After the initial face cleanse, she analyzed my skincare and pretty much talked me through the process of the facial and made recommendations based on my skin. My whole experience was very relaxing and I even fell asleep for a couple of minutes. My skin was rough and dry coming in, and is now soft and plump. I definitely plan on coming back. It is so satisfying. I booked the 90-minute Custom Facial, but we ended up going for a full 2 hours. She insisted on getting every single blockage out and wouldn't stop until my skin was clear! The process was so thorough: Prep: A double cleanse followed by an enzyme peel to lift congestion and help with hyperpigmentation. Extractions: The best part. She is fearless and thorough--exactly what I've been looking for. Soothing: She followed up with an O2 Brightening Oxygen Mask for circulation and a Circadia Marshmallow Mask to deeply hydrate and repair my skin barrier. Finish: We ended with the Esthemax Intensive Aftercare Jelly Mask which was so cooling. She finished with toner and a custom hydration mix she made just for me. She even had the professional judgment to skip a few spots on my nose that weren't "ready," letting the enzyme treatment dry them up naturally rather than forcing them. My skin looked a little crazy immediately after (to be expected with such a deep cleaning!), but a day later, everything had healed beautifully. I actually had three separate people compliment my skin the next day! If you want a facial where they actually get the "gunk" out, you HAVE to book her. $150 for 2 hours of expert work is an incredible deal.
