I read reviews of local watch repair shops and decided that Clockworks was good for my small repair - but I felt a little bit bad taking a wristband repair to someone so skilled in actual watch and clock repair, but I made the right decision. Mr. Achmet had the right tool to replace the pin - and two other people came in with similar repair requests while I was waiting. My wrists are very thin so he removed some of the links. I noticed when he told the other customers what he was going to do, he made sure the links were evenly balanced. It fits well now. This was technically not a watch repair but rather a wristband repair, while I was waiting I realized what a wonderful resource this little shop is. I will be returning.
