Food quality: A Atmosphere: A Customer Service: A First Food: We ordered an appetizer of Homemade Willoughby Spit Hot Crab Dip. It comes in a bread bowl, which was an amazing texture. It comes with a few bread crisps with cheese on them, and a few what I can only describe as stale crackers. However I would eat that dip off of cardboard if it meant I ate it. Creamy, delicious, and that bread bowl was perfect. My husband got Bourbon Street Pork Tenderloin. The sauce was mildly sweet, with a definitive mild bourbon flavor and came with choice of side, he got creamy mashed potatoes, which were sufficient, and a salad. He said he would order it again, if not for what I got...... And what I got was the most amazing luscious perfectly cooked 16 oz King Cut Ribeye!!! When I tell you it was one of the most delicious steaks I've ever had I'm not exaggerating!! Huge, ordered Pittsburgh Style, meaning seared on the outside, medium rare. I'm still drooling thinking about it. Also with a side baked potato and salad. I encourage you to go here today and get that steak!!! For drinks, I got a delicious "The Sunset" and he got a Dancing Lemontini. The sunset was sweet but amazing. The Lemontini was a little sour but still very good with a sugar rim The atmosphere. It looks in the outside like a bar. But in the inside it's actually a fairly upscale atmosphere but not so much like it's off putting to anyone. Small but well designed. As far as service is concerned, the host was super friendly and seated us immediately. Or server was good but rushed and more efficient than super friendly but that was ok. We got everything we needed as we needed it. I 100% recommend and would take anyone there for any occasion!!!

Chicken salad sandwich with pasta salad.

I stopped here for lunch as I was in the area. I sat in the bar side, and wasn't immediately greeted. After a few minutes, the bartender noticed me and asked if I had been helped. She then called the server to come to my table. I decided on the chicken salad sandwich, based on the good reviews. I asked my server which of the sides she'd recommend and she suggested the pasta salad. The sandwich came out on toasted sourdough, which was kind of dry and crumbly. The sandwich and the pasta salad were just ok. The pasta salad had a strong red pepper taste. The server never came over to see how my food was. All in all, it was ok, not someplace I'd go out of my way to revisit.

Sunset Grill has the best burgers. Doesn't come with condiments but they will bring you on the side if you ask. The atmosphere is comfortable.

We stopped at a local fav to have a snack. Milk was perfect gentleman.

French fries covered with bacon was so good, especially the dipping sauce. Service with a smile as usual. Always good atmosphere and I love the patio.

Friends and I went there for lunch and we all had a really great time. Our server, Donna, was extremely friendly and very quick to get our orders to us. The menu offers plenty of options to please just about everyone. I can highly recommend the Santa Fe Turkey Wrap. It was packed with turkey and the French fries were perfectly done. The atmosphere is very casual and roomy. This place is definitely worth the drive!

Not far from Short Pump heading into Goochland you'll find this gem. Don't let the outside fool you the food here is not country fare. Great steaks, burgers, salads and seafood. The service was steady although the bar was slow. The bar is always crowded so I'm sure the bartenders are working as fast as they can. Not a lot of tables so it's best to make a reservation. Nice outdoor seating in nice weather and live music occasionally. Definitely worth a stop.

Have always loved this place but lately the food quality and service have been slipping a little. Still a fan but hoping it will improve.

Salad had a lot of spoiled lettuce. This is very unfortunate because I wouldn't risk ordering it again

Unfortunately, there was still not great service again. The server was professional and polite... but he wasn't present. Someone else brought our food out. He checked on us for the first time when we were almost done eating. I had to ask the hostess for the check. The food was just okay. If it had been amazing, that might have been worth waiting for, but it was forgettable. The menu is blah and standard. Nothing exciting. The flavors, meh. I got the arugula and proscuitto pizza last time. Someone at our table got that this time. It looked really dry. I ordered salmon because I thought you can't mess it up. It was just okay. The ambiance, it's like a typical mainstream place. Pretty cookie cutter. The parking lot is really tight. There really is nothing to recommend this place.

It was my first visit, and I was genuinely impressed with the ambiance, service, and overall quality of the meal. The menu offers a nice variety of food and cocktails. I ordered the espresso martini, which was smooth and well balanced, and my boyfriend had the Vieux Carré, which he really enjoyed. We started with the cast iron goat cheese, and it was rich, layered in flavor, and paired with bread that was delicious on it's own. For my entrée, I chose the margherita pizza, and it was one of the best I've had. The sauce was perfect, and the crust had an ideal texture and flavor. My boyfriend ordered the spicy sausage & black pepper honey pizza. While neither of us found it particularly spicy, it was still bold and very flavorful. Service was friendly and efficient throughout the evening. It was a wonderful experience overall, and I'm looking forward to returning.

Even with the crowd, the experience never felt rushed or chaotic. That says a lot about how well they run things. We started with the calamari, crab miso soup, octopus, crispy tuna roll, and tuna tacos. Everything was excellent. The octopus was especially well done, tender with great flavor, and the tuna dishes were fresh and perfectly balanced. The crab miso soup was a standout and not something you see everywhere, which made it even better. Service is always strong here, but this night really stood out. Attentive, polished, and genuinely welcoming without being over the top. The restaurant itself is just a lovely space. It feels like a place you can settle into, whether it is a special night out or just a casual dinner close to home. We are lucky to have this as a neighborhood spot. It is consistent, high quality, and one of the best places in the Richmond area to rely on when you want a great meal without overthinking it.

My husband ordered the chicken sandwich and you could order any wing sauce of your choice for your chicken. He chose the honey bbq. Side of fries. I got the loaded potato with broccoli and cheese (you could add bacon for a little extra which I wish I had, since it would have elevated it) and a side salad. The food came out and it was very fresh and made to order. My husband took a bite of his sandwich and immediately dropped it. His eyes began to water and I said "what's wrong?" He just said "HOT". I thought he meant the chicken was hot. Oh no. Once he got his bearings together and could speak he said that was not honey bbq . He doesn't do spicy. He was sucking down water like no tomorrow. I had seen enough tik toks to know that was only intensifying it. . I told him to hold on and let's wait and ask for a milk. He told the waiter who said the staff in the back didn't speak English and may have gotten wrong and took it back right away (come to find out it was the spicy inferno sauce, not sure you don't need a waiver for that one lol). He brought out more water and a milk which did help. The manager did come and check on my husband. Which was very sweet. It was an honest mistake and definitely one to talk about. It was a cute little place and a very nice place. They fixed his meal and put the honey bbq on the next one. It was a funny ride home though, he couldn't feel his lips the rest of the day. If you can't laugh. You can't live.

This restaurant merits a 4 or 5 star rating on most dimensions. The reason for the 1-star review is the safety hazard that is the men's restroom. The floor leading to the rest rooms is always slippery. Everyone knows that and it is common in certain restaurants, I've noticed. However, this means the floors in the restrooms need to stay dry. Every single time I have gone into the men's room, I have nearly slipped and fell. Last night, I caught myself before falling and made a mental note to step carefully. But even trying my very best, I still nearly fell two more times before exiting the room. The reason I am finally writing a review about what I've observed on numerous visits is the fact that I observed an employee, who was working behind the bar, go into the bathroom. Surely, he was aware of the hazard. A trained employee (and a responsible one) would immediately go get a mop and clean that mess up. If not for safety, at least for public health. This guy didn't, and that was the final straw for me. I'll be back in a few weeks. If I see that the issue is finally resolved, I'll change this rating to a 4 or 5. Until then, this is basically the only way to potentially get someone's attention.
