Even when I finally receive my order, it's often wrong, with items missing or cold. Don't bother with curbside pickup because they're unwilling to walk it out to you. You'll end up sitting there for 30 minutes, waiting for someone to come and get your food. They seem to follow the McDonald method of "I don't want to make a milkshake for you," so there's always an "issue" with the machine. If the machine does work, they'll give you the milkshake but make you wait so you can deliver it home by the time you can bring it back. And when you're waiting in line and forget you moved forward, they'll use the excuse "it's being made" without checking after multiple cars behind you got their food. You ordered 20 minutes before them! I'll definitely be going to another location in the opposite direction. At least there, they'll be polite and make sure I get what I ordered.

My wife ordered the 4 chicken strip combo with fries and a drink. I hope they read this review, not to get discouraged, but to improve. The wings tasted like they had not changed the oil in quite some time. They were a bit over cooked too. The okra was ok, but not fresh. My wife's chicken strips were dry and over cooked and the fries were cold, as if they had sat out for a while. We were disappointed in the food. I wish we would have read the reviews that were only one star. We sincerely hope they take these notes to heart and make the changes to improve. We also hope they become 'The Best Wings on earth'. I'm sure these are good folks. For now, I can't recommend them. Maybe they'll see this review as an opportunity to 'Step up.' I hope they let us know when they do.
