When I answer, on the line is not Ralph but his "business partner" calling me to say he saw my review on Yelp and would be taking me to court to get the rest of my money. Let this be used as evidence. I owe no more money to you, Ralph, or that Sunoco station says the verbal agreement on a recorded line and a written contract which Ralph signed. SHADY!!! Bought a used car for $6,200 and next day did not work. Brought it back and they 'fixed' for $80 still not working and brought back and 'fixed' for $240. Two weeks later car is DEAD-this was confirmed by two separate mechanics. Went back to get remediation and was told to get the f*** out of the gas station. Do not buy from this vendor. James and Ralph are scam artists. Illegal used car dealership out of the business. They say they are selling cars for customers but they are title flipping. Sold me a VW and it was nothing but problems since I drove it off the property. James claimed to have done an engine rebuild but it died a dozen times in the first day. Brought it back to him several times and he said it was fixed but it left me stranded in PA a week later. He took my car on a trip to NYC and racked up EZ pass violations on my license plate. Always promised to pay me back but always a different excuse when I was supposed to get the money. Hopefully the state will shut him down or Sunoco will pull the tanks out. read more

Just had a terrible experience here...I was simply getting air in my tire, mind you the spot where a car would pull in to do this was occupied by a car so I pulled in front of it...I may have been blocking the entrance of the driveway a little , but the guy running things was quite rude and first told me I had to leave....I said, "I'm filling my tire." He rudely replied, "Okay, I'll let you fill one tire then you have to leave."...I followed by saying "You shouldn't have a car where the air pump is, a service you offer." He replied, "I don't need your quarter." Don't get any repairs done here. They are running a scam. I almost lost my life ! I had them change my power steering pump because it was leaking! They put bad second hand component not recommended by the mfg and I lost Co troll of my car and almost hit a school bus. I called and went back they said they will change it. They put another bad pump not researching what was called for. Same thing happened lost control steering wheel jammed and was headed right into another car!!! I called them they said nothing was wrong and to bring I.t in. I went to 3 mechanics they said the pump was BAD. Took It to dealer they put a new pump. Took the bad pump back to get a refund and the father and son team said no refund!! I paid double for the work. They don't guarantee anything they do. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! I went to this place a few times over the years for oil changes. Every time I went there, the owner was always pushing me to get synthetic oil. I explained to him numerous times that I did NOT want synthetic oil put in my truck because it has high mileage and introducing synthetic oil to a high mileage vehicle sometimes causes oil leaks. On July 31, 2021, I went in and advised the mechanic (directly) that I want REGULAR OIL put in my truck. After the oil change, the owner told me I owed $65 (and money was not the issue. Believe me, I donate A LOT to animal charities every month). I explained to him that I told the mechanic that I wanted regular oil and the mechanic confirmed to the owner right in front of me that he screwed up and I did request regular oil. I then explained to the owner that I want the synthetic oil drained out of my truck and regular oil put in. The owner then proceeded to get in my face and tell me to GET THE F$@K OUT! I told him not to threaten me so he went outside and spit on my truck (so professional). So I spit at him (I know, immature, but it was a gut reaction when someone spits on your vehicle right in front of you). He then put his hands in my face and quickly ran behind his two younger mechanics for protection. I started to call the police and then decided it was not worth it because of the legal fees. But I would like everyone to know about this incident. His mechanic told him that is was HIS ERROR and I told him I simply want regular oil put in my vehicle AS I REQUESTED and this is how the owner reacted. Please stay away from this place and advise others to do the same. I love this station. I always come here for gas. But there are times when I don't want to go to my dealer, so I come here for tire repairs, light replacements, windshield wipers, etc. They always help me with air for the tires. Super wonderful folks. read more

Watch your pump total, probably shady math all day. Prices are high as it is but...I pulled in for a fill. My fill stopped a dime short of a dollar. Attendant made 0 attempt to top off, not even one squeeze. Proceeds to hand me change as if it ended at the whole dollar. Granted it is only a dime, and if he 1. would have attempted to top me off or 2. ASKED of it was ok to short me, I would have been okay with it. I asked for my change and he gives me the are you kidding me look and says "I only have pennies". I said "no problem" then he says "they are inside". Hello guys, i bought from them car Volkswagen Tiguan, I had not temporarily plates and asked them to leave car Sunoco parking area few days and leaved key with them because in a car there was not flat tire, they sad me that they will put it back next days. I arived there egain after few days at night for drive my car to Brooklyn, from car there was stolen original Volkswagen jack, each tire was missing tire locker bolts, there was not tire rench, car hadn't panoramic sunroof shaderoll with case. I was really disappointed, no one of them was not there -no father no son, then i called to son and he sad he gonna sent me all Above mentioned stuff by mail, I'm still waiting for them. I called and texted them few time but they aren't responding. People newer go there until they are there for car fixing. It's looks they are taking parts from car and puting another cat. Took my Audi to the dealer to fix the heater and they wanted almost $3000. Noticed German cars being repaired at Sunoco, so I stopped in. They were able to fix the heater for a fraction of the dealer's price. Knowledgeable and courteous staff. read more

Mechanic man-James is skillful and knows exact the problem for my first visit to this station. I thought I can trust them and return for service of air leakage which was fixed, however I noticed air pressure was gradually went down again. The same tire became partially flat so I brought it back exactly a week after service which supposed to have 2 years warranty on the job. They claimed that there is a new nail puncture hole and charge me again for repair. I believe this is fraud. The other issue was to correct AC heating, estimated price keep changing through different time I asked. First time mechanic man told me that may need at least couple hours job. Estimated price should ask his father on desk. Actually he told me he will charge me $135 for labor plus part in the beginning. I asked about self prepared part. I was told a shocked estimate that the job now may take up to 8 to 9 hours. Be careful with this station!! read more

I went for an oil change today and I was in and out very quickly but the man that works there (old, bald white man) has the worst mouth ever. Kept talking shit non stop. He literally said to me "I hate those Groupon customers. I need to take my shit off of there." And how if a Groupon customer comes he would never take them in and out like he did with my car. He would actually tell them they have to come back. Because the other customers are priority. No sir, all your customers are priority. I don't care if I'm paying you 60+ for an oil change and your Groupon customers are paying $30. Customers are customers. That's no way to run a business. I asked him if he would accept the Groupon rate for me and he looked at me with this stare like "you can't be serious right now. Did you hear any of the words that just came out of my mouth?" Lmaoo (hey a girl can try right?) But it gets even worse. He said he can't give me a Groupon rate because he already put the oil in my car. So, I then asked him if he uses the same "synthetic" oil for regular customers and Groupon customers he said No... AS HE WAS HANDING ME A LOYALTY OIL CHANGE CARD. I was thinking in my head wow. I can't believe he just said that to me. I ACTUALLY CANT BELIEVE HE SAID THAT OUT LOUD. That alone tells me you have shady business practices. I don't care about your hate for your Groupon customers. If you hate them so much don't offer a deal. Lol simple as that. Because everyone and their mama is on Groupon these days. So I just quickly paid for the oil change and waited outside the entire time. Staring at my car. Lol The synthetic oil change is about $60 I think. But for that just go to dealerships or firestone. It's lower and they use the same oil for all customers. Shady as F***. For that alone I would never ever go back. However, at the end he did tell me to come back next time and become a loyal customer and he will accept the Groupon rate for me. LMFAO hell NO. Not after all that shit you just talked. I wouldn't even come back if the oil change was free. The oil change was quick maybe like 30 mins (I guess not so quick lol) but it felt like hours because of how uncomfortable I felt the entire time. For ppl paying regular prices stay away. Go somewhere else whose oil you can verify it's not like they're any less. And for the ppl that come here with Groupons. LOL please do not do that to yourself.
