    Falafel wrap
    David M.

Really nice restaurant. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The atmosphere was amazing.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]They have a beautiful outdoor section and a large indoor section.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food is a wide variety and all of it was amazing. Today we tried the white cheddar cheese curds, falafel wrap and the chipotle chicken pasta. The wrap was very large and flavorful. It came with thinly sliced potato chips. The chipotle chicken pasta was great. Tons of green peppers, mushrooms and onions with mildly spicy sauce. Their beer selection is huge and available on untapped. I will definitely return

This was our 1st visit to this restaurant and it was truly a great experience from the service to the food! We ordered items from their Restaurant Week menu and everything we ordered was delicious! We were celebrating my husband's birthday and they made a point to recognize the celebration with a free dessert and candle for the celebrant. Our server, Kara, was friendly and very attentive to our table's needs. Her bus person was also quick at clearing the used dishes, glasses and utensils from our table. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant was pretty quiet and we could easily hold conversations.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We had reservations right after opening hours. We would definitely dine here again!

    Sorbet time!

It's been forever since we ate here, but things haven't changed too much. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Still fantastic food, somewhat slow service, but beautiful surroundings and staff is very friendly and accommodating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The kid meals are especially great as they come with many choices and a scoop of sorbet at the end. Small Caesar with shrimp is the perfect light bite. Don't forget to try one of the MANY offerings on draft or in bottle/can.

    Nice view

Update: decided to give it another go despite the awful service because we liked the food..... YET AGAIN terrible service. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We sat in a Filthy sticky booth, couldn't find anyone to wipe it down properly... so we switched booths- sat for over 5 minutes while multiple people walked by not even getting out drink order or greeting us .. so we got up and left.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] NEVER coming here again and being a local I will tell everyone I know. TERRIBLE SERVICE but the food was good. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Not crowded, Sunday afternoon horrible service.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Went here based on Yelp finding...... [[HIGHLIGHT]]The bathroom was trashed tobut I really loved the eggplant salad.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We also had the spinach artichoke dip & that was good. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I would go here again but they desperately need to clean & hire some staff.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

St. Patrick's day weekend corned beef sliders , mini Sheppards pie, Reuben sandwich, green beer and Guinness. All very good . There was more on the special menu but no more room in our stomach. Service was good as always .

Great visit to Fox & Turtle as our last dinner of the trip. Beautiful setting, lots of seating, and flavorful food (and beer). A group of us visited and everyone else had beers and cocktails that they loved so I'm sure they are delish! I opted for dessert over drinks and the brown butter cake was moist and slightly chewy edges that I loved. I had the jambalaya which was perfectly spicy! Lots of shrimp, chicken, sausage which complimented the rice and spice. The shrimp were the star as they are jumbo and cooked nicely!!

Skirt steak entree with sautéed spinach instead of the mashed potatoes.

Went for a early dinner with some coworkers and I enjoyed the skirt steak entree and it was two thick portions and I honestly was impressed! We also shared several appetizers which were the cauliflower, calamari along with wings. Everything was good plus the cosmopolitans. The service was attentive and we didn't feel rushed knowing we had a table of 7. Our waitress was very patient and told us to take our time as we sat and ate plus drank for hours and also enjoyed dessert which was the key lime pie and the carrot cake. We will be back!

    What's the noise level?

It can get loud towards the bar area but there's plenty of space indoor & out to find a quieter spot if preferred

The service is terrible and played around their "regulars" instead of them and average paying customers. This means you could be waiting to order or cash out as long as it takes for the bartenders to get out of their conversations, take a smoke break, and play on their phones for 30 minutes before actually making themselves present to you. I've also seen them trying to take shots with peoples parties and wind up getting into arguments with these customers when they found out that they're expected to pay for the bartender's shots even if they did not initiate it. Thats not as bad as how they let their regulars act and treat anyone in any way they please especially if they're selling or already hopped up on god knows what. Whats even crazier is that this place is a know "Cop Bar" and yet the cops never do anything here to stop any of it. The cops and management know exactly what goes on here and obviously get a slice of the profits so be warned, they will not be called by management. Instead, they let their bouncers handle who they think is trash. With all that said the vibe here is tense. Security is always fighting and tossing people out. Staff wont cut people off even when they are obviously not ok, because they care about the pay, not the wellbeing's of their clientele and to top all that off, the police come in off duty here but are never called in uniform when they are needed. The red flags are clearly present. You choose what you do with the information.

The NA mojito was delicious. Food was expected for suburban pub fare but the menu having a vegetarian menu in a QR code was great for my friend. Fish and chips came with two very small pieces of cod. It was not worth the price point and did not have malt vinegar. The really appalling part of the visit was the raucously drunk businessmen at the end of the bar who were loudly bragging about putting their drunk friend into his jeep in front of the restaurant and letting him drive home. The men also took it upon themselves to touch my friend and I and get upset when we would not entertain his conversation and kept telling him to leave us alone and not touch women ever. The bartenders did nothing during this confrontation and continued to serve old fashioneds to these clearly inebriated men. Ambience? It's a suburban stand alone restaurant that looks like the granite counter section at a big box hardware store. There is a lot of potential for this place but we were sorely disappointed at the lack of care for safety for patrons and drivers.

I would like to return and try the cranberry sour and German, dry pilsner. Perhaps after "Dry January!" (Hello Mocktails). I did not order any food but I do plan to return and would like to try some of their menu items. I enjoyed sitting at the bar with others and our server was delightful.
