I know some can't handle spicy but when you hear or read "spicy" I'm looking for some good heat. 2. I think the chicken could have been more flavorful 3. Cooked but not warm enough But overall the customer service was good and employees were nice. The food still had flavor with all the sauce so I'm not docking it 2 two

Red Ginger Food Truck made really DELICIOUS Korean Bulgogi tacos! From Re di Roma wood fired pizza food truck we tried a tartufata pizza. It was ok but not as great as from someone well known nearby. We also tried Mel an Libby's Soul Food Truck. We ordered the fish and shrimp combo with a side of Mac 'n' cheese...........The shrimp were ok but in a either non seasoned or almost unseasoned batter.....My husband asked (maybe Libby?) for cocktail sauce but she didn't give him any......but then things go down hill.......The fish was fishy tasting and chewy.......(YUK!) Sadly the Mac 'n' cheese can win a prize for worst in the world.....I consider the fish and the macaroni and cheese to be substandard. We had to throw away most of this $23.50 away. We ended our Food Truck outing with Mr Softea and that was surprisingly good and cheap ($2 small & $3 large cups of soft serve with sprinkles) I didn't notice any hand washing area so bring some hand sanitizer.

Ordered 3 carne asada tacos and 3 al pastors, 2 Mexican cokes. It was good enough that GF ordered another carne and an Arizona burrito to have at lunch today. The menu is pretty simple, like most street taco joints, other than they also have a lot of breakfast burrito options available. Is it the BEST taco in Arizona? No. But they have little tables for you to sit at. with salt and pepper on them and they bring red & green sauces out to you. Kayla was our waitress and she was friendly, saying that the AZ burrito was her fave, so that's the one we got, although we haven't tried it quite yet. Once this business gets officially listed, I'll update with the burrito review. Check it out. Burrito update: it's really good.

I thought it was one of the best chorizos I've ever tried. Perfectly spiced not too much like you will get at other places. Their red salsa and a little bit of ketchup were amazing on it. My lady friend thought it needed more oregano and chili powder. The tripas was absolutely fantastic not as crunchy and fried as I normally get it. But I think I may like it better the way this place serves it. Pastor had a good char and was tasty. Would absolutely get it again. I was a little disappointed in the asada. Was not our favorite at all. No real seasoning to it, and kinda mushy.

It was pretty convenient that they came as a community dinner night for my daughter's apartment community. We were heading to the pool and decided to try the tacos. It was supper convenient and delish. We hope the community will invite Ruby's again. The sun was going down and the sunset was gorgeous.
