I was visiting and my sister and I were actually quite desperate for crunchy chicken tacos. Most everything closes pretty early in this neighborhood/city so we are fortunate enough to find senior taco. We opted for some tacos and beverages. It was probably about 830. I think they close at nine and they were still very gracious to us. The food tasted delicious. The service was super nice. Clean and bright inside. Plenty of parking. My in-laws recommended this spot for dinner one night while in Arizona and it was delish! We went through the drive-thru, which honestly wasn't super quick but they do say everything is prepared to order. The staff working the drive-thru was really friendly and answered our questions. I opted for the protein bowl with chicken and it was so good! A lot of food, but everything was so tasty. My husband ordered the same and devoured his! The chips and salsa were great. For a fast food option I would give them a 4 for sure. I felt the prices were higher than normal and they advertised street tacos on the window but they weren't on the menu. I ended up getting a protein bowl with carne asada. I liked the bowl contents as they were diverse and included guacamole. We also got a combo meal with a taco and tostada. It was a big portion and full of flavor. We also got the Arizona burrito that had fries in it. That was unique. The burrito was full of grease from the meat. Other than that it was cheesy and good. Yum. The sauce options were pleasantly surprising yet the lines available were visually dried out. The horchata there was also tasty and I'd highly recommend it. Total was about $18 which is normally above my limit, but I haven't eaten here in awhile and have limited experience with quesabirria (and excited to try it) (I had quesabirria 3X at Hash Kitchen which was out of this world). Amazing. I would put this up against HK at a better price, and also I'm not much of a sit-down restaurant guy. This was perfect. Ultimate clean restaurant, the cashier brought the food to my table with a huge smile, and it was so piping hot I had to munch on chips/beans for awhile (still heaven). I ordered items from Senor Taco on RH Johnson earlier today. I ordered a cheese quesadilla and a carnitas burrito. The service was good and quick. When I cut into the burrito, and it was huge, I had a hard time pulling out the meat. I finally got some of the meat out, it came out in on big clump. First thing I noticed was big veins hanging out. The wait time is acceptable and their restaurant is just a normal fast food environment. I stopped there for the first time yesterday, their taco Tuesday. I ordered 3 street tacos.. One carnita, one shredded beef, and one chicken. The Carnita, and the shredded beef were great.. The chicken was chopped & used pressed (faux) chicken. My mom got 2 soft shell tacos. One chicken & one shredded beef. They both were wonderful!! Chips were HORRIBLE.. I had better chips at home..I asked for Pico de Gallo. They charged me $1.40. Asked if they made their own Guacamole and the answer was yes. I got the 4 Oz guacamole and they charged me $4.50. Soon after I was vomiting extremely, super cold and very fatigued. The night was worse and had to call into work. It is now the next morning and I still can't hold down any fluids, stomach is extremely cramped and The flood gates below have opened.
