There was a subtle amaretto flavoring, but a big cherry in my scoop had plenty of the amaretto flavoring. It was an interesting flavor that was satisfying. I also tried the brownie wave. They have a variety of options to choose from (and a cute display window to see what they look like and help you choose, or make the decision harder depending on who you are haha). A small stick is 2 donuts of the same kind and a large stick is 4 donuts total, 2 of 2 flavors (or 4 of the same if you're really committed ;D). You just can't beat the melt-in your mouthness of freshly made donuts. As in, made when you order!! As pictured, we're fans of the rainbow, tuxedo especially, but you really can't go wrong, because the base donuts are solid quality, so the toppings are just whatever suits your fancy in the moment. It was so cute to see how thrilled the little kids were when they received their scoops! Knowing that I would be driving, I opted for a sea salt caramel cookies and cream milkshake to reduce the hands needed and keep the mess at bay.
