Not even 10 minutes after leaving they call me to tell me they can't take it because of its gem stone type. Luckily I didn't have to pay the $150-175 to appraise and just picked it up when I was able to. I'd prefer not to drive all this way, and waste my time. I actually liked some of their jewelry and was planning on going back to pick some out. I will not be doing that.
