced and their detail department could detail a spot of dirt off their own asses if given a mirror. When I purchased the Titan I have now, from Sunset, I had to detail the whole truck due to them doing a half assed job in the first place. Our salesmen, Austin I believe his name was. He was more concerned with making money on the deal then listening to me. Their finance department slimly slid $12,000 in negative equity into the deal on the Nissan Titan we got from Sunset, didn't tell me about it and THEN when confronted about it, Sunset lied OUTRIGHT about it! So after several attempts with Sunset to make the situation they still refused to help. Within those attempts, I was insulted, cursed at, was told I was banned at one point and for the final act, I was called an asshole by one of the managers there. Tyler Foss, the GM there, contacted me personally. He explained over the phone that he would help me out of the Titan and also expressed that the negative equity issue wouldn't be an issue because he was going to personally oversee everything on my next visit there. Sadly, he wasn't there as he said he would be, he simply passed down my info to one of his underlings and NO help was provided to help remedy the situation I'm still in because of the dishonest tactics of this dealership and the fact that Tyler Foss is NOT a man of his word at ALL. My "rating" as of now is dependent on IF/When they resolve/help with my issue. Here's my story. Was sold a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon end of September 2015. I was told by the salesman, mike that they had but a new lift on it (not the case, they bought it like that) and it purred like a kitten. Test drove, inspected what I could and did the paperwork on a $44k loan. Was good....for a few weeks when my oil light came on, heater was hot/cold, temp gauge was climbing a little and I had to add 2 quarts JUST to see oil on the stick, took it into sunset they added 1 more qt, couldn't see leak, thankfully replaced heater core and radiator on their time (thanks) sent me on my way after 2 days...was good for a few weeks, oil light back on, low on oil; took to Tacoma Jeep where they told me bad oil pump and burning oil. After months of back and forth with jeep (literally 6 months) adding oil for the consumption test they determined engine was completely shot, they replaced it (which i coulda had sunsets "lifetime power train" cover...(you're welcome). The current issue is now overheating more than it ever did on the freeway, no traffic, Cool weather meaning ONE of the issues from the start persists and has worsened, jeep replaced thermostat 2x, flow test, no leaks, chemical block test for head gasket (jeep is LOST and has ZERO clue what to do)I called sunset to ask wth i do with this since I've had problems from the start and jeep has NO FIX, they said they'd TRY to accommodate...which is usually what dealers tell you until they see the repair cost then it's a blame game...and it happened. I called sunset service dept. to tell them and ask for prior sale service info and she immediately got on me about "how many times did you change the oil? That can cause engine failure!" To which I replied, "Y'all changed to oil to sell it right?well I drove it for a few weeks, I HAD TO ADD OIL, returned it, YOU added oil! And JEEP ADDED Oil when they replaced the pump! All within a few months!" So yes, just imagine if THEY had to foot the $10k engine swap! Judging by the immediate blame on why I didn't change the oil after weeks of ownership left me with ZERO faith in the warranty! Donnon that's their game of just a shotty rep. My advice to future buyers; MAKE SURE you DEMAND all parts and mod receipts, have them test the engine and do a VERY VERY thorough and documented inspection of all components inside and out and yes they can test the engine quickly or u may end up with a VERY expensive paper weight. Sunset, do right by this issue cuz y'all dodged the new engine bill and ALL I WANT IS A MONTH WITHOUT WORRYING AND WITHOUT SHOP TIME! I'll update/modify when I get a resolution. ALSO! USE KELLY BLUE BOOK BEFORE U BUY! EVERY vehicle I've looked at there is $3-6k MORE than valued! Don't let add-ons and mods jack up the price because sunset doesn't install them, They're on the vehicle when THEY buy it! Therefore, when they tack on $1,500 for a life and more $$ fore tires etc, they've already had thousands of miles out on them which they should be PRO-RATED for rather than tacked on as "NEW"! read more

My initial salesperson was great!!! Promised minor issues would be taken care of (rear floor mats, rain guards, minor brake squealing etc...) signed papers...went back to have the rest of the issues taken care of and my salesperson had been fired and paperwork was never accounted for. Spent $30,000 on a truck and they refused to honor these very small requests. In addition to this BEWARE the lifetime car "DETAILS" I would hardly consider it a car wash and it's known to take all day to get it done... Also if getting lifetime oil changes ask them about the required serial number and "class" required to properly register your vehicle otherwise your SOL I SUGGEST JUST TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE SAVE THE HASSLE AND RUNAROUND!!! read more
