It's in an old bank building on a darling street that you need to stroll down. Once inside, we were mesmerized by the delectable treats in the cases and by the bakers toiling away in front of the open vault doors. We ordered a cinnamon roll (possibly the BEST we have ever had!) and an apple cream cheese danish (FILLED with creamy cheese and apple slices!). We also got a loaf of olive sourdough bread that we had with dinner. So good. Truly wish we had bought more!! The black coffee was smooth and the Mocha Latte was like drinking melted chocolate (perhaps a bit too much for me). Absolutely recommend a stop here even if it's out of your way.

They handled a full case of French cream horns (yes--12 cream horns with raspberry filling) like total pros, all while smiling and keeping the vibe welcoming and cheerful. I also grabbed a sausage, egg & cheddar croissant, a chocolate croissant, and a strawberry & cream cheese croissant--and every single bite was next-level bakery bliss. Flaky, rich, and perfectly balanced. You can tell the bakers care. Speaking of bakers, I had the pleasure of chatting with Mike, who not only shared his love for baking but gave me a behind-the-scenes glimpse into the building's history and attached theater, which adds a whole layer of cool charm to this already awesome place. I even got to meet Matt, the owner, who was incredibly kind and clearly passionate about his team and community. And yes--this bakery is actually inside a beautiful old bank! Vaults, high ceilings, historic charm--it's like walking into a pastry-filled time capsule. Final verdict: 5 stars all day. This is more than a bakery--it's an experience. We had the jalapeño chicken wrap - flavorful and fresh. Wish there was a bit more jalapeño flavor.
