We ordered three mix drinks. They brought out the wrong drinks, and when we told the food runner these were wrong she went and got the bartender. The bar tender told us we would still have to pay for the drinks, even if we had not touched them. They brought out the right drinks and charged us for both. Service has gone to the dogs. Only got part of what we ordered and had to wait on the rest and then the waitress tried to charge us for our food and the 2 people sitting in a booth across from us. She had no idea what she was doing with her tablet she was ordering from. Pretty much an all around bad experience. Not a huge fan of Chilis. I reluctantly came here trying to find a place to watch a football game as I am in town for the week. The reviews said 2.5 stars. That's not a fair review. The waitress was nice and kept the drinks full and was always close by when we needed something. Mind you we were there for nearly 4 hours. The food was ok. I could tell the cook somewhat cared about the food he sent out. The burger was well cooked and not just thrown together. The fries were fresh and hot. Chili's in Thomasto Ga needs new management and corporate office down here to oversee their lack of quality and output of product. Yesterday, I ordered potato soup. I stirred it up as I always do to combine the cheese, bacon and green onions into the soup. as I was eating it, I kept hitting a clump if what I thought was cheese. it WAS NOT. IT WAS A DISC OF PLASTIC PAPER in the soup!! As I am unable to get out like I'd like to, I have to depend on delivery, and I like Chili's food. BUT THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!! I don't know how many time a restaurant can truly screw up orders, but I'm betting not as many as Chili's in thomaston,Ga. These guys have it down to a perfected science. They are forever leaving off items ordered or putting something in your order that you did not even ask for. Don't ask for the asparagus even though it's wonderful. There's a 90% chance you'll get it overcooked with the stalk-y part still attached. Their lunch menu is good if you eat there, but if delivered - chances are high they will leave something out of your order. my thoug are because they know it's delivery and you won't return it. Corporate claim Doordash and local Chili's which I feel is wrong. We arrived New Year's Eve and waited on a table. Once we were seated- 1- waited 10 minutes plus for a waitress to come by 2- Half of our appetizer came out followed by the dip 15 minutes later 3- We finished our appetizer and asked about our drinks. She went and checked and said the receipt didn't print out 4- Food came out and my wife didn't receive fries 5-I finished my disappointing steak and asked about the fries for my wife and was told they'd be a few more minutes. 6- as time went by we just asked for a box to carry food home in and the waitress walked by the to go boxes several times so I got up to go get one and she then brought one. 7- fries never did come out. The drinks we got were good however we will not be returning. We will head to Griffin next time. read more

Chili's is pretty consistent everywhere we go, and this location was no different with the food. The bottomless chips were warm and salty, and our fish and chicken entrees were fresh and delicious! They didn't have a hostess on duty and the wait staff was filling in, but we didn't have to wait long. Our young server was quick to respond and friendly. The wine glasses could have been a little cleaner and it could have been just water spots, but attention to details like this could be stepped up. read more

Frequent flyer to this chilis. Margaritas are strong servers are chill. Just stay away from the steak because they can't cook steak. Had to send it back three separate times was still nasty. Everything always taste average. But we still keep coming back because it's the only restaurant in Thomaston. The Southwest eggrolls to be bussin. The cheese fries they were hard and look like the had been sitting in the back for a minute but the old girl gave us new ones so I guess that's okay. You can eat here and be OK but just be prepared to have average food and feel like shit afterwards. read more

Chili's is probably the most well patronized restaurant in Thomaston. However, the quality has certainly gone down within the last year or so. I noticed that their health score was abominable! . I can't figure out what in the world they could have done to warrant such a terrible score. I can say, however, that it never smells good when I walk in; it smells nasty. I think the frequent change in managers may have something to do with it. Also, there have been several times, especially on Sundays, when there are no where near enough workers to serve the people. After the third time this happened I asked the bartender what the problem was. She said that their workers would call in sick very Frequently which left them short staffed. I don't know the answer to this problem, but a good manager would definitely address it. Far too often I see restaurant employees outside smoking when I drive up. Sometimes my server will come to the table reeking of cigarettes smoke. It's truly nauseating. I sincerely hope they can get their act together soon because it is still one of our favourite places. read more

My family and i came here to eat and i found hair in the ranch and in the salsa. when my burger arrived there was garbage attached to the cheese and when i talked to the manager, i got nothing but disrepect personally i think this restaurant needs a new whole crew and needa to be shut down till they get everything in order. read more

I am so steamed! I was at Chili's for dinner with my family, and I had an issue with mine, and my wife's food being cold. I asked the server to speak to a manager. 15 minutes later, the server came back and told me they were "comping my meal." I asked to speak to a manager and the server said he was the only manager there and could not come out to speak because he was cooking. I only ate here once but I have nothing to complain about. The place seemed nicely decorated (more so than others) and clean to boot. The menu has something for everyone. You can get your drink on too! A safe bet for casual dining. read more

I don't recommend this location. We have been Chilis lovers since they first opened in Brandon, Florida and have ate them all over Florida and Georgia but will never go into this one again. We ate there three different times trying to give them a chanceand each time were very disappointed. We were one of the first customers in one afternoon and ordered baby back ribs. Cold inside and obviously from the night before, not freshly made. The other times were not good either so we don't go back. My office orders out for lunch sometimes and there is AWAYS something wrong, left off or not right. One time a co-worker order the chicken strips or chunks and they were absolutely raw inside. Not a little pink and needing to cook longer but RAW and uncooked. I do not recommend at all. read more

Called in an order and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. Arrived approximately 30 minutes later and the young lady came right order to take my money. After another 30 minutes (1 hour total), I asked the young lady how much longer on the food. She advised that she would check and see. Approximately 5 minutes passed and she did not return therefore I asked another young lady to check on the order. 10 minutes later she brought the food out but said we would have to wait a few more minutes for the rest of the food because it was not ready. Apparently they did not prepare anything until I arrived and paid. I waited approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes for an incomplete order. I asked for a refund and told her I had waited too long as it was. I have been to the Thomaston GA Chili's many times and have always had an issue with food, service, or wait time and sometimes all three every single time. They just can't seem to get it together. I had called my order in the "girl" said 15 minutes so I was there by that time I asked if my order was ready she said not quite so I sat there and sat there and no one ever came back to me the young staff was in there taking pictures and laughing and playing a girl jumped on a guys back and they laughed so at this point I'm feed up and it was 20 minutes later and I asked how much longer on my order the girl said let me go check and my food was just sitting there I don't know how long it had been sitting there I just know I had been waiting for 20 minutes so I get home the hamburger is raw on the inside , my wings had dried up blood in them and as I suspected the food was cold... A waste of 25 dollars . So my suggestion is get rid of all those kids back there a restaurant is not a place to hang out . read more

Well as we were seated the waitress was coughing profusely and sweating. Here's the thing, I don't want to get sick or have a sick person bring me anything. If you're sick you should stay at home. That goes for anyone. We moved to the bar, asked for a drink menu, one wasn't available. The bartender was immediately rude and playing confused. She catered to the gentlemen beside us instead of making sure the drink I was given tasted right. Upon leaving she even included the drink on my ticket, that was clearly not great. Besides her, the staff was walking around with loose hair all over the place. Not everyone was but I think the reason they are struggling is because they have staff that's unwilling to service all people politely, which is why I never go to this location. It use to be great but, for instance, most of my salad had wilted lettuce, my mash potatoes looked microwaved, and my water wasn't kept refreshed by the waitress.
