First time at a brunch restaurant that doesn't have biscuits and gravy. That's usually the staple dish I look forward to trying at my first visit. Corned beef skillet had way too many peppers, 4 different colored ones. Beef was just cubed, not a typical corned beef hash skillet. Over easy eggs were very slimy. Also had to ask to toast my rye again, cuz it was just warm bread. Toast should have a crunch to it. Service was awesome. Interior looks a bit old, but it certainly was clean. I was the only one there at 10:30am on a Monday. They've just been open since July. Hope they do well. Formerly a Chinese restaurant and then Mexican.

The food was fantastic here! The breakfast burger and chilaquiles were both highlights. Service was great too!

The food and service was good. Unfortunately when I was almost finished eating my food there was an ant crawling over it.

A lot of great cocktails to choose from. The prices are okay for quality. Checked it out after finding it was around here. It's at the golf course so you may think it's fancy stuff. This is actually a lot more casual looking though. A lot of crazy concoctions. The bartender was competing on the Drink Masters show. Eclectic cocktails. Lots of variety. It's about $16 for a cocktail. Worth it for the flavor and presentation. Best we had of these was the Cool As A Cucumber. This was made with Planteray Coconut Rum along with cucumber syrup, lime, and Vita Coco coconut water. Also has a few selections of small bites. It's about $10 for appetizers such as Shiitake Potstickers. Actually pretty limited. The drinks are better than the food obviously. Got to say it's an experience. It's located on Orchard Street. They're closed on Mondays to Wednesdays.

Well, this is about as close to doing so as you can easily get, because Tao opened NST, and this is his creation (in fact, I saw him there during my first visit!). Many of the other reviews cover the drinks really well, so there's little else to add. If you're there for "classic" cocktails, this isn't really the place (although, the foie gras old fashioned was super, sort of classic, but also unique). The point of the place is to drink flavors you've never tasted in a glass before. The BLT cocktail...literally tastes like an actual BLT (literally!)...except you're drinking it rather than chewing it. This place is so great, employees seem to really love their job. The only negative experience I've had there was related to a group of 10 or so who showed up, and this was clearly not their first stop of the evening. They were loud and already clearly buzzed, and just ordered Modelos. Not NST's fault, but I say this to say: if you come here, you should come to get completely immersed in this one-of-a-kind experience.

Finally a friend of mine yesterday asked if I wanted to check it out. I actually told her I would rather go there than the other place a couple of businesses down because it seemed cool. However, I walked in and it looked old and out dated. There's tvs on the wall and a pool table so they got that going for them but everything else looks like it hasn't changed since the 80s (which can be cool sometimes if they do it right). But I should have known this was off from that because I asked for a Pabst blue ribbon and they apparently didn't have any. So I was offered a Busch or miller lite. Second red flag. Finally I got to talking to people and enjoying myself but my friend had walked off to do her own thing. So I didn't even know where she was. I was alone playing pool with a new buddy I had met earlier that evening lol. After we finished playing the game I have three staff members walk up to me and ask if I was with the person (who was now outside on her own) and they told me that they saw her drinking her own liquor. Now I don't know if that's totally true because I hadn't been around her at all but they were making it sound as if they were trying to kick me out because of this... I had nothing to do with it!!! However I respectfully said that we would leave the establishment and we did. I have my own opinions about this area but it doesn't help when you have rude businesses and their employees setting up shop here and harassing their customers. I don't plan on coming back here again... I do want to sum this up though so you know why I don't like this place: 1) didn't have the drinks I like 2) seemed old and out dated. 3)unfriendly staff That's all.

The outdoor patio overlooking the golf course is absolutely beautiful--relaxing, scenic, and the kind of place that makes you feel like you're on vacation. Even on a busy Thursday evening, the atmosphere was lively without ever feeling hectic. Our server, Jordyn, was outstanding. She looked young, but don't let that fool you--she was completely on top of everything. We were a party of six that couldn't decide what we wanted, laughed way too loudly, and probably tested her patience more than once. She handled us with grace, humor, and a smile the entire time. Somewhere along the way we started calling her "Wednesday" from The Addams Family, and she rolled with it perfectly. Great sense of humor and fantastic service. The food was excellent. The Crispy Eggplant Salad was absolutely phenomenal--fresh, flavorful, and easily large enough to share between two people. The burger was cooked perfectly, the cocktails were outstanding, and everything arrived promptly. The bar staff also deserve a shout-out. They were welcoming from the moment we arrived, made great eye contact, acknowledged everyone immediately, and had drinks in our hands in no time. That's the kind of hospitality that makes people want to come back. Fox & Turtle has the rare combination of great food, attentive service, excellent drinks, and a beautiful setting. It's the kind of place you expect to find inside an exclusive club, yet thankfully it's open for everyone to enjoy. We'll definitely be back.

We were not checked on regularly, were not offered refills, and were not asked about our experience with the food. Additionally, there were some concerning hygiene practices. She handled drinkware by the rims, and her hair was worn down while serving food and drinks, which raises concerns about cleanliness if hair were to come into contact with items being served. Service was also delayed, as she appeared to be on her phone multiple times before completing our payment. When I chose to switch from card to cash, her response came across as unprofessional. I was also surprised to see a $1.30 surcharge for card payments. While the fee itself is not the primary issue, it was not disclosed anywhere on the menu or within the restaurant, which makes it feel misleading. Lastly, I was incorrectly charged three times for a drink despite only receiving one refill. Overall, the service and lack of transparency made for a frustrating experience, the food was decent though for the price!! especially if theres "2 mexicans in the back" cooking up AMERICAN food.

The menu was not extensive but what they do seems to be all good. The vibe in the restaurant was very chill and the lighting and accents were all very clean and streamline. The service was very attentive and everyone was very nice, even with being busy with a couple large parties that were there. We ordered the baked goat cheese and Marinara appetizer and it was so good. The crispy sourdough bread it came with was great. I had the chicken Tribella and the herb au jus was DELICIOUS! Also all the veggies were cooked perfectly. Only slightly disappointed in the polenta (seemed a bit too crunchy on the outer layer) but I added a little bit of the goat cheese to it and it added a great flavor and texture to it.
