The service department is lazy, they lie, they do repairs after being asked not to and then try to charge you, will send you out the door in an unsafe vehicle that should not be driven, refuse to repair active oil leaks, not provide invoices, keep your vehicle for three months with little to no communication or updates, cause damage to your vehicle, talk to you like you are trash, personally attack you on social media if you dare call them out.... I can go on and on. If you don't care about your vehicle and you enjoy having to take it back consistently for repairs that take far longer than they should, that weren't done at all, or that were done incorrectly, by all means take it here. As others said, they answer the phone when they feel like it and blame it on a faulty phone system. They've been doing this for six months now as well as blaming EVERYTHING on prior employees and ownership. Also know that they are owned by Maverick Motor Group out of NH. I attempted to contact them for assistance and was ignored as well. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. Went in for four new tires…read more Talked me into replacing suspension for all of the tires saying it was highly recommended for my safety. Not upfront with the total cost and was shocked when I was charged $3000. Day 1, eight hours spent waiting for tires that I was told would come 'soon'. Never came so booked myself in for the next day. At the end of Day 2 they called me and told me they put on the wrong suspension on all of the tires. They were clearly pissed when I said I couldnt leave my car with them. Ten hours spent doing the wrong thing on my car... Day 3 all four tires were finally on. 3 months later, have found that they didn't tell me I need an alignment, breaks needed fluid and I got a flat today and was told by Mavis AND Triple AAA that they couldn't get my tire off because the bolts had been stripped by Midas. Horrible experience, enough said. Will never EVER bring my car here again.

After paying over $900 to resolve issue, after service was provided, within 3 days, the engine light came on again. After returning car to resolve issue, they wanted another $400+ dollars with no guarantee that the same issue would be resolved.
