I have known one of the owners, Nate Galvin, for some time. Nate is a Level 3 sommelier, and his knowledge, enthusiasm, and genuine passion for hospitality add a great deal to the experience. I also enjoyed meeting Chef Kolby, originally from Florida, whose talent was evident throughout the meal.
