The ambiance inside is very casual, it feels like a truck stop. We got the funnel cake small stick. The donuts came out hot and quick. They were fluffy, warm, and not too oily. They were also reasonably priced. Definitely bring cash as there's a credit card up charge. I'd recommend coming here if you're looking for a cutesy alternative to Duck donuts.

They had a number of homemade flavors to choose from. The staff was friendly and patient as we decided what to order. I had a small cup ($6) of their amaretto cherry tide. There were chocolate shavings with enough of a cherry taste as well. The ice cream as a whole was very fulfilling and creamy. There was a subtle amaretto flavoring, but a big cherry in my scoop had plenty of the amaretto flavoring. It was an interesting flavor that was satisfying. I also tried the brownie wave. I usually do not like brownie pieces in ice cream, but I did enjoy this one. Without the brownie pieces, it was just a light chocolate flavor. Will I go back? Yes.

My wife ordered ice cream that tasted like it had been cryogenically frozen since the Reagan administration. You ever had ice cream so freezer burnt it crunches? Yeah, it was like that. I don't know what kind of cotton candy they've been sniffing in Hawaii, but mine tasted like a urinal cake in a gas station bathroom--sweet, chemical-y, and weirdly minty in the worst possible way. To top it off, the woman behind the counter grabbed the ice cream bare-handed. No gloves. Just out here raw-dogging the frozen dairy like hygiene isn't a thing. Maybe that explains the "flavor."
