I discovered this business when I had a very unique marquis shaped sapphire, and diamond ring where…read morethe gold prongs were so worn it was barely holding the stones. This ring is very sentimental to me as it is the only piece of fine jewelry I've ever bought myself 38 years ago. He repaired it beautifully! Today, I went to have the ring inspected and cleaned--all is still good. But I had another dilemma. I have an old radio shack frame from about 30 years ago that my son sent me a beautiful message from when he was 2 and the batteries finally died-- yes 30 years! But the problem was this old frame. I couldn't get the batteries out. I tried everything googled, ChatGPT magnets--everything. Nothing would get those stupid batteries out!! You took care of it in seconds and brought back all my favorite memory. Thank you so much for restoring my precious gift!!

I wanted to engrave his name and years of service onto the mug and after searching for a shop that can do it, I was finally referred to Nunez by one of the shop keepers on Little Creek Base. I drove to Nunez and showed them the mug and exactly what I wanted and they said sure no problem. 24 hours and they gave me a quote of about $70, which was a great deal considering the short notice; I needed the mug done for the retirement party which was in two days. The next afternoon, after work, I went to pick up the mug. The finished product was perfect! Great job done by the owner of this small family run business!

March 4 2023 Back in December 2022, I contacted this jewelry store specifically to order a designer…read morering by Steven Douglas, who is my favorite designer. Long Jewelers was very prompt in providing a quote which I appreciated. I was interested in the cherub angel ring, which is actually discontinued now, but Steven Douglas himself created my ring from his archives. I was pleased with Haley at the jewelry store who I worked with via email. The ring took a little bit over six weeks to create due to the Garnet needing to be sourced. It was well worth the wait and even more beautiful than I could have imagined. An appraisal was even provided. I have been wanting this ring for probably 15 years. Over the years, I've noticed it's becoming harder and harder to find, so this was the year I decided to splurge. This particular ring is available in sterling, silver, and also solid gold with the heart being solid gold as well. What made me fall in love with this ring is the contrast of the white gold crown with diamonds and also the beautiful deep cabochon Garnet heart that really makes the ring so special and unforgettable. I thank everyone at Long jewelers who assisted in obtaining this gorgeous ring for me and also, I will tell you that I quoted this ring from several jewelry stores and Long Jewelers - Virginia beat everyone else's price. The ring is by no means inexpensive, so it pays to shop around, and there are only so many Steven Douglas dealers who can provide this beautiful ring.

It took a few weeks but I was given a proper quote and explained the process which all seems very professional to me and prices were fair and in line with other quotes I had gotten at the same time since I reached out to a few jewelers. I've attended one of their piercing parties and bought some beautiful jewelry to go with a second hole I had wanted for a while. It was a fun experience at their partner location for the event, The Parlor Room. They're right across the parking lot from Whiskey River Tattoo and usually have a piercer from there attend and you can go there for piercing care and advise if you have issues so it's nice they're so close. I stopped in the store for the first time last week while in Red Mill and, although it's small, they had a lot of beautiful and quality diamond and gold jewelry on one side and some cheaper options on the other side. I was greeted by a friendly sales associate and spoke to her for a while.
