During my 9 days of vacation, I was sent updates, multiple times during the day and pictures. Leaving Lola was very hard but Harvey's Pet Care made it easier. Anytime I need pet care, I will give Harvey's house a call. I can't thank them enough.

The pooches actually felt like they were at home whether playing in the backyard or sitting next to one of the owners on the floor while doing video conferencing for work. They felt just like home. I always am concerned about health and safety of the dogs when they're away but they came home just as happy and well balanced as when I drop them off. They use Facebook quite a bit which I'm not a Facebook person but they posted regular pictures so we could see what they were doing at any time of day. Their business is monitored by security cameras so I felt pretty safe that they could see what was going on in and around the property. If I can describe it in one word it's kind of like a home away from home. I would recommend.

There are none. They're all under his chin that they didn't get and the bottoms of Pauze were not finished shaved. The further that did not get cut it still filthy. Poppy loves going to CK9 - and I get frequent social media updates as well as a Google classroom to keep track of her progress. The facility is located at Burnett's Country Garden in Salem and is setup perfectly for training. It js CLEAN and there is plenty of space. As an added benefit - the dogs are frequently brought through Burnetts during business hours to aid with socialization and skill reinforcement. There's plenty of parking as well - and they have their own entrance. There is also a potty area with cleaning supplies available. I've also had two private training sessions with Shannon - and they have been extremely helpful for me to learn appropriate and successful ways to train both new behaviors and reinforce existing behaviors. If you are in need of dog training - you will not be disappointed with CK9!!!
