Have been wanting to check this place out for awhile now. Now I am mad that I waited so long! This place is clean, the staff is professional and friendly, and the food is super FRESH and TASTY!! When we left I was already thinking about what I want to get next time, which most likely will be tomorrow. Nice to have a family owned establishment with owners that take pride in what they serve. And to the 1 star Sun City resident, if you want standard basic food, try the Village Inn or Dennys. Not sure why you need tacos explained to you but that sounds like a "you" problem. read more

So I tried another visit and they were open! I decided to try some tacos. I chose the carne asada. Really disappointed that they only have onion/cilantro mixed. I don't like raw onions but love cilantro. Most places will offer cilantro if they have it premixed but they don't here. They also don't have limes available so that was double disappointing. The salsas were pretty good though, liked the spicy green one best. But without cilantro and lime, the tacos were a bit blah. I also decided to try their cheese enchiladas. These were pretty good. They had a spice in it that I can't quite place but really added to the sauce. It's probably cumin but I'm not positive. Rice and beans were good too! I would come back for the enchiladas. Of course I had to try a lemonade. I got a blackberry and it was very yummy! They had so many great flavors so it's easy to come again and try a different one each time. All in all, I really hate taco places that one: don't have limes and two: mix the cilantro and onion. If they had those two things, I'd come back often for tacos and lemonades but I don't make visits anywhere often just for enchiladas. read more

Tacos are pretty good. The freshly made tortillas were especially good. I wish the meat was grilled before being served. Big difference from scooping from a warmer. I was disappointed to find there is no regular lemonade, only flavored options. Honestly the prospect of an ice cold lemonade was the only reason I stopped in here. Salsa options were a bit strange with pineapple salsa? And no jalapeno carrots or cucumbers. I'll say the kiwi lemonade I got was not bad, but not what I wanted. Fantastic lunch at Dos Tacos Y Una Limonada! This was so delicious. Today was their one year anniversary party and we stopped in. We got: al pastor tacos, asada tacos, the two cheese enchilada plate with rice and beans and shrimp tacos. Everything was amazing! The enchiladas are top tier and those shrimp tacos are the best I've ever had. The beans are insanely good and you can taste the lard it's cooked in - the way beans are supposed to be made! I could eat just a plate of that. They have seven different types of lemonade! Their menu is really extensive; there's something for everyone. Good to finally see someone back in this space. A pretty standard street taco style menu but featuring some really tasty lemonades. The cucumber mint was made for spicy food. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was delivered quickly and tasted great. The spicy refried beans used in the taco salad was particularly delicious. We were the first ones in this morning and we were curious if we were going to be getting some leftovers from the night before lol. When we got our food it was not the case at all!!! The food was fresh, delicious, and hot. The shrimp in the tacos are huge jumbo shrimp at top quality and the veggies were really crisp. Rice and beans great flavor. The atmosphere is very chill and clean. It smelled freshly cleaned when we walked in. The staff is professional, clean, polite, and very welcoming. They are doing a fantastic job. I went in today, 4/2/24. I had a craving for street tacos! The restaurant is spacious and clean. They have a Salas bar with homemade salsas, two mild and four spicy ones. Dos Tacos has the best spicy pineapple salsa I have ever had. Now, let's get to the TACOS! I ordered Carne Asada, Pollo, and Al Pastor. The smell on the way home was amazing. All of the tacos were FANTASTIC. All three had a massive amount of meat, and they all tasted uniquely different. The corn tortillas were soft and chewy, just like I love them. This was such an amzing place! I found it when I was in the plaza. I told my family about it & we ended up eating there that day! It was pretty good for tacos and had amazing ingredients that I liked, she even split the fries for me when my family wanted to share bcuz I don't eat meat, only thing I messed up was reading the menu and accidentally ordering the veggie taco and it had bacon bits but I ended up scooping it off. I had taco haas and it was fantastic! It was served piping hot and quickly. Then I had the shrimp taco. It was delicious also. If I'm being really nit picky, I would suggest they use smaller shrimp or cut the shrimp they use into smaller pieces. It was not possible to get both a bite of shrimp AND a bite of salad on my fork at the same time. Which brings up something else that was great. They put so much filling on both tacos that I found it necessary to eat about half the filling before I could close and pick up the taco. What a hidden gem. Dos Tacos is tucked away in the back corner of the shopping center. We were welcomed as soon as we walked through the door. The restaurant is clean and bright and has a well stocked salsa bar. I ordered a salad with Carne asada with all the fixing. The food arrived quickly, and it looked amazing.
