This location is rather large, plenty of space to just come in and not worry about taking up a parking space for an extended period of time. I got out of my car and mindlessly made my way inside. It is almost second nature at this point for me to go into any Sheetz location. I used the facilities, which were clean and in order. I then browsed the shelves and ended up purchasing a few snacks to hold me over on this road trip of distraction. The outside of this location felt a bit sprawling. I left the inside and stood off to the side dealing with my phone. All in all, not a bad space and exactly what was needed on this stretch of road.

Gas Station Food never tasted so good! This is a fun place because the proprietors are the real…read moredeal, the prices are reasonable, and the food is great. This place was "discovered" by the Washington Post but this notoriety has not gone to their heads. We have eaten here multiple times (taken away actually even though there are tables) and the provide two house sauces with the mo mo's. One is mild and one is hot. The hot is awesome! Not cray hot like some of the wing places but a very rich and spicy hot. This sauce was my favorite part of the experience actually. By the way, both the veg and chicken MoMo's are delicious, equally good. As if all of this great food and experience is not enough, the Liberty gas station has consistently low prices (relative to the rest of Loudoun county)! Two reasons that this is a must stop....

I do not have much experience shopping at this store, with only a rare exception, so I cannot…read morefairly comment on certain aspects of the store, such as the efficiency of the front desk cashiers and/or the availability of products. However, my experiences with the pharmacy have been pleasant, efficient and as trouble free as today's big box pharmacy experiences can be. I wish the pharmacy was open a bit later, but I am otherwise satisfied. For example, I have found the staff to be good about faxing your physician for refills (or the like). In fact, my primary care doctor has become less responsive (that's another matter) than she should be, but the pharmacist helped by reaching out to her office about a matter I had been wholly unsuccessful with. There is a drive through for pharmacy purchases as well and although I don't use it often, I've found them equally helpful there. I wish however folks would not delay other customers by asking questions in the drive through - those should be taken inside (in my humble opinion).

We grabbed dinner from Sheetz, and for gas station food, it was surprisingly great. We ordered the…read moreappetizer sampler, a burger, and the brisket melt. The sampler we chose came with mozzarella sticks, chicken bites, and mac n cheese bites for around $5, which is a steal. The burger was about $6 once I added cheese, but the base price is around $4.99--super cheap. The brisket melt was also $4.99. We grabbed bottled drinks too, which were around $2-$3. Overall, very affordable and a lot of food for the price. The burger itself was pretty mediocre--tasted like a frozen Costco patty. The brisket melt was okay, but the seasoning was whatever and the bagel bun was tough since it wasn't toasted. Still better than the burger, but nothing special. Now the appetizers... those carried the whole meal. The chicken bites had too much breading, so I probably wouldn't get those again. But the mozzarella sticks were honestly some of the best I've had. And the fried mac n cheese bites were a risky pick, but they paid off--they had Kraft-style noodles with perfect breading. If you like Kraft mac n cheese (which I do), they were amazing. Overall, eating dinner from a gas station was a gamble, but it ended up being worth it. The main meals were mediocre, but the appetizers--especially the mozzarella sticks and mac n cheese bites--totally made up for it. I'd go back just for those.

However, lately I've been a little disappointed with the coffee for a couple reasons. 1. The coffee has been very watered down..literally. Even when I came on a Sunday, another customer mentioned out loud that it looked like more water is coming out. 2. Is this a convenient/gas station store or a mom and pop shop?? Why are they now pouring creamers and milks in glass bottles? People want to make their coffee pour the creamer and get out of there, not have to turn around each bottle to read what's in each one. And how do we even know they aren't pouring new creamer/milks over old liquids? Can they please bring back the original containers?? I'm slowly limiting my visits here.
