I cannot recommend Jewelry Plus enough. If reading the previous reviews did not already convince you that this shop was who you should trust, than please read my experience. I needed my engagement ring fixed because the person who resized it previously, did a poor job and it cracked in 2 places! I remembered walking by here one day while shopping at Landstown and I decided to look them up. This is my first piece of jewelry that I have ever needed to fix, so I was pretty nervous. I found them on Facebook, saw their good work, raving reviews, so I sent them a message to see if they could help. Chris messaged me back quickly and said to bring my ring down to take a look. He educated me and walked me through the steps of how he needed to fix it, and how to keep it from breaking in the future. I dropped it off shortly before they closed, but he was able to have it ready the next afternoon! What?! I know! When I picked it up, I almost cried. It was stunning. He did more than fix my ring. He earned my trust and my business for life. Thank you Chris for taking such good care of my ring and caring about your customers. Wonderful experience. I visited 3 different jewelry stores to replace a stone in my engagement ring. My daughter was coming to visit and I wanted her to see my ring in pristine conditioned. Even though it was a Saturday, Chris helped me replace the missing sapphire with a temporary c.z. While he ordered the replacement stone. I was able to pick up my beautiful ring within a couple of hours. He answered all my questions, advised me that the sapphire would be available in a couple of days and when I come back he wiill replace the sapphire the same day. He will be our jeweler from here on out. We will be visiting again soon to purchase our wedding band. read more

This place is amazing! They can rhodium plate your jewelry on site and bring luster back to your worn pieces. They can repair your old broken chains while you wait. I had several pieces that I brought in for cleaning and rhodium plating and it only took about 20 minutes. If I would have taken my things to a different jewelry store, they would have had to send out my pieces for plating and it would be a week or more. They also have beautiful engagement and wedding rings if that's what you are in the market for. They have years of experience in the jewelry business, and it shows. A friend had recently had a beautiful wrap made from her wedding bands by Chris. So I found his Facebook page and messaged him about having my wedding ring and engagement ring rhodium plated. He answered right back and gave me a quote . Today I took my rings in and was greeted right away by Chris. Dropped off my rings around 10:30 am and he had them ready for me at 1:30 . He had done the rhodium plating and repaired a prong . Very reasonable pricing! I was very happy with the results and also had a very nice conversation with Chris. Recently relocated from Philly to VB and needed a jeweler. Came to Yelp to check out my options and found Chris. The amazing reviews for this jeweler are spot on! He was not pushy, fairly priced, kind and FAST! He resized 3 gold rings and replaced a missing emerald from one in 24 hours for a very fair price. This store is where Southern Hospitality meets amazing talent. He also hooked me up and pointed me in the right direction to find some great NY style pizza :) I will definitely be back to have other items that I have been dragging my feet on to get fixed. I called jewelry plus and they advised me to bring it over to work out a quote and different options to restore my bracelet. Chris is awesome! We had a terrible experience at a previous jeweler that took weeks of our time trying to find a wedding band that went with my ring.
