On time Julian and Jeff came out, did an entire house inspection, and got to work. They couldn't complete the entire house in one day, but since I have 2 bathrooms in my house, they completed all the house except the master bathroom, leaving us for the night with one working bathroom. Julian and Jeff came back early the next day to complete the job. This cheap piping was all through this house, but they replaced all the inside piping with proper copper everywhere, bathrooms, showers, tubs, kitchen, laundry, water heater... all copper, all professionally installed. It is rude, disrespectful, and extremely unprofessional. I told my employees ALWAYS return a call and never lie to the clients. It is harder to remember lies than the truth. Sadly, this new generation does not understand this concept or of customer service skills or professionalism. Hell, they do not even know how to sign their name in cursive. Very sad.

Several excited calls followed and then David showed at about 10 a.m. in the right truck with the right tools and the right parts to do the work. Removal and installation of the new tank went quickly as did the other plumbing issues. The point is, Silverado came through and took care of us while David was always friendly and polite. Dealing with this company has been an absolute nightmare…read more Replaced my whole AC. Was at my house from 8am to almost 10pm. My husband had ti take off work and I had to leave work early because my husband had an appointment. A technician came out with an apprentice. The AC never actually turned on and they had to come out the next day because things outside weren't properly installed. The following Monday (exactly 1 week later), we woke up and the AC wasn't working again. Monday was also Labor Day so naturally, it took my husband 9 calls to get in contact with someone even though this company claims to be 24/7. The issue was, the thermostat wasn't properly installed which turned the whole system off. They didn't have another thermostat to give us, so they took reinstalled our old ones which temporarily fixed the issues. Next day, AC wasn't working again. This time it was a draining issue in the attic -my husband went up in the attic and drained it manically. Technician came out, actually broke it more (which we found out the next day) and left. This technician was at my house till 7-8 at night. Next day, AC wasn't working again. Still a drowning issue. My husband continued to manually drain it himself and took a video of the broke piping that wasn't previously broken. No technicians can come out till the following day. Thursday now, I leave work early for the technicians that are supposed to come 12-2... guess what, no one does. 2:15, I call for an update, 3:30 I call for an update. Technician finally shows up at about 530 -so again, I had to take off of work for no reason. Technician comes out, my husband shows him the video and guess what? THEY DONT HAVE THE PARTS TO FIX IT. So I waited all day for absolutely nothing. Technicians are supposed to come back out today so we'll see if this finally gets resolved. I'm not hopeful. Update: Company never called me to notify me when someone was going to come out like they said they would which annoying. When the technician came out, he had the correct fittings for the piping but he forgot a thermostat so he had to go get one at their store so that added another hour. All the technicians that have come out have been very nice. But that doesn't actually fix my AC. I feel completely ripped off. They replaced my whole system, just for it to take like 4-5 other visits to work . It feels like they're stealing our money. They never even give us the courtesy of calling to let us know when someone will be at the house if they're running late -they just expect us to be able to wait all day. Terrible customer service. Me and my husband are both active duty military so luckily we don't lose any money when we need to leave work early for these things but guess what? A lot of people do lose their income when they aren't actually at work. This company seems to have no sense urgency or caring of others to actually prioritize them and their time At this point, I want/expect a conversation with an owner or manager.
