Not even 10 minutes after leaving they call me to tell me they can't take it because of its gem stone type. I am upset because I explained clearly what it is a week prior over the phone, reading from the report it came in with.. Luckily I didn't have to pay the $150-175 to appraise and just picked it up when I was able to. I'd prefer not to drive all this way, and waste my time. I actually liked some of their jewelry and was planning on going back to pick some out. I will not be doing that. It honestly felt like they just wanted another person on their list to send ads to through email or text from the form I filled out.
