Our car broke down on the way to vacation, and we had to find a place for AAA to tow us. Every shop we called in the area was jammed packed and no one would even take us! Finally, Village Dodge agreed to take a look at the car although they couldn't make any promises about when it could be fixed, they are so busy. We got towed there, they looked at our car for over an hour while we enjoyed their complimentary drinks, snacks, and Wifi. They found what they thought was the problem and made a call to another dealership to ask them to take us. They wouldn't take a dime for all their work! They were so pleasant and so kind, we are so very, very grateful. We didn't end up giving them any business but on customer service alone, they get the highest ratings and our deepest thanks. read more

The service department is very good, they have always taken care of any repairs and service quickly and efficiently. The service department has also found other potential issues while performing another repair and have been very good about confirming the issue before repair and then making the repair. Had to bring my 2014 jeep there twice recently for unrelated things and they could not have been better

I bought a used vehicle. Told the vehicle was in back getting an oil change and gone through before delivery. Lies. When I brought the vehicle back and asked them to actually do the oil change they charged me. I had to bring the vehicle back for another part that was covered under the 30 day warranty, they ordered the wrong part. Another issue with the vehicle which was brought up, was supposed to be covered. They can't fix it. They even sent it to another dealer, not repaired. Now it's on me. Bought the truck, picked up with less that 1/4 of a tank of gas, still dirty, and no the truck was not gone through thoroughly. However, sales... verified it did??? All lies. The Sales Manager thought it was funny??? I would not suggest purchasing a vehicle from them as they do NOT take customer service seriously. Granted it was a used vehicle, however, when you make promises to a customer, I would suggest following through. read more

Just picked up a Jeep for my niece. I have been to a ton of car dealers on my own picking up cars and was pleased with the way this transaction went down from start to finish. The car was priced as any car is, did the typical negotiation stuff, settled, wrote a check, and were happily on our way. The staff was upfront and friendly. The place was clean and had a pretty good waiting area. Being a small dealer that isn't in the middle of Albany they made up for their small selection, still with a good range of cars I should add, with a great honest vibe. read more

This place makes me want to tear my hair out. Every time I talk to anybody in the service department I get a different answer. Now I'm being forced to fix parts on my car that I was previously assured by village dodge that there was no problem with. The manager Bo switches what he is saying throughout a single conversation and recently in an attempt to get out of fixing a problem that they caused tried to push the blame onto me. This is probably the most frustrated I have ever been in my life especially after keeping my car for a month and not calling me a single time. They have been screwing with not only my job but my life, my moms life, and everyone else who has had to help me do anything from getting groceries to getting to work. Let this be a warning to anyone with a life, these people will take it without a second of regret. read more

I recently got my truck into Village Dodge for an oil change and a set of new tires. The technicians were knowledgeable, quick and courteous. The staff there were all very helpful. And as a bonus, if you buy your tires there you get free rotations for the life of the tires!! read more

By far the worst car dealer I've ever been to. The only plus is that the place looks good and the bathrooms are clean. It's downhill from there. The place is very near my home so I've been there many times and have never seen more than one other person in there at the same time. Don't know how they stay in business but I'm guessing it's the service department that's making the money. read more

If I could take away stars and give a negative 5 I would absolutely do that! The worst dealership I have ever done business with! I went to these people with my mechanic (as the insurance company wanted a certified dodge dealer to confirm the issues with my vehicle). We both expressed that the problem with my car was transmission issues and that we wanted to have the diagnosis confirmed. They assured me my transmission was absolutely fine and that it was my fly wheel that was the issue, nothing more! Needless to say, after $1,700 of work to fix the flywheel, my transmission went bad! Stopped shifting gears properly! The manager, Beau, was horrid! He was a scam artist from the beginning! The owner, Peter, was just as much a crook! They don't stand behind their work! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! You are better off at a nickel and dime fix it shop! This is the worst dealership you could ever choose! read more

Me and my boyfriend went to go look at jeeps today, we were more in the jeep compass and they did not have any whatsoever.. good thing we both work in albany where the there is more to choose from.. about two years ago I when there and bought a neon just cause I hit a deer and needed a car while mine was getting fixed.. they jipped me off so bad.. I paid about 900 for it, they told me they would put the exhaust on it and they didn't.. also told me it would pass inspection.. and it didnt..
