A coworker behind her let me know my order was right there, to which she apologized about the mess up. My fries were cold and all the ice in my drink had melted. They need to get it together at this location, better training, competent staff, maybe take a page from whatever the closest McDonald's is doing as they are always on point. The cashier was also competent enough, although a smile would have been nice considering it's costing fifteen dollars per person these days for a modest drive-thru meal, which packs quite a wallop for those of us on fixed incomes. It's a rare treat for some of us to go out to eat - even through it's only a drive-thru - so it would be nice not to be tricked by bad behavior. Not sure people understand what's going on out here in the real world.
