There was the occasional stain that they wouldn't be able to get out, but that comes with the territory. However, recently I brought in my custom tuxedo to be pressed for a wedding I needed it for. When I got home I noticed a strange iridescence on the lapel that wasn't there before. But I had to fly out of town for the wedding. In San Francisco I brought the tux jacket to a dry cleaner there to see if they could fix the issue. The dry cleaner took one look at the lapel and said that it had been burned when being pressed, nothing could be done to fix it and I should get reimbursed for a new jacket from the cleaners who did this. When I returned to Regency to explained what happened she accused me of lying about them being responsible for the burn on the jacket even tho they had the record of working on it weeks before. The jacket is still wearable so i just don't have the energy to fight them to reimburse me for a new tuxedo. But one would wish they would have taken extra care when pressing a tuxedo. I no longer trust them with my clothes and will be finding a new dry cleaners. I would not recommend you bring your clothes here either.
