Everything is made fresh to order, including the chips and guacamole, and you can taste it 100%. The owner/chef greeted us upon entering and suggested a few starters. Even the chips were amazing, mixed with the guacamole and a little bit of lime. Ooooo The the real starts of the show came - the tacos. Now I've had a million tacos in my life and let me tell you, these are THE TRUTH! The chicken was my fav, followed by the pastor and asada. You can tell the freshness as it took about 8-10 minutes to get them to our table. So much flavor, heat, and juiciness. I wish I lived near here so I could come back often - prices are also great! As far as service, the staff was fantastic and the owner Edson is a character who truly cares about the quality of his food and the vibe of his restaurant.
