I brought both my children to a tour that was booked two weeks out to be turned away at the door. I was told my children would be not attending and to not waste my time. Jim, the owner said there was other plans for my children. He raises his hand to me in such a nasty manner I can't even describe it to you. Guess what there is no plan, they have no where to go to school. He lied to make something up. He gave my children's spot to another family, because we are low income and could only afford half day's. We had everything complete and done on our end. They took months to provides me with the registration packets. They clearly discriminate towards low income families. My children deserve a good school experience and Jim made sure I felt like a horrible human being and both my kids left crying. Did I receive an apology in anyway? No. Unacceptable from any business owners. If you decided my children are less deserving fine, but a common courtesy phone call goes a long day. Speak to me like a human, not a piece of trash.

They do not give their employees adequate resources or training to effectively teach your children. The teachers have to use their own money to buy resources.

All the teachers at the center are so warm and friendly and even know both our children by name. The kids loveee going to school and love all their teachers, friends and the environment. I feel like both our kids have shown significant progress developmentally. I love that they provide programs for meals. It saves me so much time and money when I don't have to spend time to prep meals for school. I recommend this center to any families looking for good quality care for their children! Thank you so much KinderCare!

Whippany KinderCare has turned out to be one of the biggest blessings for our family for so many reasons. One of the things we are so impressed by and pleased with is how much the director (Chelsea) and assistant director (Leah) are involved with all the kids. If we ever have a question, they always are aware of how our daughter is doing because they keep tabs with her teacher on the regular and can answer anything with confidence. Seeing how our daughter was progressing, it was suggested that we move her up a class. We were a little nervous to do this six weeks early but with their support and after being offered to do a trial day, to our surprise everything went amazingly well! Our daughter is learning so much and we already see such an improvement in her language development (both sign and vocal) and other skills like how to use utensils and not throw food at the table. It truly is such a joy to see how much she is growing here. As a parent, you obviously want nothing but the best care for your kid and we have no doubt we made the right decision with Whippany KinderCare. Especially during the pandemic, knowing that the center has been taking every reasonable precaution (temperature checks at the door, constant sanitizing of the school, the use of masks for teachers and children, no outside toys, etc.) further gives us peace of mind that our daughter is in safe hands. We really couldn't be happier and feel so grateful to have found this center and appreciate so much how much love and care all the teachers and staff give towards our daughter.

The owners, Mr. Pavan & Ms. Nerale, the directors Stacy & Ashley, and the teachers Ms. Nicole, Ms. Anu, and Ms. Alex are nothing short of phenomenal. Every single employee treats you and your child like family. They quickly become your village, rooting for your child every day. They are patient, welcoming, and comforting - a safety net if you will. You can tell this is so much more than a mere job to them. Their love and care for children radiates in everything they do. My son goes to the daycare happily in the morning. He has learned so much already, and the activities they provide are always age appropriate tailored to engage kids and develop their skills. My heart feels at peace leaving my child there. There's nothing more I could ask for.

A Pre-K to Learn and Play…read more If you have a need for a Pre-K that uses play based learning in the Morris Plains area then look no further than the Morris Plains Co-Op Playschool. Two different types of parent involvement are offered during the course of the school year, Co-Op or Non-Co-Op. The Non-Co-Op route is pretty much the standard drop your kids off and pick them up at the end of the day experience. This option costs a bit more. The Co-Op route involves helping the teacher of the class about once every 3 weeks on average. This option costs a bit less, but you gain an extra insight as to how your child is interacting in school and how they are developing throughout the year. An invaluable experience if you can afford the time commitments. The teaching staff here are wonderful and are obviously great with kids as evident by all the hugs they get when classes are finished. Afternoon preschool class time is filled with free play, directed art time, rug/circle time, singing, dancing, snack time, and playing. LOTS OF PLAYING! There is play time at the end of class either inside or outside depending on the weather. If the weather is nice, play time will be out on the playground behind the school. If the weather is less than cooperative, the children go downstairs to play in the basement that has been turned into an inside play space safe for little ones to play when their smiles are the biggest. Based on our family experience the Morris Plains Co-Op Playschool is a wonderful place to entrust your little one(s) to while they socialize, learn, and play for a few hours a week.
