We have been bringing our dog for daycare and boarding for over seven years. He is always thrilled to go to camp. He is so happy and excited mornings when we mention "camp" . When we pick him up at the end of his visit, he falls asleep on the way out of the driveway. He is so happy there and the owner is on site and the staff is all amazing. We have also used Paws Inn Play for boarding and are completely confident that he is receiving the best of care. Additionally, there are daily pictures of the dogs playing outside having a great time posted on Facebook so you can see that they are happy and loved. 100% recommend Paws Inn Play read more

If I could give them 6 stars I would! We have been coming to Paws Inn Play for a couple years now. I never feel guilty bringing my dogs here when I go on vacation as they have at least as good a time as we are on vacation. They have a super time and come home completely exhausted from playing. They sit by the car door the next morning hoping we will take them back. The constantly update photos so you can see all the activities and playing they do all day. Give them a try. Very friendly staff. read more

These guys are amazing! I've never felt so comfortable leaving my dogs with someone. They're great with both my Rottweiler and Samoyed. The best part is that they constantly post pictures throughout the day. I always see photos of my pups, which calms my nerves when I'm away (I really, really love my dogs). They're predominately a puppy daycare, so you know your dog will get all the exercise and socialization that he needs. Most kennels will charge extra for only 30 min to 1 hr of playtime. This is definitely not the case here! My dogs always come home exhausted. I would definitely recommend checking this place out. You'll wonder why you didn't go here sooner! read more

What a great place. It is much closer and better than any place we have been to in the past 2 years. Wish we found it sooner. The staff is extremely pleasant and courteous and knows everything on how every dog should look. We took our Lhasa Apso and she(the owner) was ready to be nipped at, but to her surprise, there was not one bark or nip. Maybe her faith in Lhasa Apso's has been a tad restored. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place. read more

Paws inn play is a great facility. The staff is friendly. Everyday paws inn play posts pictures to Facebook and it great to see all the dogs smile. Our dog loves going and is always tired when she comes home which is great. When Saturday play day started it made it super easy for our family. We recently boarded her for 4 days and she had a great time. It's nice to see the staff playing with the dogs and not just keeping them inside there is a great outdoor play area that is large and the inside is clean. Definitely happy we found this place. Thanks paws inn play. read more

I really love Paws Inn Play. After we got out our lab mix, we needed to find a good option for dog care during the day when I'm at work. We tried out two different daycares (one in Glastonbury) and I was far happier with the experience at Paw Inn Play. The staff are extremely personable and accommodating. It is easy to see that they really care about the animals and they get to know you as the owner as well. The facility is located in a residential neighborhood in a portion of a converted horse barn. The indoor play area is always clean and the outdoor area is large with lots of toys and room to run. They also offer grooming and this has been a huge help for us, since bathing a 70lb dog at home isn't always eas. I bring my lab mix here at least 3 days a week and it is great. When we get there she is always happy and happy to see the staff. Also, if there is a problem with a dogs behavior I know that they do not tolerate it and let the owner know. My girl had an off week and wasn't playing well and they let me know right away- personally I appreciate that. I work in healthcare and my hours are never set in stone- unlike some facilities, they are very reasonable about drop off and pick-up times. Also, Saturday daycare and boarding= a major godsend. Another huge plus is that they upload lots of pictures to they Facebook page daily so you can see your dog playing and having a great time. Can't say enough good things about Paws Inn Play! read more

I recently used Paws Inn Play to board my 4 month old puppy for my wedding. As my dog is so young, i had never left her with a boarder or brought her to doggie day care. But since I was getting married, I had no choice but to have someone other than a family member or friend watch my puppy. I spoke with the owner before I even brought my puppy home, she said she loved puppies and my dog could even stay with her in the house while she was there. She made me feel very comfortable and I booked the dates at that time over the phone. The week of my wedding, I visited the facility to check it out and I brought my puppy along so she could see it as well. The owner again, was very nice. We did not discuss details of the arrangement but made sure my puppy would do alright in the environment. I took my puppy the day before my wedding to drop her off for 2 nights. When I arrived, I was greeted by another very nice employee. She then explained to me that I had to pick up my puppy at certain times on that Saturday - either before 10am or after 5pm. She also informed me that the owner was going to be away for the weekend. This being my first time using them and the first time I left my dog, it was upsetting to hear that the owner was going to be away and that she had not informed me 3 days before when I saw her (since she also mentioned my puppy staying in the house or her taking extra care of her). I had the impression the owner would be there and making sure that my young dog was doing OK. Due to the stress of the wedding and first time leaving my dog, I got a little upset and explained to the employee that i was getting married, and i didnt have any other options for my dog to be cared for. I didn't yell or become angry, I actually had a few tears. We requested that the owner call us when she returned that day. The owner called and spoke with my fiance as I was not available. the owner proceeded to tell him that I had an episode when we dropped the dog off, which i was very insulted at how my feelings were conveyed. I was simply concerned about my dog and didnt want to worry while I was getting married! She then spoke with my fiance about the pick up times. He explained to her that we had not been given this information previously and it was a little hard to accomodate those times to pick her up as it was the morning after our wedding that was not local to the area. We felt that it being our first time using them and the fact that we were getting married, maybe they would have some kind of understanding. I know they are running a business but there is no reason to be rash and mean to people who are unfamiliar with the boarding process. Also - they do not have a website or a print out available that explained the dates and times that you are to pick up/ drop off the dog. If I wasnt told ahead of time, how else would I have known. I had hoped I could bring my puppy back for doggie day care, but after this experience I will NEVER use them again. The owner was rude and it was as if they didn't care at all about my dog or having future business with us. I would not reccomend this facility to anyone I know. Very disappointing read more
