the core business model doesn't work. they stuck an expensive burger joint smack in the middle of a town with a median income of $30,000. One patty melt without fries or a drink is $10.50. I can go to Burger King, pay less and get warmer, better tasting food. Not to mention some employees are making $11.50
I've heard from the previous employees that even management that was sent from more experienced stores, eventually got fired. I left as soon as my hours went from 40 a week to 16, and the worst thing about it, is that they hired over 100 people originally. instead of higher management being truthful, and admitting they cannot afford 100 people on payrol, instead they just cut all of our hours, and waited until the vast majority quit.
During the opening weeks, times woild reach 40 minutes in drive through, simply because the employees only had about 3 proper days worth of training, and where was management? in the office, not caring. not to mention the failed management gets paid $16+
as someone who has personally worked here, I will never return to purchase food. the food isn't even bad, I just cannot consciously fund a business that operates so horribly. is the food bad? not all the time. is it worth it? no. not at all. The hottest $15 meal here, hails in comparison to a $10 meal at burger king.
this place deserves to be closed down more than Sonic did. read more
