I love this place! Each time my washer or dryer has went out, I come here. They have huge dryers only .25 for 10 min, which I think is fair considering how large they are. You can also change the heat setting to high, so it doesn't take me more than 30 min to dry a full basket of wet clothes. The employees are sweet. They are open 7 days a week until 10 p.m. It's always super clean too. They have a snacks and soda machine; sodas/water .75 and snacks are super cheap (like chips for .65) I would definitely recommend this facility Oh and they have a change machine as well in case you need quarters. The only downside is in order to use the restroom you must insert a quarter. Its whatever to me though lol. read more

I have been coming here for the last 4 years and I understand that the prices are going up and I don't mind paying however, when the machines are broken every time I come in here and the establishment is not clean it makes absolutely no sense for you to be driving the prices up! Like for what? It's 9 am and this place is filthy! Which means no one cleaned the night before. There are more out of order signs that there should be. This place is zero stars for m, the lady who works here treated me very badly offended me, screaming at me and saying that I was stupid because I never had use this type of old machines before and told me that I put too much clothes but it was my first time ever using them she said ugly things to me I told her all the time that I was the client, that for me he was very rebellious and frustrating and I feel very ugly and ashamed to return to this place because of that. I arrived and talked to her, I put my clothes in 2 different machines and about 15 minutes later she left in my car and called me and said that I should take off my clothes and put them in another machine. I just asked her if she was going to pay me for the other machine. Since she had to remove me from the machine plus the inconvenience of removing my wet clothes from inside the machines. Never fails that machines are down. Today the cleaning lady is using a small bucket to remove water from one of the machines that appears broken down while in service. As she was removing the water it was making a mess on the floor, of course no fault to the employee she was doing her job. One major issue I have with this place is they will make you fill out a card with name and mailing address if the machine takes your money but they will never refund anything back. This place sucks, what happened to be a 20 mins dry turned out to be like 60 mins !! Why because their dryer sucks, it says 0.25 cents to dry, but when I inform the worker lady she said if you want it to dry then you have to put 0.50 cents, for only 8 items to dry. She said it was to much! She did not refund me, nor have the audacity to put up signs regarding prices for it to fully dry, because she claims that there was to many signed up when literally were only 6 signs on the wall of dryers, and spaced apart. Me and my mom went here and her brand new towels were stolen by two guys and half of the machines in there don't even work and the smell of gas from the dryers and the dryers don't even dry your laundry completely and my mom had trouble trying to get her coins out of the slot coin attached to the washing machine some service they provide while random people are stealing other people's laundry like they stole my mother's towels and her white towel to clean stuff with one of the worst laundromat's ever I've seen better than that but that laundromat was a awful experience half of the washing machines are either not working properly or the drain or motor systems aren't functioning properly and not draining the amount of water that is in the machines and especially when trying to put soap in the machines I would not recommend this place I'm really disappointed in that place they really don't take action at all and the bathrooms Do not have a seat covers are paper towels or anything and the dryers smell of defective gas coming from inside the motor and other parts that be hazard and start a fire and either get everyone in there severely injured or killed or badly burned I would not recommend it all I feel like it's a waste of time and money and energy I won't be going back there anymore they need to inspect those dryers for high levels of gas seeping from the motors and engines as well that can cause some severe problems and a potential fire and health hazard as well they need to really to check those dryers and have an inspection monthly because I hate to say it I was in the hospital due to the fumes clouding my head and I had trouble breathing as well and those machines needed to checked and serviced or either replaced with top quality washers and dryers that doesn't smell of highly dangerous gases and other harmful chemicals that are seeping from the ground above the building I'd rather go to a more efficient laundromat that doesn't smell like highly dangerous gases and other life chemicals oozing from the back of the walls and other stuff I'll never go back there again I still have a headache from yesterday morning until 5:30 pm what a waste of time and energy and money and other stuff it's pretty clean and decent but the machines and stuff don't even work or run or spin or rinse or drain properly and I think it has something to do with a broken hose pipe in the back or it could be a defective motor that's not functioning properly and not draining at all but it's really clean and neat from all the horrible experiences with the machines failing and draining broken discharge drain hose was snapped and the drain motor engine had failed to do its job which caused problems for my mom because it wouldn't drain or spin or rinse or anything and most of the washers did a pretty good job with the performance it has done but I would recommend to get the dryers checked for gas because that can be seriously dangerous and quiet scary it's too bad they don't have a laundry detergent dispenser for your daily laundry needs I'm highly disappointed and they need to check those dryer vents on the roof to make sure they are thoroughly cleaned and everything else isn't seeping into the dryers like gas and other stuff that can be harmful or quiet hazardous the lady was nice enough to give my mom back her money and her towels I'm still disappointed that they could've had someone go on the roof and inspect the vents on the roof with another person to help monitor the what is going on with the vents and stuff and make sure that no hazardous or harmful gases are getting into the dryers and onto the clothes that are getting dried the lady also hung up on my mom after she called her and my mom was extremely furious I would avoid that place as much as possible and you have to pay extra for the bigger washing machines which is ridiculous and down right insane those ladies are really rude and don't even give you a refund at all some fucked up laundromat that is I'll never go back there again had my new clothes stuck in the machine and had to wait for another hour for the damn machine and drain and rinse the water through the back of the drain pipe that takes the dirty water out I'm seriously upset that was a horrible experience and rotten one to believe I won't be going back there again the dryers take your coins also and that's really upsetting like why the hell would they get away with not giving me my money back that's a rip off to me that laundromat is nothing but a no good clothes /towel stealing run down hell hole that place is really creepy with a bunch of creepy and smelly and nasty people I can't stand anymore I can't until I move out of this city and out of town as well this is a terrible city to be in read more

The WORST SERVICE. Never coming here again. Called the cleaning lady. Told me she couldn't help me and hung up the phone. Iv been here for over an hour waiting for my clothes to come out the washer. Still stuck here. Don't know what to do since the washer isn't given me back my clothes. Arrived at 445. My clothes were in a malfunctioning washer, noticed it at 530pm. When it should have taken the washer a little less than 30 minutes to wash my clothes, it's timer was stuck and wouldn't finishing washing. The woman working there to attend to the clientele left the premises and left a contact number. I called her to tell her and she said I have to wait there until it finished because she lives far away and couldn't come to the laundry mat. I stayed there for a little over an hour I called her back and she hung the phone on me. I had already been there for an hour and a half and had to leave. I called her again while I was home and said she would be on her way in 10 min. At around 7p I went back and after 30 minutes of waiting for her left again. Someone called me that wasn't her from the business and said they would call me back, they never did. Before they closed at around 800p I went ahead and went back to the business and the cleaning lady that had been giving me a hard time was there. She gave me my wet clothes from the washer and I left there. I have NEVER LEFT a review for a business and I hope NO ONE EVER has to go through this again. I've been here for the last two months. I thought this place was amazing! It's been about 8 weeks already and there are MAJOR ISSUES. Most of the smaller more affordable washers are broken leaving you to have to pay an extra dollar to use the bigger ones for just a small load that would've fit the otherwise. Other than the fact that they're out of order, the ones that do work have standing water left in them, which pretty much means they're useless. Lots of these dryers don't spin or don't dry anything leaving you to spend more money trying to find one that does. Also, the woman and man who used to work here stopped coming when more and more of the machines started breaking down. How convenient.
