The Trailer Park taco was definitely lacking something - maybe salt, or heat, or both? Multiple tacos would've benefitted from slightly more heat actually. I wish they had more sauce/salsa options so you could add more heat as desired. Maybe this was an option, but we didn't see it while ordering. The churros were good. The Dulce de Leche dipping sauce is the perfect compliment. Torchy's offers a different taco experience with plenty of unique offerings not found at other local Taco joints.
