Food was fire. View was amazing. Service was great. Cute patio in front for the view and in back too, just cute back there. Super cute date spot. Great place to stop after a hike on the bluffs!

Such an underrated, amazing spot!! It's cool and casual during the summer, and warm and cozy in the winter. Especially fun during the holidays-- they go all out with their decor! Their Christmas party with live music is one of the best every year, just be sure to get there very early as the place is small and tables go fast. The servers are all incredibly nice, the food is good, and the drinks are better. An easy place to spend an afternoon or evening hanging out!

Sunset Overlook is always a perfect visit! The views are great, the staff is friendly, and the drinks are fantastic. While my friends and I have come on various occasions and loved it, we also decided to attend the pop up bar and it was SO fun! I love that they serve their signature sangria in a cup to take home when you first arrive. The holidays drinks were also so delicious and I cannot recommend enough! I can't wait to come back next year!

Stopped in after a MeetUp in Valmeyer with a group of 6. The service was quick and efficient. The cocktails are STILL delicious. And the food is tasty. A pretty good variety of things to choose from. And the prices are moderate.

Cute patios in front and in back. Some seating indoors. Very friendly service. Menu has quite a few options including gluten friendly hoagie or wrap substitute. I had the buffalo chicken wrap. My dining companions had a flatbread and the cheesy roast beef sandwich. My seasonal caramel apple sangria was very nice. Others sangrias on the table were enjoyed as well. The live music was nice.

This service was awful. We said we didn't like our buffalo dip, so we asked for a flatbread. Apparently that was too much. We were meant with "You will pay for the chicken dip you didn't eat & pay for your replacement." Ignored by manager, server, and disregarded after we said we wouldn't pay for something we didn't eat, cold, & undercooked. Extremely dissapointed after being a loyal customer for years & bringing my family out of town here tonight. Clearly something needs to be worked on if you receive your order poorly & they don't like when you say "No this is bad, can we replace?"

Had a great experience here and can't wait to go back, the staff was friendly and kept checking on us. Went for a couple drinks and stayed for food too! I love the space and sitting outside on a nice night watching the sun set! You'll love it check it out!

Beautiful place. Bartender was just ok and food was mediocre at best. We will return just not for the food.

Went in late & the bartender was more than accommodating. I had never been to this place- honestly…read moredidnt even know it was in the hotel. Its a dark cabiny vibe. The drinks are stroooooong & delicious. We walked around the hotel after & were amused with the decor. Check it out. Perfect place for a drink to catch up w friends.

Just because it wasn't what I was looking for, I can't punish the store, and I think I'm not…read more.. But I'm going to admit with "Fox and Hounds", the problem was my expectations. British Bar INSIDE a "British designed hotel", so I had my hopes probably heightened more that it should have with my previous British bar results. I went in thinking British craziness and got a "Edgar Allen Poe" feel... But I'm going to say this was NOT what I was expecting. First and foremost, your eyes are going to need adjusting. Plain and simple, it felt more like a dark ... room? (Part of the problem I think is that as it was already June, you can forget using the fireplace to lighten the room up) so it felt.. "Small", and I"m going to feel weird saying this... "Romantic Horrorfest". Wait, before you go "wha??", this isnt' necessarily a bad thing. The Taxidermy , the photos on the wall. the fireplace. the VERY (and I mean VERY) dim lighting... The limited seating on the main floor, the one door in and out it had a "wooden cabin feel".. Yes, if you had a wonderful romantic film and it was suddenly invaded by some monster villain... This where it would take place and it would be perfect. (See I can find positive things to say about things i wasn't looking for) As for the service, apparently (going back to the Romantic filmfest), I was struggling to get any attention for the bartendress, cause I guess I was solo'ing by myself, and because of how I wasn't able to get the bartendress attention... I kinda felt like an unwanted customer in a place more for couples or friends getting together which had me leaving shortly thereafter, so no real food score (although I will say, much like Oh London ,the menu wasn't really much to work through...), Anyway, no TV's, no world cup game on the air.. just like I said a vibe of a cabin in a "romantic movie, where the monsters lurk". And Apologies for some of the iffy pictures, it just didn't feel right using a flash on the camera in such a secluded locale) and like I said, it wasnt' what I was expecting (rowdy British fans watching the local club or something), but there's something about it that even i have to admit, would make this location a nice "date night" or "out with friends' location, more so than just a single person looking for a nightcap. (And Maybe there really is a monster hiding in the fireplace, to keep the "Horror" feel going?? :)

My friend and I have been joking about this bar for years. It sits on this dark little wedge…read morebetween Concord Village Avenue and Lindbergh Blvd. We could never figure out the name, where to park, or whether it was actually a VFW hall. This has been our mystery, last night, we finally solved the mystery and found our way inside Crossroads. Shockingly enough, the little mystery wedge bar, was incredibly awesome. It might even surpass Shottzie's as my favorite South County Hang...well, if the pizza compares which I am sure it does not. The bar is really nice. Hardwood floors with matching wooden tables and wide bar stools with foot rests. The beers are cheap (only $2.75 for a Bud Light) and the wait staff is friendly and funny. They are also way on top of the ball and ready to serve you. The place has a very Cheers type feel to it. It's clearly a neighborhood bar and the people hanging out there are clearly regulars. Normally, this bothers me because I am not a regular and I get the stare down like I don't belong. That did not happen in this bar, everyone was nice and accepting. Who does not love that in a neighborhood bar? There is also a nice little patio that's fenced in from the hazards of Lindbergh Blvd (bonus star for that) and they have all the great little arcade games you could want. (some random bean bag throwing game, golf pro, etc.) Massive bonus stars for not being that smoky, having a pool table, having a stuff Spuds MacKenzie doll on the bar, and the pull tab clock on the wall. FANTASTIC.
