The employee that made it actually apologized when he handed it to me (stating that it was runny). I took it to the table thinking it wouldn't be that bad. Unfortunately, I was wrong...it was horrible. I returned to the counter and asked if it could be remade because it was too runny. The employee asked the employee that made the Mix and was told "no, that's how they are". This was not my first Braum's Mix, but it will be my last at this location. Honesty goes a long way. I can understand a mistake, malfunctioning equipment, and a host of other problems. Management....I truly hope you read this and take action to address your employees lack of concern for honesty, quality, and your business reputation.
